snowballin'

Finally am done with our FYP report! Woot!

And now for the next onslaught of worries.

Worry 1: Competency Test. Which I just know I am going to fail refraction, focimetry/pd measurement and progressive lens dotting. I may also fail K-meter, lens fit judgement and BV test.

SIGH. My life is full of turmoil right now.

Furthermore the stupid microwave made my Campbell soup leak out, therefore wasting the precious soup! Grrrr. It was the only good thing that was suppose to happen in my life now. Very sad right. Sighs. :(

Feels like I'm in depression. Grissom is gone from CSI too. More sadness. :(:(

Worry 2: Today and tomorrow suppose to complete our ISO 3 presentations. OMG. It's just on Monday! I think I shall chiong tomorrow though. Need to rest please.

Worry 3: Dispensing Practical test! DIE. Later get rimless how?! DIE.

Worry 4: PBL presentation. Aiyah. Small worry I think. Only need more editing.

Business Report. Hmmm. Still quite awhile later I guess? Anyhoo, I have no energy for it now.

Worry 5: FYP presentation! Sigh!!

Worry 6: Hmm... I'm not too sure. I think I'm missing something. Oh! Must go find job and send resumes and stuff. :(:(:( Whyyyyyyyy. Stupid Man U.

Sigh. Such is the story of my life. My only escape is through Supernatural, CSI, and Pet's Society.

And I'm hungry again. Yet tired. Which need shall I fulfill first?? Sigh....

I am so zombie-like right now.

Where did all the common sense go?

"Meanwhile, when min the loanshark see you guys, she'll demand a $10 note. Any leftovers from the BBQ will proceed to the classfund for the chalet after next term. So, go or no go also pay $10 into classfund!"

Tell me what is wrong with this, people.

Nvm, I will.

1. "So, go or no go also pay $10 into classfund!"

Let me highlight this obvious flaw point.

From this sentence, are you saying that the BBQ will be taken from the class fund, even if people from the class are not going???

How is this fair? Sylvia and I didn't go for the bbq. Hence, we shouldn't pay for something that we didn't even gain anything from.

Isn't a simple logic like this enough?!

Fine, you want to argue the next point:

2. You were not notified that Sylvia and I weren't going and you ASSUME everyone was going. Therefore, you bought our share for the BBQ.

Isn't that a little callous? If you want to make a purchase, wouldn't you usually be sure you are buying enough or not to be certain that you wouldn't be overspending your money?

If you are so nonchalant that even WITHOUT MAKING SURE THAT WE WERE GOING OR NOT, you still spent money to buy our share in the bbq, why should we have to pay the amount of "our share"???

Firstly, we did not eat "our share", and the people at the bbq used up "our share" in the end. Therefore, shouldn't the added costs for "our share" be included in the "shares" of the other people who attended in the BBQ now???

Next, and my main point is, if you are willing to take the risk of buying people something without making sure that it won't be wasted, you should take responsibility of your own risk, don't you?

Why should we (2 of us) have to pay for your mistake?

3. We should have told you instead that we were not going.

As I have said, since you are the one who will bear the loss, Why didn't YOU make sure of it yourself, instead of relying on others to spoonfeed you with the information YOU NEED?!

Even if you didn't know that the loss of money in the BBQ was so large, you have only yourself to blame for not making sure that the right amount of people were coming.

4. There's a lack of money in the class fund.

Ok fine. Then why isn't anybody else paying $10 for the class fund as well? All of you who paid the $10 are for the BBQ isn't it? So those who went, should pay you an ADDITIONAL $10 for the class fund.

And since the term is ending, and we are graduating soon, is there such a need for a $10 amount to be paid into the class fund?!

5. So you change it to $5. And said that BBQ money is not taken from the class fund.

But you are still not asking from others to pay $5 for the class fund. Why is this so????

Isn't it for the class fund, which is a totally separate matter from the BBQ??

Furthermore, what could possibly be worth FIVE DOLLARS that needs to be photocopied?

Even if there were in the future from now, couldn't you just ask from us the money straight away? I will gladly pay the cost that it takes to photocopy whatever notes I need.

BUT NOT FOR A BBQ THAT I DIDN'T ATTEND IN THE FIRST PLACE

6. "Any leftovers from the BBQ will proceed to the classfund for the chalet after next term."

(No more chalet)

OOOOHHH, so this is how the others are contributing to the class fund??

Wait, wouldn't they be contributing less since part of their money goes into the BBQ??

And, from this point, doesn't it bring me to the fact again that you are trying to pay for the BBQ by using the class fund?!

You can do that you know. It's not wrong.

Provided that everyone in the class is going.

Lastly, the exposé!

6. Actually, the $10/$5 is to pay your share for the BBQ. Because we have already bought it, there's still about $10 not paid for the BBQ.

To make this clear again, I DID NOT ATTEND THE DAMN BBQ.

And again, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PART IN??

What's more, in the first place, you mentioned that the money was supposed to go to class fund (point 4), wasn't it??

Why are you saying now that it was to pay our share?!

Are you saying that you were trying to trick us??

That because I wouldn't pay for the BBQ I didn't go to, you tried to make us pay by telling us it was for the class fund??

Do you know what that means?

It's like the NKF foundation/T.T Durai incident all over again on a much smaller scale.

You are trying to gain something by using other people's money that was supposed to be spent on something for EVERYBODY.

Do you know what it's called???

FRAUD. CHEATING. CON. STEALING.

And you are wondering why I make such a big deal out of a small amount like $5???

Because you are trying to cheat me out of my money for your own means (BBQ).

7. You still REFUSE to return Sylvia the money she thought was going for the class fund, NOT THE BBQ.

You are actually really stealing from an innocent person.

When I have finished pointing out the facts that we should not be paying, a normal person would have realised their mistake and return the money that is not theirs to take.

Spare me the guilt trip by saying "since Sylvia paid already, you should pay her back $5 or else she would be paying the $10 in full".

YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SHOULD PAY HER BACK IN FULL.

Definition:
fraud  -noun

1. deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.
2. a particular instance of such deceit or trickery: mail fraud; election frauds.
3. any deception, trickery, or humbug: That diet book is a fraud and a waste of time.
4. a person who makes deceitful pretenses; sham; poseur.

I rest my case.

P.S: And to the clinician that was laughing at us quarreling in clinic, thinking that I can't see since you're behind me, don't you have any sense of professionalism or shame?!

What's so funny?

Handwriting Analysis

Since Shu Huihui recommended me to do it, I shall oblige! Lol. And cause it looks interesting. It's super long though, so I doubt any of ya'll will actually read it. Haha! But nvm. Put for fun and memory for me.

~~~
Ann has difficulty making decisions. Her mind changes constantly. She lives in an emotional tug of war. Ann could be described like a thermometer. Today warm and friendly, yet tomorrow she may be distant and cold, not wanting to be close to anyone.
Some research indicates that people with a severe variety in the slant of their handwriting have an inability to tolerate sugar and are suffering the side-effects of too much sugar in their diet. If moods swings are a reoccurring issue, investigate the diet.
If Ann encounters a situation she cannot handle, she frequently pulls into herself. She feels her emotions are secure if she is withdrawn. When she has solved the problem she can be very outgoing and again need other people's companionship. Some see Ann as very moody, but it would be more accurate to say she has two complete personalities that she chooses depending on the circumstance. This type of person is often hard to understand because no one knows what personality she is exhibiting today. She may not be bothered by something one minute, then the next minute become upset at the same thing. It is very difficult to pin down Ann's emotional expressiveness.
People that write their letters in an average height and average size are moderate in their ability to interact socially. According to the data input, Ann doesn't write too large or too small, indicating a balanced ability to be social and interact with others.
Ann is talkative. She enjoys talking and socializing. She may talk when there is absolutely nothing important to say. She enjoys speaking.
In reference to Ann's mental abilities, she has a very investigating and creating mind. She investigates projects rapidly because she is curious about many things. She gets involved in many projects that seem good at the beginning, but she soon must slow down and look at all the angles. She probably gets too many things going at once. When Ann slows down, then she becomes more creative than before. Since it takes time to be creative, she must slow down to do it. She then decides what projects she has time to finish. Thus she finishes at a slower pace than when she started the project.
She has the best of two kinds of minds. One is the quick investigating mind. The other is the creative mind. Her mind thinks quick and rapidly in the investigative mode. She can learn quicker, investigate more, and think faster. Ann can then switch into her low gear. When she is in the slower mode, she can be creative, remember longer and stack facts in a logical manner. She is more logical this way and can climb mental mountains with a much better grip.
Ann's true self-image is unreasonably low. Someone once told Ann that she wasn't a great and beautiful person, and she believed them. Ann also has a fear that she might fail if she takes large risks. Therefore she resists setting her goals too high, risking failure. She doesn't have the internal confidence that frees her to take risks and chance failure. Ann is capable of accomplishing much more than she is presently achieving. All this relates to her self-esteem. Ann's self-concept is artificially low. Ann will stay in a bad situation much too long... why? Because she is afraid that if she makes a change, it might get worse. It is hard for Ann to plan too far into the future. She kind of takes things on a day to day basis. She may tell you her dreams but she is living in today, with a fear of making a change. No matter how loud she speaks, look at her actions. This is perhaps the biggest single barrier to happiness people not believing in and loving themselves. Ann is an example of someone living with a low self-image, because their innate self-confidence was broken.
(SO kua zhang! Siao. Sound until like I am some emo freak.)
Ann has a temper. She uses this as a defense mechanism when she doesn't understand how to handle a situation. Temper is a hostile trait used to protect the ego. Temper can be a negative personality trait in the eyes of those around her.
Ann is very self-sufficient. She is trying not to need anyone. She is capable of making it on her own. She probably wants and enjoys people, but she doesn't "need" them. She can be a loner.
Ann is very selective when choosing her inner circle of friends. She excludes all but a few from her fellowship. She limits her intimate friends to one or maybe two people. She tends not to trust the masses of people but chooses only a few to trust.
Ann has a very unusual lower zone y loop. If the data input is correct, Ann's y or g is large and opens up to the left side of the page. This is not a common trait, but the implications are very interesting. As you begin to study handwriting analysis, you will learn any loop indicates imagination. This lower loop indicates the amount of imagination Ann has regarding sex and physical things. So, her lower zone stroke is large, so her sexual imagination is large and open. Furthermore, because the loop is incomplete and extends to the left, this indicates a particular fascination with certain aspects of sexuality that have not been fulfilled, yet. In a nutshell, Ann is open to some very new ideas sexually and is willing to try anything once.
(Errrr... to be fair, my "y"s doesn't slant to the left though the curve is almost the same. So not totally accurate!)
For a graphologist, the spacing on the page reflects the writer's attitude toward their own world and relationship to things in his or her own space. If the inputted data was correct Ann has left some white space on the left side of the paper. Ann fills up the rest of the page in a normal fashion moving the entire writing rightward as she moves down the page. If this is true, then Ann has a healthy relationship to the past and is ready to move on. The right side of the page represents the future and Ann is ready and willing to get started living now and planning for the future. Ann is leaving the past behind and moving on to what she perceives as an exciting and enticing future.
~~~

Well, I think it's mostly 80-90% accurate. For the champions who actually read it, I salute you! Lol.
