I am probably the last person to join Pintrest. I just got on there last week and I am a little obsessed with it. It is so great! I have mostly been looking for activities to keep the boys entertained, but I tend to find other things that I think are so cool and "pin" them myself. Ideas that I don't need now, or may never use...but I think they are cool. It makes me think that I will someday do cute crafts and plan parties. Don't worry all my unmarried sisters...your wedding receptions are already planned!!
I have already completed one craft. I had been looking for a dinner calendar/menu board that wasnt too "Relief Society Enrichment Night Project" looking. (I shouldnt say that...these projects have come a long way. I actually like a lot of them now) Anyhow, I found one on Pintrest that was so simple. So I made it and love using it! One day I will actually get it hung. (the red thing on the top is a ribbon to hang it)
I also found some activities for restless toddlers and tried one out tonight. The boys are still a bit young for this activity, but they still had a blast! I just gave them some water colors and put them in the bath tub. JP took his art VERY seriously. He hardly moved from his spot in the tub and just painted away. JR took his art less seriously and had fun rolling around in the paint, then painting the walls... when he wasn't sucking on the paintbrush. Good thing the paint is non-toxic...I checked.

Our attempt at a photo shoot
The boys got a haircut and we blessed Xanthie
Our babies dont look like babies anymore! ...except for Xanthie; she still looks like a baby. Last week we cut the boys' hair and they look so different. So grown up. And so much more alike! James and I both have to do double takes to make sure we are saying the right name. Here are some "after" shots. See below for the "before" shot at Xanthie's Blessing.

All grown up, huh?
On January 8th we blessed Xanthie in church. She slept through the whole thing. Good thing, too because if she had cried, no one would have heard the blessing! Girl has got some pipes!

We love you Xanthie!!!
Thank you Mom and Dad
For the past 3 months, my parents have been in Reno helping out with the kids. We are so lucky to have such wonderful parents!!! I loved having the help, and the kids LOVED having Grandma and Grandpa in town to spoil them.
They went back home last week, and I didn't know if I was going to survive. But, we have made it through a week without them...and I think its going to be all right.
