I bought a small wooden ''tag'' at Masstown, in NS.

* I sanded it first
* added graphic 45 Communique Collection Shutter Speed pp (front is stripped and back is like a paisley polka dot),
* then scalloped punched graphic 45 Christmas Past Collection,
* added some tags(graphic 45 Christmas Past Collection),
* buttons,
* black lace ribbon,
* border from scallop punch added on top of black lace
* small black and white ribbon
* punched a few small holes in scalloped circle
