haiz... It's Tuesday only.. *Jaws just walked past in front of me* haha...
Had quite a weekend... On Saturday, finally I had my blading session with Dar, Ter, Joe & Cheehan... erm.. Being a NOOB.. of cos I did fall.. but the fall was kept at 3.. *not that bad right.. haha.. not like someone.. who fall until kar cheng orh chee* hahaha.. so I only "sustained minor injuries" compared to Joe.. I think his rate of fall was almost 10 steps to 1 fall.. haha.. and he could do PRO stunts wor.. *like rotating in a circle before falling and end up in the push-up position.. ZAI right.. hahaha*
By the time we finished our blading it was around 1 plus liao.. so we just went next door.. where BK is to have our lunch.. haha.. erm.. we had our fill and anger too.. haha.. that BK had like only 3 staff to run the entire place.. and their service was HORRIBLE... so disappointing!!!
Then at night, I went for Naren's bday party... Erm.. First time attend an Indian Party.. haha.. but the FOOD IS DELICIOUS wor.... hahaha.. those its all spicy but its very very nice... haha.. And Naren kana DUNKed into the swimming pool.. though the security guard wasnt very happy about it.. but we had our share of fun.. *mind you.. I wasnt one of the dunkers* haha.. I was just a observer!!
Then Sunday was tuition tuition and tuition.. haha.. quite monotonous.. =P
Then now with everyone gone for meeting then I have to luxury of time to blog.. haha.. Gosh.. My workstation just shook!!! *cos my colleagues went for a meeting in a room nearby.. and they suddenly laughed.. so you can guess how loud they were laughing to cause the tremor*

Gosh.. Haven been having good night sleep for these 2 days.. I have been having weird dreams.. Gosh...
Thursday Night.. I dreamt that I went to some cafe for a meal with my gang.. Then after paying the bill, we got chase by a liquid looking monster (transformed by the waitress).. And we had to scramble for our lives.. In the end, the monster was after us just to PUT DOWN one of our signatures on the receipt!!!
Friday Night.. I dreamt that I went for hols again... This time on budget airline again.. And I forgot about the budget airline's confirmation slip and my passport... So I had to take train to get back home to get my passport and the slip... And the journey took 2hrs plus.. Amost missed the flight... so boarded the plane and landed in PENANG?!?! hahaha... what a place.. In the end.. there was some planning stuff and planned to stay in some hostel at the central of THAILAND.. gosh.. There's no link at all... hahah...
= : : Weird Dreams : : =

It's a long time since I've posted something le wor... haha.. Cos I went on a trip to HK for a short hols.. erm.. This is the 3rd time going on a hols without parents.. quite fun.. Went with my JC class mate - Ter...
We left Singapore at 3plus in the afternoon.. Checked in liao then we walked around the Duty Free shops.. haha.. went around spraying cologne.. so called testing testing.. haha.. Finally boarded the plane and Ter immediately KO the moment the flight took off... haha...
There was this sales of food and beverages cos we are not allowed to bring our own food onboard.. and when I saw the menu, I was shocked.. haha.. cos it was my first time taking budget.. hahah.. A bottle of Mineral Water costs $3!!! haha... I didnt get any in the end...
It was also "a little" cramp.. see the leg space that I had.. even though I had sit all the way into the seat... Haiz.. What to do.. Its budget... haha...
When we arrived, I was taken aback by the HK International Airport... It looked much more significant compared to the old one that had runways in the water.. haha...
As decided before we reached, we got the Train Express Package that was so useful cos we got unlimited rides on the MTR for the next few days... So we took the opportunity to take as many rides as possible cos we paid for it.. even for one station, we took the train...
After checking into the Hostel, we headed right for Temple's Street for food... It was still buzzing with people even though it was 11 plus at night.. so happening right?! But we didnt managed to get any food cos by the time we decided to eat wanton mee.. the shop was closing.. so we headed for Macs.. we realised that HK McChicken is much cheaper than Singapore's...
Walking along the streets, we saw lots of Neon Signages.. Brightens the entire place...
Next morning, we went over to HK Island.. Wanted to see the flag rising parade.. but the heavy downpour meant that the parade is cancelled.. so we went to have breakfast at some cafe instead.. we had porridge worz... it's very nice and filling...
HK is a place full of buildings and vehicles.. Exactly the same as Singapore..
It was raining throughout the entire morning... Our plans were almost foiled.. haha.. but we managed to visit a number of places...
We then proceeded to the Sheung Wan cos we had decided to catch a ride on the Electric Tram.. It's a cheap form of transport that costs only HK$2... It brought us to the Central where we started our shopping spree...
We went to the Man Po Temple which is a Visitor's attraction so we had to waived in and out of streets... but it was still so early that all the shops were still closed...
We went to the Center too.. We thought that it is a shopping mall like Singapore.. But the problem is that it was a HEALTH CARE CENTRE.. All the governmental organisations shared the building.. It's like a medical hub... We walked around Central and saw lots of Filippinos... Erm.. Maybe it was Sunday and its their off day.. So they were flooding the area...
Then we went back to our hostel area to shop.. The area that we lived are congested with Indians!!! haha.. every single turn you make you can see an Indian.. I'm not sure what vocation they hold.. but they seemed to be quite free.. haha.. Loitering on the streets...
We went to a few shopping arcades and this one below was one of them.. It's called SeiBu.. Maybe it's a sister company of Seiyu... Or was it because of this SeiBu that Seiyu had to change her name?
We also went to this new shopping arcade - Harbour City.. Some what it looks like our Vivocity.. Erm.. Equally complicated in design and house all the high-end stuff.. haha.. We took this photo below.. Trying to be artistic.. -_-""
This shop is trying to imitate Guess ba??
See how strong the thunderstorm was.. haha.. But I think this guy thinks that its the latest fashion to carry an umbrella that way...
Same for the other 2 that we saw...
Then we went to the Hip-est place in town.. Langham Place @ Mongkok.. This shopping arcade is the haven for all gals.. Every single thing in here is catered for females.. haha.. They have many funny funny names for their shops...
They have this Suzuki Cafe.. That serves tea.. Erm.. Ter & I were discussing about opening a Toyota or Honda Cafe too...
Funky Fish?! but the chinese name is Sheng Yu (Holy Fish)!! Sounds like scolding ppl...
Oh.. This is a funny one.. Haha...
And guess what?!!? we found a Toa Payoh Chicken Rice worz.. Haha.. I think the Singaporean there missed Singapore too much... TPY especially...
We went to the Ladies' Market too.. It was just 1 street away.. as it was still early... most of the stores were not open yet.. so we went to shop other places...
We came across this "Far East Plaza" looking place... And saw this store... Its cheap and nice.. haha..
At night we stayed by the harbour for the Symphony of Lights performance.. with the slight overcast.. gave the entire scenery an additional mysterious aura...
Many people like us were enjoying the scenery this way.. cos they do not have benches for ppl to sit.. so we had to make use of the railings..
The next day was our Lantau Island day.. We spent the entire day at Lamma Island.. haha.. First thing in the morning we went to the Big Buddha.. wanted to climb up the stairs.. but we didnt check properly and didnt know that it opened at 10am... we didnt stay long cos we were heading for other places...
Took some pictures...
Ter found this disgustingly squashed toad/frog.. haha.. he almost stepped onto it...
Took this photo using the timer function.. *not bad right?!*
Then this was our next destination!!! The HK Disneyland!! I can see that they really put in effort to draw tourist.. Even the MRT handles are Mickey Mouse loh...
See.. The train windows are Mickey Mouse too..
Lucky for us when we reached there it wasnt raining.. haha.. the weather was good.. cloudy, shielding us from the sun...
They had high security wor.. needed thumbprint "book-in" and they also checked all bags that enter the place.. haha... but who wants to carry out terrorism at such an ulu place...
This is the only photo we took with the disney characters i think.. haha.. wat a waste.. haha.. cos i think we didnt see other characters along the way...
We had a "spinnnnnnny" fun at the Mad Hatter's Tea Cup.. we were twirling around and round and around.. haha.. we were the only 2 who were turning the wheel furiously...
Then we went to the "Pirates Island" via this raft... And initially I thought this raft has a underwater rail to move from one place to another.. but NO!!! After I asked them then they told me that they had LICENSE to drive this thing!!!! Gosh.. I was impressed...
Then we came to "Tarzan's Treehouse"...
There's this bridge in the middle.. haha.. nothing very impressive.. I think our HSBC tree top walk is nicer...
Ohoh.. Then its this Lion King The Musical that you must MUST MUST catch if you were there.. cos its very nice... It's like one of the highlights there..
Striking a pose...
Erm.. This should be the 3rd day liao.. We decided to take the Star Ferry across the sea to Hong Kong Island..
As it was very early.. so i think most people had yet to wake up yet.. so the ferry was rather empty... and we got to choose where we want to sit...

After alighting.. we walked along this ULTRA long bridge.. I think it is about 4 -5 times the length of a bridge in Singapore.. haha.. Then I saw this sign... Is there such a word?
Finally we managed to catch the flag raising ceremony.. haha..
After hunting for the past 2 days, then we knew that Tim Sum is only served in restaurants.. Normal small cafes dont serve them!!! And we had our fills.. haha.. we ordered alot and had to squeeze them into our stomach...
