Good Grief It's Cold Out

Brownies anyone?

Colin and me are like best friends. He's pretty much the best wrestler I know.

Computer time at our house is getting more and more competitive. If you're ever at my house I'll wow you with my skills.

I've always said I was going to be a construction worker when I grow up. But if that doesn't work out, I've always got bowling. I torched the lanes for a 91 the other day including a strike in the 10th frame! PBA here I come.

Long story short, we had boys night last weekend while Mom went to a party. This is actually a gangster hat and boy do I wear it well.

Later we watched Toy Story, ate popcorn and all wore crazy hats. We're probably the funnest dudes of all time.

If you're sitting there wondering what we're doing right now, it probably looks something like this.

Tis The Season To Get Ready For Christmas

We keep saying we'll do a better job with these websites but for some reason we would rather just play all the time.

Don't tell Colin, but most of these toys that he plays with are just my old toys.

It was nice to see some family on Thanksgiving...and to have a battle royale with my cousins Jake and Luke.

Grandma and I filled out our Christmas lists. In case you were wondering, this year I'm asking for "whatever Santa gets me, he'll pick out something good."

The weather outside has been frightful and bundling up and playing in the first snow was so delightful.

We did finally come to our senses and got out of the cold to come in and put up the Christmas tree.

Funny thing, we have a lot more ornaments lower on the tree this year.

With all this talk about Christmas, you're probably wondering what I was for Halloween. Ribbet.

Giddy Up, We Got A Pumpkin

So you already know that I'm three now. What you might not have known was that I had like 73 parties. Also, I'm getting taller.

This is how a real cowboy rides.

Reflecting on the meaning of life while thinking that if I just had the chance, I'm sure I could have invented the wheel.

What a funny looking flower! Seriously, have you ever seen a flower with hands? Everything else looks right, but those hands are just kind of silly.

You can't tell but I'm in a staring contest with a buffalo. I won.

It is a family tradition for us to go to the pumpkin patch. It may quite possibly be one of my favorite things to do.

One thing you don't want on your pumpkin is "yucky." Keep that in mind.

In the end it came down to these two little beauties. It was a pretty rigorous process.

This is my fourth p-patch trip so I'm pretty much an expert by now.

One thing I've learned over time is that cows smell funny. And by funny, I mean they are stinky.

The best part about Halloween is carving up the pumpkin. No wait, it's going to stranger's doors and asking them for candy. Yeah, that's way better.

We did a cat this year. Meoooooooooow.

Alright then, that's it. See ya!

Playing Hooky

Thursday was Daddy and Grady Day. Dad picked me up from school after lunch and we played hooky.

The best place to be on a beautiful day is the ballpark. I took my ball...

...and my glove.

This is right after we got off the escalator. The funny thing is we didn't have to ride the escalator because we didn't sit at the top. But we rode it anyway because it was our day we wanted to.

For most of the game I sat in this seat. A nice man and woman gave us the tickets when we walked up. As you can see there was plenty of room to stretch out. Gotta love the Royals in September.

After the sixth inning we got up to walk around a little.

There was construction going on all over the place. Many of you may know that I have already said I want to be a construction worker when I grow up. I tried to talk to some of the workers but I guess they couldn't hear me over all the banging.

In case you were wondering the Royals won 12-0 which was their 7th win in a row. And I fell asleep before we were out of the parking lot. Good times.

A Grandparent's Day Song

An original tune by the one and only Grady Owen.

Colin and me got haircuts at a new spot because we moved. The barber chair might very well be where I am the best listener. Maybe it's because they usually have suckers.

A big highlight for me at Colton's birthday party was the Dino Dig...

...where I uncovered these dinosaur bones.

As you know my birthday is tomorrow. The main thing I've been asking for is dirt. And cupcakes with two kinds of sprinkles.

Getting Settled At The New House

We've been in the new house now for a couple weeks and I'm getting used to it. I guess we've been busy because there just aren't a lot of new pictures of me.

We did take time for a brief photo shoot in my new room though where I struck this classic pose.

By now you know that Mom has three boys to worry about. We're sure we stress her out.

Hand tracing is cool. Colin agrees with me. Of course he can't actually talk. I just know it.

Dad and me hit the lanes a while back. We also ate bowling alley food which is not something I would really recommend.

I got an 82 in my first ever game of bowling. As far as you know I did that all by myself and there were no bumpers or anything. And if you'll buy that I'll throw the Golden Gate in free.
