Speaking of Rook, here is a nice photo of him. He is throwing one of his fits of rebellion. I think the open mouth and crossed eyes are intended to intimidate the uninitiated and innocent. However, his parents have the lowdown on the open mouth and crossed eyes tactic and remain unfazed.
Below is a picture of Cannon and Rook subsequent to Rook's fit of rebellion - about a millisecond after Cannon threatened Rook with the "mother of all headlocks" if he didn't gain his composure. I guess Cannon didn't want any cross-eyed dudes with their tongues hanging out in his picture.
Ah yes, here is Cannon - I mean Batman - modeling the new Huffy batbike. It comes with a standard set of training wheels, but they are no longer needed as Batman can now cruise without training wheels. Now we just need to figure out a way to easily start and stop now that we have the middle part (cruising) mastered. Notice the circa 1975-1980 Batcape that was fashioned by Batman's Batgrandma for Batdad.
Baseball season is in full swing (heh heh) as you can see. Wynn is playing T-ball and seems to like it. Here he just swung at the ball and, thankfully, you can no longer see a ball on the top of the tee. Success! He does good as long as he remembers to turn left 90 degrees after touching each base.
Jett is doing pretty good at his baseball games. He is on a coach pitch team, although they actually use a pitching machine. Last night he was at bat three times and got hits all three times. Here he is heading home from third base.
Last night Jett played catcher for the first time. He did pretty good although he had a hard time getting used to the catcher's uniform. Three things to notice in this picture. First, notice the little puff of dirt at the feet of the lady in red. Next, notice the ball, which made the puff of dust, just to the side of his left leg. Lastly, notice the placement of his mitt. He is still learning.
This is a cool picture of Jett taking a swing at the ball, which you can see. I think this was his third hit out of three at bats.
