The Birthday
I shan't kid anyone and name this the surprise birthday bouquet. It kinda became a routine to get my birthday routine, so im still happy!

A bit on taking this photo. Hubs had to take 3 times cause the previous two turned out blur, and it realli is no joke carry my current emma with one hand for 3 photos.
Then we went for my all time favourite Gyu Gaku! Past few occasions we tried other new eateries, but concluded, nothing beats this. So, we shall just stick to this, who cares bout being boring.

And went watch my favourite series!

Nevermind that its ending, and it was anti-climax at the important battle. I still LOVEEEE ITTT!!!!

Hong Kong!!!
Was kinda a last min decision, we're going Hong Kong!

I've been contemplating going somewhere, cause i'll be clearing over 3 weeks of leave starting next month (it happens when you go on maternity, i need to clear last yr and this yr annual leave, on top of the additional leaves like childcare leave. Not complaining.) I reckon i'll be pretty bored at home, cause almost all my leave taken, i go somewhere. I've actually cancelled the idea of going Hong Kong, cause of the extreme inconvenience of bringing Emma there, super non baby friendly place to be in with all the narrow pathways. And also additional costs incur if i were to go shopping there. But this morning my mum called, and ask whether to go. Th next minute, all tickets are booked!
We'll be travelling via Cathay, going with my parents and aunt. Hubs and myself will be staying at my coy's accomodation for 3/4 of the time in Tsim Tsa Zhui since its free, 1/4 of the time we'll be staying at my uncle's (yes, free too!). My parents and aunt will be staying at my uncle's the entire time. And intial planning, Emma will be with them most of the time so she can get homecooked food still, and hubs and i can go walk freely (and peacefully). The oldies are more than happy to take her, and we'll pick her up at night to be with us!
Now i can plan for Hong Kong!! Though we've both been there seperately, but this is the first time both of us go there together! And now with Emmilicious.
Now, lets move on, Poo. Emma's been semi potty train by my mum since 1-2 mths ago (when she's 6/7mths old). Of cause she can't say she wanna poo, but Emma will be put on her potty after lunch, and viola! We haven't done it much, cause every weekend we're out, cant possibly bring a potty out. But yesterday we caught her in the act, and immediately wip out the potty fresh out from the box, and VIOLA!!

Super clean! Unlike doing it on the pampers where its a giant mess.
OOTD

Its a cold day, so sweater for class!

Sweater from Pumpkin Patch when it was on 50% sale, got it before she was born. Super cheap, $15? Pokka dot romper dress from Carters when we went Hawaii, definately less than $10.

Whos the idiot
How do you know if someone is treating you like a fucking idiot.
Ask: You mean theres no escalators in shopping malls?
Answer: I duno
And the person actually expect you to believe his 'i duno' answer.

Black Friday
Black Friday have started early for online purchases. I was kinda waiting for this. (Theres additional 20% off ontop of the storewide 50% off carters!) But after clicking on the items, i dint checkout. Hah! Very discipline. Lol. Actually the items were in store when i was in Hawaii, and i choose not to buy them (cause I already picked out an entire heap!) This time, i reminded myself we'll be in new york next year in time for their summer sale, so I'll probably return with another HEAP.
So! I'll 忍忍忍 !!!

Happy 7mth!
Emma turns 7 months today!!

Fast and furious indeed! Same old milestones, nothing new. She probably wouldnt be crawling, cause she seems to be moving/shifting her butt around. So did i. Her bottom 2 teeth are already halfway out, and her top are sprouting as well.
Not so blue monday today! Im wearing a new outfit! New pelpum top from h&m and skirt from cotton on.

In a dressy mood!
Yesterday we had company dnd. And i wore my new favourite dress! My all time favourite cutting, where from waistdown it flares out. Is this call skater dress as well? No idea.

My favourite part of the dress. The back!

Its not too much exposure. Just a deep v to the waist. And a ribbon! Ive got a thing with ribbons behind, and on my shoes. The only thing i dint really like was, the ribbon could have been bigger.
Ive wore this dress twice, once at a wedding and yesterday night. Cant wait for the next time to wear it on 2 Dec on another wedding!

Happy shopping day~
Super happy shopping day today!! I've got an accessory for my phone which I've always wanted, a *blink blink* one too, in one of my favourite animal - owl.

A pelpum top from h&m. Last week i got a flat black pelpum top as well, but I dint had any bottom to go with. So today, i got 2 fitting skirts, one flora one to go with the black pelpum top, and another black skirt to go with this pelpum top. Skirts were from cotton on, going at 2 for $30!

A beige dress from h&m, a bit crumpled. Both fits perfectly well, and most importantly, makes me look very slim!

The happiest thing buying clothes now, is the sizing. Pre-emma, I use to wonder how I'll turn out to be after i gave birth, whether I'll end up like the typical women, unable to lose the spare tyre. Post-emma, I'm always happy buying clothes, seeing that I still fit into a size 34, small or even a extra small.
*horray* to happy shopping day! Emma's happy too!!

Emma favourite past time!
One of Emma's favourite activities - bathing (or playing/splashing with water). We normally let her stay in for a while to play, and at times fill her tub to the brim. She loves to bath! (Or probably jus playing with water)

Her love for tissue pack. I'll leave that for another post on her love relationship with all kinds of tissue pack, from packet dry tissue, to tubs of wet wipes. Of cause, as with all other things that falls into her hands, eventually it has to go into her mouth.

Playing in her room at her play corner. She spends about 30 minutes everyday at the playarea (most of the time mummy will take her bath while daddy plays with her), the toys/books are building up slowly. And after we get those flashcards, some time will be spend there flashing her the cards as well.

Of cause, they always have to end up in her mouth.

Friday night, i sold away my first generation ipad (like finally). It was getting slow and apps keep crashing cause of the old OS and it doesnt allow me to update. We sold at quite a good price! $120 as compared to $80 other places were accepting it for. Now i'm using the new ipad! Happies!
Yesterday, was an extremely busy day. The most tiring of which ended with a $12 photoshoot that we got from groupon promotion. This time it was sooo much better as compared to the lousy photographer we got the previous time round. We did it at Fort Canning (previously was at Marina Barage), Emma was quite a darling so the pictures turn out so well, we topped up $65 to get all the raw shoots about 250 of them. Cant wait to receive the soft copies! Hopefully by next month, cause i intend to finish up the photo album that im currently working on.
Now... Waiting for baby to wake up from her nap, and we'll be heading out for her class.

Happy to be back!
Extremely happy to be back from Bangalore. We finally had the time to set up Emma's play area. The playmat was delivered when I was in India and hubs dint had the time to set it up in her room. I managed to get it at a good deal through a korea spree.

Im using the first generation ipad, which i'm gona sell off, and get the new ipad mini. The speed is very slow and the capacity is insufficient, so i'll be getting the 32GB, cause 64 is too expensive.
This India trip is the only work trip that Ive bought so much things. We came across a 'factory' shop by accident, and it carries all the excess clothings from some brands like polo, zara, roxy, quicksilver etc, with the price tag and all still there. Got quite a bit of clothing from there, they have some really factory outlets (not those nice ones you see in states, but really factory kind), but it was an hour away and we dint had the time. Got some clothes for Emma as well. Everything was about $5-10, cause they were made in India. All in all, Bangalore wasnt that bad an experience.
