A Spooky Fall Kitty

Hello, Gel-a-tins fans! Can you believe that Halloween is next week?!? So why not another festive Halloween card? Today's card using the single stamp Fall Kitty and the bat stamps from the Witchy Poo Set.

Take a look-

Image

The first step I took in making this card was to stamp the Fall Kitty image onto kraft cardstock. I colored in the image with a variety of markers. Once the ink was dried, I hand-cut the image. I adhered the patterned paper to the card and used a die-cut to cut out the circle on the front. Using the same die-cut, I also cut a circle out of matching orange cardstock and attached to the "inside" of the card.

It was time to start piecing together the card. I stamped one bat onto the orange circle. The second bat was hand-cut and adhered to the piece of twine. The kitty was glued to the front of the card off to the side of the circle cut-out. I decided to add sticker embellishments to bottom and viola, the card is finished!

Fall Kitty Wine Glass Charm

Hi everyone! Welcome back!

Today I'm bringing you a super-cute little project using the mini Fall Kitty Gelly Jr's stamp from Gel-à-Tins! I've just been waiting and waiting for Autumn to be in the air to bring out this little kitty!

I decided I wanted to make something cute and different with this little kitty and stumbled upon this idea:

Image

What do you think? Fun huh?!

I started by stamping the kitty onto orange cardstock and carefully cutting him out, hat and all. I then stamped him again on orange and cut just him out. :-)

Image

See his cute little stripes? That's the Love Knots set at work again! God I will never get tired of using this set!!

Image

I then stamped the hat a couple of times on purple cardstock and trimmed out the hat and the brim. I used dimensional glue gel to adhere it all together so he had some dimension, and used a white pen to add detail to his eyes, tail and paws. I added a tiny bit of shading with a Copic Marker too.

Image

To use him as a glass charm I tied some silk ribbon to the brim and knotted it with a loop at the back, then used another length of ribbon to tie the charm to my glass. Can you imagine a table setup with loads of these little kitties? Too cute!!

Fall Kitty Tin

Hello stampers, Nina here with a little favor tin! I can't believe we are creating Halloween projects again! Now, meet my little fall kitty:

Image

I used a pretty fun Copic technique with the 0 Colorless Blender: I first saturated the kitty hat with a purple marker and then used the blender to create the polka dots :) Super fun to do to give your kitty a little character :) And here is how the rest of the tin looks like:

Image

I used a 1-3/4" circle punch to punch the kitty out and the circle fits right on the Tim Holtz Mini Rossette (the bigger one in the set), perfect!

Thank you for stopping by and happy crafting!

Its Time for Fall Kitties!

If you'd like to take part in our blog hop, just head to this post to get started and find all the rules. Thank you for playing along!

Hello it's me Anita! Sadly summer is close to ending, well a few weeks left! Fall is just around the corner and as much as I love summer I do enjoy the colors and the season of fall. Especially if it's not a rainy dreary fall, I like the nice warm ones with the sun shining and the leaves turning! The colors of fall is simply gorgeous and today I have a fall card to share! The fall kitty Gelly Jr stamp is perfect for a fall card!

Image

I colored the kitty with Derwent pencils and blended it with Gamesol, and I paper pieced the kitty's hat! :> This kitty is so cute and so fun to stamp with! That's it from me today, hope your day is fantastic!
