Sundays

Sundays are made up of Gardens by the Bay last Sunday.

 This picture is perfect. Would have been better without the donut and pizza.

This morning, we went for picnic at East Coast Park. She was so excited yesterday, we couldn't mention the word 'picnic'. She said we have to pretend that she's going to school. 

 We tabao prata and ate it there.

Next Sunday we'll be in Italy!

Actually I've been travelling too much this year. I'm glad that its a holiday.

My happy thing this week, new Puma Weave sneakers!

 In my favourite pink, and patent. Much easier to maintain than suede I guess.

Made an impulse buy on Monday at NTUC. I was excited when I saw this and got it with the intention to bring it to Italy. The price tag of $20 plays a part that if it didn't work, we can just leave it in Italy.

 So story to this, I regretted and realised it was an impulse buy shortly after I come back. Cause I'll look like a China woman pushing this. So now we're using this daily, hoping that it wouldn't last. And also her novelty wears out, because I kinda decided to bring a stroller.

Bring Your Kids to Work Day

Some time last year, I volunteered to organize for my company's BYKTWD as my 20% project. So it happened yesterday, and she was very excited for it. It turned out, when I volunteered for this, it was so that she can attend. So I literally organise a 300 pax event which truly to me, was meant for my one and only child. 

3/4 of my department had children of all dragon year. O_O

The competition is real. 

 But they had sooo much fun playing together though they just met that morning.

This was her favourite activity! Expedition where they get to see dinosaurs, go to the forest, we actually did this activity twice.

 We made a robot.

 There were also music storytelling, coding activities, bouncy castle and much more! I think I did a great job organising this. For my Emma.

I must not do this again next year. Its too much work for 300 pax.

Carnival!

We did a lot of things over CNY and visiting the carnival was one of them. Some said it wasn't worth it because you've got to pay for every ride. I would say its worth it, because we only pay for the rides we really want, and I had a limit of 5 games/rides for Emma, so it didn't worked out expensive for us. 

 She was very high and in the photo taking mood, so we had a lot of photos!

 There were two sections to the carnival, and it was a nice walk to the next one.

 The carnival was nice also it wasn't crowded, there were barely any queue for each game/ride.

River Ang Bao

Before I left for US, we managed to squeeze in a River Ang Bao trip! I like to go even though its squeezy and crowded, just to take some pictures and feel a bit of atmosphere.

 It lasted for 2-3 days, and of cause made a great photo op!

US Trip

The morning before I flew, I pulled her out of school, gonna miss doing this next year. Pulling her out tomorrow as well since I don't have to go to work.

Having breakfast while she accompanies me for facial.

 Sending her to grandma's place in the noon while I headed to the airport thereafter.

 Never take business class for granted. Its really a bliss travelling long haul on business.

 They even serve the most delicious lou hei on air!
