Emma's Week

tis wk is declared Emma's Week. there was one of the biggest baby fair held in expo, we went not once, but twice to finally finish getting everyting we need. we queued not once, but twice for free 24 piece huggies diapers (yes, yao kwee and proud of it.) we officially declared that we're prepared for emma's arrival and have gotten all we need and want!


clothes are already washed and put in paper bags first cause the wardrobe not quite ready.


its not cleaned yet..


mm.. ok not quite ready, everything's in heaps of mess. the cot's coming on friday. and we're getting another cupboard to store the necessities, shift the furniture into the right position, unpack the clothes.

and *TADAAAA* ~~ we'll be done in no time!!!

Pursuit of wealth

as i was wasting my time away in mr teh terik, im reading this article in cleo:


something that i was discussing with a fren yesterday which i belive in too:

metro TGIF sale~~

there's 20% discount at metro! so its time to top up on my facial products again!

im buying my last tube of anti stretch mark cream, upgrading to the body shaping cream to be used after delivery, toner and sunblock!


tis is gona be my last tube of anti stretchmark i presume since im stepping into my last stage of pregnancy. so far its been quite good, ive used about 6-7 tubes i guess plus one bottle of clarins tonic oil. up till now, fingers cross no stretchmark *yet*. but sadly ive got green veins around my tummy, noting i can do about it..


and all of the above, i have accumulated to more than $300, so for the nex 2 years i got free member!

After seeing all the sprees from forum, ive decided to try and to do one batch and test out the delivery charges. Based on research, ive used the cheapest hopefully. Now, back to my loot!! They were from carters and osh kosh! The best part is they costs between 7 to 10usd each!!

fatty boom BOOM

today is one of those days where i feel damn fat. ive officially gained 1 full kg since 11th. today is 23rd, so tat means ive gained 1kg in 12 days. i feel like my face has jus exploded overnight.

recently ive been toying with the idea of a new phone. ive been pretty bored of iphone. this is the longest time that ive hold on to a phone. taking into considering movin from iphone 3gs to 4 is no diff.

on my mind is samsung note cause of its big screen. and

weight gain

based on my bmi. tis is my ideal weight gain.


its quite close i guess. ive gained about 11kg so far. considering my bmi was underweight before i got pregnant. ppl with higher bmi will gain less, lower bmi wld gain more.

hopefully ill lose all of it after emma's out. *cross fingers*

Just About Bags

ive been wanting to do this blog long ago, bout my fav thing in my life - bags!

lets start with the basics - longchamp. i mainly use it for overseas work trips. 3 of them are all of the same size and same handle length. i still like them.


kate spade. the red one i got from haute avenue, the white one from states for less than 150sgd. the red one has been apppointed the official diaper bag when emma's out.


tods. the grey one got it in a outlet store in athens. the purple one was a random purchase.


coach. one of my fav brands, cause its cheap and pretty! the brown one i got it from japan outlet, the rest are all from states outlets which costs less than 150sgd each!


burberry blue label. i love it too. cheap and pretty. but their range are quite limited, and japan is not on our travel plans now. so. tats it i suppose.


gucci. tis is japan ltd edition i got it from the japan outlet, costs bout 600 sgd. one of my fav too.

emma talk again

since im pregnant now, theres noting much i can talk about than baby talk.



i wish to talk bout someting else, but its difficult when i dont go shopping for my own clothes anymore - i can fit noting. so i dont see the pt in walking into zara or mango. these few wks we've been trying to settle the last of the baby stuff, cause ill be hitting full term at wk 37 nex month 30 march (a baby is no longer considered premature after she has reached full term).

this am i was trying some pre- pregnancy wear. (beware of the following pics, it might disgust some ppl).

i really hope still be able to fit into this pair after all the hips expansion. ive gone thru great trouble to get this pair. its ltd edition from levis ladies and ive never really liked jeans and this is the only pair i really love and own, and comes with its own price as well.

can i tell the story of this jeans? i first got it in sg, then realise it was spoilt after i got it. cause it was ltd edition, i couldnt get a exact replacement, so i changed it for something else. then we went taiwan and saw the same pair, and i got it there! mm.. the story doesnt sound so impressive the way i put it. moving on..

i had more in mind on my maternity shoots next month. jeans were definately not quite me, since i hardly wear it. i was tinking of maybe this:


of coz covering my tummy, the line really made it not very pretty huh.


i quite like this top, i got from zara from the non maternity range, its a XS size, so hopefully ill still wear it after delivering.


i quite like this outfit combo. hopefully in 1 months time emma is still able to fit into the top..

valentines' day!

happy vday!!!


its not a great celebration, but i do insist on having at least a more than hawker center meal. this is to be happy tat on this day, where everyone else has someone, i have my own 'someone' as well. or tinking the other way round, i would be sad if i had no one to celebrate with on this day. so, no matter how commercialised this day can be, a nice pretty meal is a must!


no gifts, but another MUST! cards!
