A week in a summary

I've been watching a lot of K-drama. A lot. So, I'm glad we have kimchi in the house. 

 Past few weeks has been nicely quiet.

 My bro got married.

 We had lotsa silly fun.

 She's been using her room everyday, I didn't expect a reno will change her. She just want to do things in her room now. I'm really glad, closing my eyes on the mess she made, I remember my mum used to nag that she can't see the floor's surface area. I think its retribution now.

 She got 10/10 for her first spelling test. I thought the first one was hard, this is her second spelling test, and they only distribute it on Friday.

I'm leaving for Shanghai. The good news, I haven't travelled for work since April. The bad news, I didn't had to go for this trip, I could have been just in Sg. Oh wells, I'll treat it as earning Krisflyer and hotel points. 

I did 10 days of clues, 10 surprises hidden around the home for her. 

Dinner tonight was sooo satisfying. I really love the hawker opposite our home. 

Langkawi Day 3

Last day. Our flight was at 8pm, but the hotel was very kind and we had our room until 4pm! Did I mention we got a free upgrade when we checked in too!

 She loves the buggy ride around the resort.

 We spent the later morning in the pool.

 This airport apparently won the world's best smallest airport award. We had a free lounge entry from the hotel, but we didn't realise the lounge was outside the custom. And it was the smallest airport we've ever since. We came out of the airport testing our boredom to new heights, had to resort to letting her watch on laptop.

It was a very good trip for us! Except he caught dengue the weekend before the trip, so with a 4 days incubation, the first day of the trip he had fever. Went to the hospital after landing and ended our memorable holiday.

I do like Langkawi, the food is cheap and the place is nice, and its a short 1 hr ride away. Will definitely be back!

Langkawi Day 2

This day onwards it is Emma and Mummy holiday.

While hubs rest, we headed on and enjoyed our holiday as usual. Breakfast!

 The view was really good, and I love it so much, except, it was pouring too much in the morning. Breakfast was really good and she ate a lot too.

 She was also in an excellent mood, playing while waiting for me to finish my tea.

 We went off to another cafe to chill while the sky pour away.

 We headed to the kids club again.

 Headed to the nearby mall for lunch.

The sky cleared by lunch and we headed straight to the pool!

 New found freedom in the water - swimming.

 I love pool bars. Love.

 Beach next!

 I love eating by the beach too. Its the feeling right?

 Continuing to the bath tub. At this point, I was a prune already.

 The whole afternoon gone by and it was dinner!

 Hubs was well enough, and the porridge was wayyy better than the hotel's.

 It was a really nice resort. Sitting by the view just watching the sky go by.
