Breakfast With Santa

I believe this is becoming and annual  tradition for our family.  McMenamins offers a Breakfast with Santa each year featuring a buffet breakfast and a visit from Santa.  We loved it last year and knew we had to do it again this year.  The food is super yummy (and all you can eat) and having Santa come visit with you at your table is extra fun for the kids.

CURLERS!

This Little Lady really wants to have naturally curly hair like her friend Cassidy.  The thing about Cassidy's hair is that it is the most naturally curliest hair I have ever seen.  So I went to Target, found these beauties (I thought they didn't make these old sponge curlers anymore).  Paiten was so thrilled that as soon as she got out of the shower we rolled her hair in the curlers.  She slept on them (surprisingly) and woke up the next morning with gorgeous locks.  She LOVED it!  And I loved it because it was something that I did every once in a while when I was a little girl.  So fun!

Advent Elf and Sugar Cookies

The Advent Elf decided to return to our home this year.  He likes to leave fun family activities for our family to do each day of the month of December up until Christmas Morning.  On day 9 the Advent Elf decided that our family needed to make and decorate sugar cookies.  We had fun, but we were all so messy by the time we were done.  But they sure turned out yummy.

Paiten's 1st Grade Christmas Program

Paiten was super excited for her First Grade Christmas singing program at school.  They were asked to wear their best clothes.  So she picked out this beautiful dress.  She was gorgeous.

 Their First Grade performance was wonderful.  We were so proud of all of them and enjoyed every minute of it.

Ice Skating over Thanksgiving

Paiten's ONE request for our trip to Boise over Thanksgiving was to go Ice Skating with her cousins.  Well her wish came true.  She was super excited and the rest of us were able to go and have fun too.  Paiten started out a bit wobbly and then did amazing.  Once Mason got his hands on the "little helper" he couldn't be slowed down.
