Or trying to lose some weight. Every Wednesday is salad day, so that solve my lunch, I bring my own salad (which my mum prepare actually). Tomorrow evening I'll be going yoga, so dinner will be:
Organic rolled oats, chia seeds with dragon fruit, kiwi and orange.
Actually eating clean is expensive you know? Chia seeds are exp, but it keeps you full. Supermarkets force you to buy fruits in bulk, which decreases variety. This is my 4th and last kiwi, they come in 4s minimum (I had the other 3 for Sat dinner, Sun breakfast and lunch). The last time I bought blueberries, I had to buy 4 packets at a go. Today I bought a pair of dragonfruit which my mum said they were overpriced.
Alternatively, to make my diet more pocket friendly, I can just steal fruits from my mum's. My horror when I opened her fridge and saw dragon fruit lying inside, I could have saved that, so I just took another orange. Other stuff I'm eyeing at in her house, rock melon which she said not yet ripe, oranges, cherries and bananas. Not so keen on pears and apples cause they can't really survive overnight.
Actually I've lost one kg, can lose another kg please? I've already given up on yohgurt, not too much to ask right?
