our house has evolved to a home!

ok. done with the carrying of stuff. it takes lotsa effort to carry the stuff from the car up to our place. today, mr strong-man has to do 3 trips.
yesterday was jus 2. to bring this and its other barang up. we're kinda like garang guni, collecting tings that our family don't want. of coz we oni take the good one lah. bose speakers:
our Sealy mattress! and our king size bed!!

the bed comes with lotsa storage,all 4 sides, including the headrest.

but this is the main reason why we decided on the bed.. check out the side tables..

both sides are movable along both sides of the bed. and 1 side, the table is able to flip up to the bed, so can we can work on the laptop and watch tee bee at the same time!!!

can't wait for wednesday and weekends!! then can go our home again!!

tireds..

tired. thats the oni word i can say. yesterday, after my jap class ends at 1pm, we spent whole day in our hse. everyting came on time. pics would be up in 1 hrs' time after hubz comes up from dinner. (skipping dinner tonight. maybe supper?)

this morning, we woke up at 930, and went our house again. now. its become a home. it looks like 1, and feels like 1. everyting is almost unpacked, mostly my stuff, somehow li-ren doesn't have much tings after staying on earth for 30 years. i definately have 24 years worth of tings.

there was an attempt to get this last week. but it was OUT OF STOCK!!! there were oni 2 display pieces left in 2 outlets.

but i got this jus now!! its definately not a replacement for above. cannot replace la. one 4 digit, this one 3 digit.

can put laptop!!! now i got another bag i can bring overseas for work!! its difficult to choose bags to bring overseas, it has to be light, and has a zip for places like Cheenah. and must can put laptop, and easy to match clothes.

till then.. that would be for a while before i lay my hands on this!!!

housework sucks..

weekends have been tired. doing housework. we're finally more or less done with the draft of the long procrastinated unedited pictures for our pre-wedding shoots. those that dint manage to make it into the REAL album. it adds up to about 80 pages of Blurb.

ok. hail to the coming weekend. the study room shelf and the study room tables are coming! and then.. more cleaning.. coz they're going to dirty my already clean house again. arg.

my 1 yr anniversary is coming. 29 September. almost forgotten. tink i need to put it on alarm to remind me again.

then its our get-to-gether anniversary on 27th October, which i tink we haven't been putting much celebration for a while. i tink we went equinox last yr. or was it the year before...

Hokkaido?

yeah.. i tink i'm coming!!! hokkaido it will be! can't tink of anywhere else to bring my mum that i would wanna go. prob in december/november, so my bro would be having his holidays and come along.

hope it wun be a disaster. read so much bout tour packages in the forum. but 2 women and 1 kid. have to go for tour package lahh

yesterday, we were toking bout lasik. and i was saying, i'm hoping i can do it nex yr, thou with my US plans ahead, n i wanna bring my parents to Japan as well.. dont tink can. but anyways. lasik, i dint wanna keep wearing contacts, and pull down my lower lid, and expedite my wrinkle process.

the reply i got from a woman, 'actually wrinkle will come, its a matter of sooner of later. it doesn't really matter.'

sometimes, some ppl make some comments, i will wonder isit jus me? or isit them that there's someting wrong with their thinking? y in the hell would i wanna have my wrinkles at the age of 25 instead of 40(if i've got a choice)?

the movers are coming this sunday. its been a day li-ren and i have been looking forward to for a long long time... but i tink the timing is not very right... can't really be excited over it. but we've gotta move the tings out of li-ren's place, its been taking up a entire room, and part of the living room. we've sorta been asked when we'll moving out the tings, might not be a hint. it might be. its not my roof anyway, thats y we're moving.

moving on

my grandmother moved on yesterday morning.

it has been a debate the whole day whether to go home over the weekend. i would take Friday's midnight flight, reach sat morning, and come back sunday 4pm latest flight available. The wake would last for 7 days, and would end with cremation next Wednesday. So anyhow there's no way i can make it back for that.

i've decided not to go back. not that i'm not close to her. She brought me up, and we lived together for 20 years until i went Perth. Some tings that i do not believe in, is to do things when someone is no longer around. When i was in Japan, i was hoping hard to make it back and see her again. And i managed to for the whole of last week. Now that she's no longer around, even the box is sealed, i could only go back to see her photo. which i really see no point in.

My mum said i don't have to go back, as it was pointless, tat would most likely be what my grandma would tell me too. With that, i'm not going back. hope i dont regret in future.

monday night touchdown dinner: a feast, mainly things soaked in oil.

tuesday breakfast: complimentary breakfast provided by the property in a japanese restaurant, still half of the tings are shiny coated with oil.

tuesday lunch: beef noodle soup, their soup consists mainly of oil. like pure oil.

tuesday dinner: finally decent japanese food. *phew* no oil.

wednesday breakfast: i'm smart. i bought my own subway for breakfast, and starbucks mocha. life is great when you've got starbucks jus downstairs where u stay. seng kang town council should seriously consider that at blk 202A.

They could have invented cars that run on cooking oil. it seems like they've got plentiful supply of it..

had a fatabulous dinner! and happen to noe of famous hong kong actresses staying here now.. but dont tink will bump into them, coz they take lift straight to the basement, and to tink there're no paparazzi at all.. we were told they were very good with this 'secret' tingy.. more stars.. ang peng siong was sitting in front of me in the plane.

in my bathrobe typing this. lazy for pictures, so lets b descriptive. a 1-bedroom tats' too big for me, it makes walking from the room to the main door a bit far. using Loccitane range of toiletries. how bad can it get? oh, and with a fantastic Beijing 20-floor view from my bedroom.
