19 April 2012:
4am: My waterbag bursts while I was sleeping. Its a weird feeling. Its like a dam broke open, and a sudden gush of water jus flow out from the vagina and it woke me up from my sleep. Woke up hubby, removed the bedsheet, (we were kinda prepared for this, hence already put a sheet of waterproof mat below the bedsheet).
4:30am: We were out of the house after a quick cleanup. Went for a Macdonalds drive through for a fillet-o-fish meal. Best decision ever, cause the next time i had any food was dinner at 7pm, and drink was 4pm after my delivery. Was freaking hungry and thirsty.
5:45am: Settled down in labour room, was 4cm dilated. Nurse commented quite fast. No contractions at all so far, so dint ask for epi.
8am: I had less than 10 contractions that were still bearable. They were about pain level of 6 out of 10. I asked for epi, cause I dint want to risk not being in time to use it, since the nurse commented I was dilating fast.
9:45am: Dr Lee came, and I was 7cm dilated! He said that the baby would probably arrive about 2pm.
Nothing really happened in between. It was just this

And this

And more of

We were just waiting for dilation.
2pm: Nurse checked and I was about 9.5cm dilated.
3pm: Dr Lee came and I was fully dilated, but he say baby is in OP to the nurse. Ive got totally no idea what that meant, i jus want to put it down. lol. He say can start pushing and to call him when ready. Nurse start to prep, and the next thing i was pushing away. There was no pain at all, but i can feel myself pushing my guts out and everything.
3:25: Dr came, 2 more last pushes, one for her head, and one for her shoulders, the next thing she was lying on me.
Baby Emma weighs 3.49kg which was quite big for my size. She bruised my bladder so theres blood in my urine, but dr say it'll recover quickly. Any bigger she'll be difficult for me as well. Length at 52cm.

For a baby with such small mouth, she can suckly quite well, after her 3rd session of suckling, she kinda became a vampire, my nipples were bleeding already, and i believe she took some of it. Someone need to invent epidural for breastfeeding, its freaking painful.
Happy daddy!

We'll leaving for home tomorrow! Please dont cry so much.. theres no nursery at home where i can ask the nurse to wheel her away.
By the way, I'm feeling the after effects of the pushing now, its like recovering from a mega exercise session. My arms aches like shit, not so much on my thighs since Ive been pretty diligent in my thigh exercises.
Ok, now wish me luck on my breastfeeding journey!
