Developer not Maintainer.yesh, Jasmine challenge me to be a developer in Twam not just maintain or do nothing. yesterday met up with Roy and Jasmine as they ask me a few question or rather they tell me what to expect in Twam. at the end of the whole session, i started to plan wat to do with the singers group coz honestly there's a lot to do man!!! re-audit, choir and vocal training class. . .all these alone is enough to keep me busy.
but my heart is all excited to wat i am gonna face, coz it is a super new environment and spiritually i gotta keep myself going on. So singers, do expect yourself to improve too. we shall see a dynamic group of singers who loves God and people!
during the farewell party last nite, i reali did have lots of fun! o there were 6 of us who is leaving NYP. Manta and Milan - who is leaving to Nepal, Shasi - leaving to Australia, Giselle and Denice - leaving to Adults group and myself to Twam.
as usual, people cried and alot of hugging and affirmation was going on. as i observed all what was happening last nite, i realise tt NYP has grown.
relationship between fellow brothers and sisters has reali became stronger and maturity level has increased. i like what LiYan said to us, "this farewell is not farewell to the 6 people but rather encouraging them to move on to the beginning of the next stage." - something like tt hahaa..can't reali remember exactly.
NYP, lets see that the our back door will decrease in size and our front door will have to enlarge in size! something i didn't mention last nite when i was talking to NYP is this, even though i am in Twam now, i will still evag and work on to bring frenz. i will still keep a pastoral heart.

The Results Day.today is the day where i got my results and the outcome of NYP new restructuring! 1st, i shall annouce my results.
i got 2 Cs, 2 D+, 2 Ds and 1 A! I DIDN'T FAILED ANY PAPER!!!!!!!!!!! praise God man!!! i was thinking if i were to resit any paper, it will be so tiring. sori folks, i knw my results ain't beautifully achieved but all my life, this is wat my results are. as long as there is no F, it's a miracle!!!!!!! honestly until now, i duno wat module got A. hmm?
now come to the new restructuring of NYP. well, i can't say it here now. haha~! coz NYPians will knw everything tonite. so only tonite then can blog it out. but well, some ppl are leaving NYP, some are changing leaders and some sheeps are put under different shepherds. all brand new and exciting!
but reali, all who are affected in this restructuring, gotta say is no matter where u going, gotta continue serving. like wat eilton prayed on wed, let this restructuring not be a reason tt we choose not to grow, let this restructuring not be a reason we choose to fall out from church but let this be a reason that we all continue to support and see great growth in NYP. this is the main point. restructuring is all about rising new leaders and seeing great growth. Liyan shared to me that this restructuring wasn't easy to deal and that everything have to be done by this week. so hectic for her. . .
but anyway, wateva the case. NYP let's ad50pted! can understand rite? hmm....

o i think mon's paper featured abt his failure b4 he came into the limelight. guess wat? he went for so many audition b4 n the ppl there turn him down because he was ugly. but thank God Rain move on and didn't go for any plastic surgery. phew~ haha. tt's all. =)

OT and Frenz!today is the 1st day i am attached to OT department! i would say tt i kinda like the environment (mayb coz all is general cases, not much of emergency cases) but one sad thing is..... we can't help out much.... sobz* so today is kinda boring. hahaha! not bad is i gotta to see 4 cases. 1st one is lapo case, 2nd n 4th are breast cancer n the 3rd one is breast lump removal. all 4 cases are interesting! haha~! thank God i am not scared of blood or anything.... phew~ imagine u see the surgeon cut open the breast n slowly use a an equipment to remove the tissue tt are attached to the skin... lastly, the whole breast is out n wat is left, chest wall. try imaging it.
i saw n was amazed at wat i saw. - crazy? mayb.
tml is the 2nd day. hope i get to do something! yeah did i mention X'mas is coming? coming get ready our horses n men and let's start to plan n charge! but remember, the victory rest in Him. the One.

Finally.WEE!! the big E is over!!! come on, let's rock the world upside down!! hahahha! better pray hard tt i won't get sub-paper.... bwahahahahaha!
anyway last 2 days i was having church camp! it was soooo fun!! besides the fun, i reali did have a breakthru. honestly every camp tt i attended, i always set the same kind of objective. reason is coz after the camp i nv reali met the objectives tt's y... so this time, i decided to set differently. as wat i shared with the NYP gals, the 1st nite i reali didn't learn anything. so i reali pinned my hopes on the 2nd day. amazing just before the whole camp ended, bits and pieces of learning here n there start to draw out a big clear picture to me! then i realise, God spoke to me. =)
one joke to share. during Jasmine's teaching, she asked all of us whose face we desire to have if we have to chance. then this YuHan turn her head n ask me,
" Joanne, i think you want Rain's one rite?"

but reali i did get to know YuHan better this time during camp. a very sincere person and indeed she is a very encouraging sister~! plus, she is super crap la. =P
i reali thank God for this camp. i told NYP sisters tt if i didn't come for this camp, i think i will still continue to cruise ard and slowly let the fire in me get smaller. i reali indeed feel so charged for X'mas Harvest! honestly i reali have no idea how to work towards this harvest but as wat shep says, "take initiative. if u a keen learner, no matter in wateva thing, u will take initiative to ask and learn." God, i will get ready my horses and weapons but i knw the results will be in your hands.
aja aja fighting everyone!!!!! hehe...listening to Rain's song now! nice~!
