April Fool's Day Dinner

For the last ten years or so I've been making a special dinner for April Fool's Day.  So here's what I made tonight.


So... how does this look.  We had "buffalo chicken" (rice krispies covered with a glaze of brown sugar and apricot jam) with "blue cheese dressing"(vanilla yogurt), and "celery" and "peas" (shaped from sour apple taffy).  Doesn't it look yummy?


And here's our "ice cream sundae" (pulled pork with mashed potatoes and a cherry tomato) that we had for "dessert"!
I think Lauren and Glen liked it!
