Holiday memories

Just from the recent trips, Emma have been very aware that shes been sitting on aeroplanes, watching non stop cartoons (on inflights), and going on holidays. It started from the Krabi trip, where she remembers fondly of buggy car rides which she can't get enough of.

From our Perth trip, she remembers and still do, of herself feeding kangeroos

And touching koala bears

Thats how she knows of these two animals, afterwhich we were quite determined to make a Aussie trip happen in 2015. Thats for another story.

For the coming London trip, I'm finding something memorable and fun for her that she can remember of London. And I'm still finding....

Ice cream comes to the rescue

It was just 5 mins into our park visit. She was scooting and came down from it to walk the scooter instead. It ended up with her tripping over the scooter and with slight abrasion = unconsolable cries. Bad start to our park visit, so we offered an ice cream in bid to save our park trip.
It worked obviously. Theres nothing an ice cream can't solve.
After she was all happy again!

London 2015

So so, it has made it to the top 16 list of most boring place on Earth,

Together with our beloved Sentosa. Of cause this isn't gona stop us from visiting it next year.

I'm on a mission to get a new winter coat for her.

Afterall, this has serve us very well in Hong Kong 2013

And French Riveria 2014

I'm thinking a down one might be better for London in March weather along with the above peacoat which is getting a size too small.

Just waiting for this to go on sale, and life would be more than perfecto!

Can't wait to get on real planning!!! Woopiesss!!

In the mean time, we've settled the air tickets in time for SQ promotion. Now many more things to go.

Penguins

Finally we (or just I) brought her to her first movie!
Why didn't we bring her there earlier!
Even though it was her first, she behaved as if it were her 10th time. Just watching and muching her snack till the end.
Now we can't wait for our next movie, but for now it UNIVERSAL STUDIO TIME!! (the next happiest place on earth after Disney!)

Happy 31st *chokes*

Its been a while, so I'm doing a catch up while my hair gets done at the salon.

My birthday - 23 November

So I was feeling sobby and all on my actual day that I can't find a decent present that I want that was available (I was eyeing on a Chanel wallet, but was out of stock island wide. Bummer.)

Anyhows. All happy cause its mummy's bday!

But she wasn't in the happiest mood until much later.

And while I take pictures with her, she took pictures of us with her toy phone.

Posing for her.

Then it was my turn! (Terrible ladder photobomber)

And we had lunch at Lei Garden.

Emma might have misunderstood that it was her bday instead.

She just ate and ate and ate. We can't even have a decent mummy-bday-family shoot.

I love this. We all looked happily greedy.

And at that very place after looking through the menu. I found my bday present.

After a puking full morning, we went back for a short coma.

After weeks of procrastination, this was finally up.

We need an angel for the tree. Remind me in January. Thats when we buy all the heavily discount decor for the tree.

And dinner was at my favourite Jumbo.

Happy birthday to me!!

My emo baby

Just last week, Emma was watching Ice Age 2, and there came a scene she went:

'Baby mammoth cannot find mummy and daddy mammoth.'

And she started sobbing.

Just for the record, shes just two and a half, but so emo already!!

Flexibility is the key

I love this travel article on straits times today.

It talks about travelling with young kids, and this sentence caught my eye. Flexibility is the key.

Of cause, it very much depends on how open you are to the idea of flexibility.

her: Emma poot poot, mummy don't see. Go away please.

Weekendd~~

Wopiessss
What should we do... mm..

Farm visit

One of the weekends we visited a farm near our place. They had all sorts of normal animals/pets, and also weird ones. Best of all, she gets to feed them.

But it was really nothing to shout about.
Will we return?

I don't know. Really.

Sundays

Its been a much procrastinated run. My alarm was set at 6:15am, but hubs off-ed it and we woke up at 6:30am all not-so-ready for a run! But we went!
I was happy secretly that it rained! So we lazily turned away from Botanical Gardens and headed for breakfast! It stopped when we reached our bf area, and we got reminded by many runners running past us that we were suppose to run. So off we went! Ran for 5 mins, and decided our heart wanted breakfast badly.

Got her a baby chino and she was only interested in stirring and playing with the foam.
It sky seems to be holding up, so we headed to Botanical again!

And we spent our entire morning just like that!!

Since we were all in a happy mood, I opened a new toy for her!

This was really fun for both of us! Until the part when she start dunking ah gong like a biscuit into coffee...
