Passing the days

I haven't been travelling around much cause there's been loads of assignments to do! Much more than even NUS. *sigh . But i'm gonna be going to the North island with the NUS ppl from Otago this coming spring break! Hooray. Hopefully we're able to do the skydiving and blackwater rafting along the way. woo hoo ... so looking forward to it now. I can't wait =p

Culinary Corner VII

This is a healthy alternative to all my other stuff. It's a vegetarian omelette! =P No meat inside it at all. Just mushrooms, peas, carrots, onions and long beans =) Hooray to vege! =p

Hehe ... I guesss you can't really tell what i'm doing here. But it's an attempt at teriyaki chicken. (Sauce from maggi =p ). Haha tasted a bit like it la. Needs some brushing up though!

Arty Farty Me =P

I was actually quite surprised when I met Shi Min on the bus to the city cause I haven't seen her in a loooong time. So we chatted and I realised she's been busy with her Bishop Julius Hall stuff and she even needed a dress for some upcoming ball (so mafan =P). Haha so I decided to travel to town together with her .I found out that it was the Christchurch Arts Festival this few weeks, so being the arty farty me (haha ... right), I had to go check out all the displays and interesting things on display. There was this big flower in the middle of the square and a big cluster of colourful umbrellas that were worth a look.





And We stopped by the Christchurch Art Gallery where there was a huge display of abstract, modern, etc paintings... Too bad no photography was allowed so i'll leave it to your imagination was we saw in there .. haha =x

Touring the city

Ok ... I was back at the City Centre and the church. I didn't go inside the last time I was there so now was a good chance.

Hmmm didn't do anything much this week and last. Nothing much to take photos of. Gonna be planning for a nice mid-semester break though! I didn't believe it when I realised the break was 2 whole weeks! ( Puts NUS to shame .. hahah jk )

Culinary Corner V

Ho ho ... now my meals are getting more complicated ( i think ). haha i wish ... It's just stir fried chicken with vege and a bullseye egg! Not bad considering I didn't break the yolk when I was cooking it. It's been super long since I cooked my own bullseye egg =p

Haha ok this is a simple steak wif some fried vege and black pepper sauce. Slowly and steady my menu is expanding =p~
