Christmas 2012

We had a simple, blessed Christmas at home. We opened gifts, went and saw Les Miserables, foggy weather, had dinner with friends, made a Gingerbread house, and drank yummy hot chocolate.

Celebrating 6 Years

We have been married for 6 years. 

They have not been the easiest 6 years. 

We have struggled, laughed, cried, ached, and loved.

Some of the things we have learned the hard way.

1. Struggle, fight, cry, and laugh together.

2. Therapy and counseling are not things to be embarrassed by.

3. Communication is so important and so hard.

4. No one is perfect, especially if you think you are.

5. Covenants and commitments are worth it.

6. Vacations and time together keep love strong.

Sssshhhhh!!!!

It's his big 3-0 birthday tomorrow.

Presents were opened a day early because the birthday boy will be in class all day.

A Nexus tablet with all the accessories to keep it safe and user friendly. Plus a new pair of casual, nice looking Globes to wear around.

Our tradition continues with Gigi's cupcakes because a cake is just too big for two.
