Today it is December 5th and so families with little children celebrate 'Sint Nicholas' present evening' tonight. Because our girls are already 15 and 12 years old and don't believe anymore that Sint Nicholas really exists we only have a nice evening with hot chocalate and some cookies we call 'speculaas'. And for the first time Eline our oldest will be a Black Pete and assist Sint Nicholas when he visits families to bring the presents. I hope I can make a few nice pictures of Eline AKA Black Pete today and will post them ASAP ;-)
Meanwhile I start to decorate the house with Christmas elements and get a tree to decorate so we enjoy the dark days before Christmas with joy and happiness.
