Los Angeles accomodation - CHECKED!!!!

Hilton!!!! wohoOOOOoOOOoOO~~~ Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim.

Hubs had stayed in the hilton garden inn series in usa, and was good. so for 103 usd.. we've got it!!!!! yeahh!!! thats before tax.. after tax is 119. we're gona stay there for 6 nights, so location and price is quite important. and of cause comfort. its walking distance to disneyland!!
so 10 days of accomodation down. now its oni las vegas.. its a bit on the high side now.. so, we'll wait a while i guess..

yeahh!! sf's accomodatation - CHECKED!!

coz we're not having a car in sf, mostly read said that the place is vey accessible by public transport. so we're only getting our car on the last day to drive to the premium outlets and to make our way to las vegas. so its kinda a priority to stay in a central area. it was either financial district, union square or fisherman's wharf.

personally i'll prefer fisherman's wharf. coz financial district and union sq would be very congested. its cbd area and orchard road respectively. n fisherman's wharf is a not far walking distance away from union square.. and i prefer staying near the sea than in the midst of congestion.

so fisherman's wharf it is!!
last wk, i saw hilton has a promo for advance booking. its 120usd exclude taxes n all, its considered cheap for its brand and location. we wanted to book that. but delayed till this wk. and WAS UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE PROMO WAS UP TO 135USD THIS WK!!

ok, blessing in disguise. sheraton was having a promo!!! its 126 inclusive of EVERYTING!!! about 20% of tax to add them up, service tax, tourist tax, and all the other rubbish tax. so this was even much cheaper!!!! to prevent last wk history from repeating itself, i fast hands fast legs check with hubs and BOOKED!!

we would either get a city view, pool view or sea view.. i wld very much prefer a sea view.... but anyway.. watever, it doesnt reali bother me that much thou..

long ago.. i was usin tis.. dint quite like it.. coz its quite gor.. very thick n was quite uncomfortable. it makes my face shiny too.


then i moved on to tis. same spf level. but with bb base. dint reali like it too.. coz it makes my face VERY SHINYYY.


im movin on to this now. best i tried soo far!!! not bb base. but good texture n not shiny despite e higher spf level. goody~~

we had bf at cineleisure toastbox. VERY different from our usual compasspt toast box, tis is much much less stressful. compasspt one is always damn crowded,. so always got ppl standin beside u waitin for ur table..


then we had papaya dessert!!

in a pixie mood~~

the first of the series. excellent! i watched it by chance on in flight entertainment on one of the work trips. realised tis was released wat in 2008.


then last wk at li-ren's hse, we watched the one way below- the great fairy rescue.. again.. felt the addiction.

yesterday, i bought tis and watched it tis morning!!! great i must say. tis released in 2009.


tis last wk at li-ren's place. tis released in 2010.


nex yr they're releasin more series!!! cant wait~~

and jus now was watchin the dvd extra features, tey had a new section in california disney cause of the sucess of the movie!!!!

hubs went for some talk, im home plannin for our usa trip. n realise our initial plan is gona to be a feat.. haha


we intend to drive non-stop from sf to lv within 1 day. haha. i went to read read forums.. like not possible, its a straight 9 hr non stop if i drive at 100km per hr whcih is not possible, considerin minor roads where were we gota slow down. so we're lookin into a stop over in one of the towns.. or even the more tourisy areas.. like yosmite or death valley..

punctuality

being punctual is a simple ting in life, but it shows your character.

most of the ppl i see daily do not have a habit of being punctual. good example, a meeting at 4, he will leave at 4 to his destination tat wld take a good 30 min travelling time. by being habitually late, he's a great procrastinator in other aspects.

such ppl live asif the whole world revolves around oni him/her. most ppl punctuality doesnt irritate me tat much, coz i've lived with it tat most ppl r habitually hate. (except hubs whose trained to be punctual)

its not difficult to be punctual. u jus need to plan ur time. if someone cant even such simple task, can u plan much 'difficult' tasks?

2.5 yrs ago..

Was looking through others wedding photos.. N reminded me if my own.. How much i love those... Hahaa.. in thr current ranking order of my favs..

First.. I love the red tree. The colour contrast here. This is like the onli red tree we ever saw, coz it was winter. U'll b lucki to c trees with even leaves on it.


2nd.. Taken in school. He jumped. And he fell. Almost spoilt our holidays coz we were heading to melbourne next.


And in school.. How pretty the reflection form an almost symetrical mirror image.


With more budget, there're few tings my wedding i would like to change. But i was most satisfied w our pre-wedding shoot. Noting from this pre-wedding i ever regreted. =)

been busy..very busy.. totally obsessed with pocket frogs.. i jus spent my wkends and everyday after work playin tat.. breedin my frogs. y isit so addictive huh??!!??

n yesterday hubs leave got approved! so yest nite we booked our flight with ana to california!! we'll b flyin to sf, then drive down to vegas and la, then fly back from la.

my fav seats in the plane when gg for fun trips, r couple seats where theres oni both of us. but out of the 4 legs of the flight, was only able to get 3 legs with the 2 seater. will try to change, but tink changes r ultra slim, cause there r oni 4 pair of 2-seaters in the entire plane..

tonight im gg uss hollywood walk for the 3rd time!!! twice were free, includin tis time, all thanks to frebs havin fun overseas. yeeaapiessss~~~
