yeah, so i'm reading another chinese bk by 橘子, 越爱越寂寞. e previous one i read was 你没说再见, which i thought was horrible. i think 越爱越寂寞 might have even beaten 相亲以后, cos it's easier to read and not as chim, and is also a really gd example of pure chinese chick lit.

i havent updated in ages so prob no one will see this post. reason for this post is that i'm bored, i want to complain abt my hol hw, and type out some quotes fr 越爱越寂寞. yeah okay, so i had a truckload of hol hw, conquered these subjects alr
eng: 1 full paper 2
hcl: 1 full paper 1 and paper 2
A Math: 40 qns, which takes like 8 hrs to do
bio: 2009 O level paper, and a lot of essay qns. thankfully mrs yip made us do most of those as hw b4, so didn have to do that many qns.
E Math: 136 qns. i officially detested that.
geog: some activity we're supposed to do, and reading up on e stuff in e power pack and textbk.

i'm left with phy and chem, not counting e revision thing that i'm supposed to do for all my humanities subjects (core geog, elec hist, ss) for phy, 2 full papers were assigned, i'm left with e essay qns of e 2nd paper to do. for chem, it's sth like 6 O Level papers, and half e stack of prelim papers of other schools. pfft.

A Cut Above

in e midst of doing eng hol hw, but it's so boring i keep slacking every half an hr. i finally have reasonably gd bks to read again! woo~ in case u guys still don't know, e title of my posts is e title of whatever bk i'm reading at e moment.

i went to e library with my mom and siblings on sunday and i borrowed "我和狗狗的10个约定", written by 川口晴, and translated to chinese by 王佳. it was originally in japanese, and was made into a movie. i finished reading that already (yeah, i cant believe i finished it so fast, usually i take weeks to finish any long chinese bk). it wasnt e best, but not bad. also borrowed "dear everybody" by michael kimball, at first i thought it was boring, but it's actually quite interesting. just finished reading that one. found almost all e bks i borrowed by serendipity, wasnt really looking specifically for anything. borrowed "a cut above" by colette caddle because i loved "too little too late", also borrowed "what happens in london" by julia quinn even though i have it in my computer cos it's nicer to read bks in hard copy, and i havent read it anyway. i found "symphony" by jude morgan, was captivated by e cover. it's one of e best covers i've seen, with a blue butterfly on either a cello or a double bass, i cant tell. last book i got was "born in fire" by nora roberts.

had an awesome time during my bdae party, in e end only gabby and eleanor turned up, so we had an ultra-mini class reunion. havent opened my presents, wont be doing that till e 21st :) we played taboo, wii, sleeping queens and slamwich, ate dinner and cut cake in between. then camwhored for abt 5 pics b4 we gave up and i chose a suitable facebk display pic. will upload e pics... soon XD

hmm, i think i'm only going to add this to my xmas wish list.
5. CDs

seems like i'm really not as picky this year. oh well, gd for u guys then :D i shall have to read all my library bks, and then those that my siblings borrowed (so i can read more bks), b4 i continue re-reading e harry potter series from prisoner of azkaban onwards. btw, does anyone want to be nice and treat me to "harry potter and the deathly hallows part 1"? i seriously want to watch e movie, but it might suck (e bks are waaay better than any of e HP movies), so i dont wanna pay for it. aft that will read e 2 ebooks that i've said i would read, and then attempt to finish all e other ebooks that i've downloaded b4 e sch term starts. add this to choir practice (and e hasty memorizing of songs), holiday hw, starting a blogshop (wich i may end up not doing and throwing everything on ebay instead), cca, a 2 wk holiday to m'sia, and e actual christmas cantata and christmas day, i'm super busy!!!

gah, somebody bring me something deep fried and smothered in chocolate.

i'm re-reading e harry potter series on my computer, aft that i'm gonna read the lost symbol by dan brown, then bed of roses by nora roberts.

had chinese O level 2 days ago, it was quite okay i guess, managed to finish both papers half an hr b4 time was up. but i got 2 综合填空 answers wrong, wich annoys me to a great deal. oh well.

aft e exam i went to sentosa for a class outing, it was awesome and my classmates finally realized that i am extremely girly after seeing me in totally cool beachwear. i just have to say that ranice looked great :) had a lot of fun, felt high enough to actually pick dare during truth or dare, and i always, always, pick truth. then i had to go ask a guy if i looked cute. and i did, it was so retardedly retarded. oh well, like i said, i had fun.

at sentosa, i improved my tan by so little that i'm going swimming later today, so i can work my golden-brown skin to perfection. (great, now i sound like i'm frying a chicken.)

woo~ it's my birthday on e 21st, but i havent asked my mom if i can invite friends over yet. will ask her today... so here's my bdae list xD (hint, hint)
1. books, books and more books (all but non-fiction and horror)
2. clothes
3. and accessories! (i'm like advertising for aldo, lol. i dont have earholes btw)
