Well..2007 is coming to an end. Before we welcome 2008, I think it's appropriate to go through the highlights of this year. This year has been one of my best years so far, with numerous things that really made my year.
On Feb, O level results was released. You could say I was disappointed in myself for achieving lousy results. With those results I was posted to SRJC. I could say this could jolly well be a blessing in disguise. After hearing the complains from friends in other JCs, ( eg. TPJC) it really made me really reconsider if getting into SRJC was a mistake. But now, after a year in SRJC, I would gladly say I made a good choice. I met a fantastic class, and even better teachers. What more could I ask for?
Thank You 1S27 for the good times in school. Even though some people left us, we will still continue on to our As.
Following that, joining council. I made alot of good friends in council. Even though the things that happened recently really made me doubt the efficiency of some people. But council really taught me alot. From ASPIRE camp, all the way to 1st O. All of us learnt many things, although some were learnt in a hard way. In this year ahead, we will be put to the test with orientation. What we learnt so far...is it enough? Will orientation run smoothly? These are questions that I guess no one could answer.
ASPIRE camp is another event that I really remembered. When we went to camp, we were all strangers, everyone just sitting together quietly. But through the activities, when we came out of camp, we were not only friends, but team mates who really knew each other inside out. ASPIRE camp also gave me new friends. Bunk mates, team mates. Friends that I know will render me assistance if needed.
Next came OGL camp. Where I met my OGLs. Even though we were a small group, we still fought hard and completed all our banners and placards. This orientation, you guys are gonna be the ones leading your OGs. Lead them well, and I hope u have lots of fun during orientation.

End of holidays...
Time flies. My last post was on 5/12/07. Now its already 29/12/07. Soon the new year will come.
This holiday has been one of my busiest one yet. Preparing for orientation really opened my eyes to many things. It has gave me good friends, and even more friends. But, it also made me realize that there are many hypocrites in the world. Wolves in sheep clothing. People who make empty promises, repeating mistakes.
I finally saw what is going on within council. The politics, the drama, the many little things that somehow escalates into something bigger.
Well, holidays almost over. Orientation starting on first day of school. Will everything run smoothly this time, or is it gonna be another disaster.
Let's see shall we =)

Back after a long hiatus...
Haha..back to blog after a long unofficial hiatus. How many of u still check my blog?
Well, lots of things happened these past few weeks. Some good, some bad. I guess life is always like that. Full of ups and downs. We just have to learn and adapt don't we??
Lets go back to the release of results and classes. Sadly, we lost afew people. Don't worry guys. Retaining isn't always a bad thing. It may actually do u more good than u know. Well, all of us are staying in 1 class, with 1 new addition. Let's see what goes when school reopen.
Next came OGL Camp. Many things happened. Things always happen when u least expect it. First time I've seen the TAs so upset/angry. The camp may not be the best, but at least we learnt alot from it. Luckily im blessed with a good OG. =) I'm glad to be house councillor of Draco. Thanks for the fun camp. I think among the councillors, the house councillors were the one who really enjoyed the camp. Well 1st Orientation is coming very soon. Placards looking good. Keep it up and we will have a smooth sailing orientation I hope.
Not sure if I will still be with Draco, but hope all goes well.

Promos
Been very long since I last blogged. Well there isn't really time to blog. Pw/ council / school has been taking up much of my time these few months. But at last, PW and A lvl Chinese is about to end. Finally we could put down the burden of 2 H1 subjects.
Anyway, promos results has been announced, even though I promoted, somehow I still don't feel good. Perhaps its because of my maths. I improved for almost all the subjects except maths, where I failed badly for the retest. But seriously, how could any1 sit down and take a retest of a examination when the exam period has past, and everyone is slacking around.

Then supplementary lessons begin..very soon OGL camp will startm and before you know..1st Orientation will be right in front of us. Will be very busy with 1st O stuff during this holidays, so wont be updating much. Ciaoz

HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!!!!
First off..HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!!!. Yep. Its here again. This is the day we show our appreciation and gratitude to our dearest tutors who try their utmost best to help us in our studies. I am hereby wishing happy teachers' day to all the SRJC and DMN teachers!!Hope u don't give up your enthusiasm to teach!!
It has been a long time since i blogged..there are a few reasons to it...
1) Council is getting very busy preparing for teachers' day
2) Promos are coming
3) Too lazy to blog
But today I will blog..because there are many happy things that happened today!!
Firstly, Teacher's Day Song Symphony 2007 was a SUCCESS!!!
Yea. First council event, and it went quite smoothly. All the time and effort we spent on this event finally paid off. I think the teachers enjoyed the event, and all the gifts we made for them. After slogging our guts out for almost 1.5 months, it is finally over. The organizing committee is Welco this time round, and I am glad to be in Welco!!! A big thank you to all the people involved in this event!!!
Secondly, went back to Dunman today with a few people. Met with almost all of our teachers. So happy to see them. Its been quite awhile sinec I went back to Dunman...upon stepping into the school, I could feel the difference already...a big portion of the school has disappeared...it certainly felt very different going back to Dunman as an ex-student. Went to visit miss si, mr lee, mr tan, mrs koh. Didn't get to see mrs vj and mrs lau....Anway, Mr tan is retiring next year. Happy retirement Mr Tan!! After that, went out to have lunch with justin/junjie/jasmine/jennifer/jianwei/benjamin/samuel. Wanted to go to seoul, but it was jammed packed. In the end, we went to cartel. It was funy catching up with each other. Came home after that. It was a fuking hot day...whats wrong with the weather these days???
Anyway, it has been a fun filled day. 1 of the most enjoyable day of this year. I will not be blogging so oftennow that promos are so close. WIll try to update more often
Lastly...20th, please study hard, and ensure all of us get promoted to JC2. Looking forward to work with all of u all in 1st 0/OGL Camp.

Event filled Week
Its the week before the long holiday!! Damn excited. Can't wait for it...but after the holidays there are lots of test sia...

This week has been quite eventful.
First, council fund-raising started this week. Went quite well. Very good response from the students. Keep up the good work!
Next, Keith withdrew to poly. Damn sad. His last day and council meeting was on Friday. Good luck man. Come back and visit often =)
Went to Parkway Parade yesterday. Bought a small music box. Damn cute. When u turn it, it plays the harry potter theme song. Damn soothing sia
Just watched finished Harry Potter and the OFTP. Not a bad movie what...wasn't alot on action, but the movie develops the characters very well.
Teachers' Day prep isn't going too well also. Very poor response from the students. Probably due to the class leaders...never pass down the messages. Next time cannot rely on them to pass messages down!
Bought a new game as well. Lost Planet Extreme Conditions. Quite a nice game. Bought it on impulse actually, but not regretting it. Quake Wars been pushed back again...release date is now oct....Hellgate London release date also been announced. Also in Oct. WoW Expansion also announced. Wrath of the Lich King. Looks like have to queue for it again soon =X

Council Dinner
Yesterday was the 19/20 council dinner. We met up at Aljunied MRT at 5.30.
Took bus to around tanjong rhu and had the gathering at shereen's ( a 19th councilor) house. Well, the gathering was fun. talked abit with the 19th, they shared their experiences with us. Played, ate. Had a great time. The best part was when we are about to leave. Threw Jaymond into the pool. Lol. Poor guy, 1st time kana thrown in, 2nd time he fell in. Came out totally wet. We were taking mrt home, when we saw the mrt was packed. Full of NDP previewers. Looks like thats gonna be the situtation on the actual day also..
Oh well, happy week also. Bought my iPod Nano and fixed my speakers and lastly, got the tickets from my aunt. Too bad tickets this year is hard to get. We only had 4, so our relatives couldn't come...thanks 4th aunt!!
Went for the AJC Paradigma seminar this week also. Quite a interesting seminar...even though some parts were damn boring. Talked about how globalisation is affecting us. But was quite well worth la...learnt some things that could be used in GP.

Fantastic week!!
BEST week so far this year!!!
Lots of happy things happened this week. Let me slowly elaborate....
1) 20th Council Investiture
Yea invest was on Weds. A few hiccups here and there..but everything else went great. Feels weird with the extra badges on me now...
2)Getting my z5500 speakers today
WOOOOOT. Finally!! My dream speakers. Looks like its 1 more stuff off the list!!
3)Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released yesterday.
The kind postman delivered it right on the dot. He was here at the door at 7.02am in the morning. Bought 2 copies of the book...just for fun. =X Started reading it, before realising I had to go school for the wellness management thing....so came back, and continued reading.
Spent the whole day and night reading it. Finally finished the book at 11.30pm 21/7/07
What could I say, perfect ending to a spectacular series. This book wasn't as light hearted as the previous ones....apparently lots of characters got killed off, including some unexpected ones. All in all, it was a great book, and every harry potter fan should and will read it =X
There are lots of powerful quotes in that book, things that u may not understand after reading it for the first time. It took me a second reading of some parts to fully understand what the deathly hallows are...and how a simple thing like disarming an opponent would cause such a big turn of events.
Lots of characters died, some died gloriously, some died just because of showing some mercy to others. Anyway, shall not reveal spoilers for the time being, until a few weeks perhaps. Going to re-read some parts of the book again...lots of new stuff in this one. Need some time to digest and understand it properly...

Investiture
Hectic week...invest rehearsals took up much of the time. Weds/Tues and Saturday.
I think we did very well for our rehearsals. Even though most of us are tired by the end of rehearsals, but keep up the good work guys. Invest in 4 days!!!
18/7/07 The day the 20th Student Council get invested into office to begin a new chapter in SRJC. Fun and tough times ahead I guess.

But its a happy week. After factoring in CA Marks, my results slip is as follows :

so that brings my total points up from 35 to 42. Not bad. Even thought I should work harder and try to get 60 points for promos.

Another week gone....
So fast, and another week has past. This week has been quite hectic. Lots of things happening...
Firstly, results.

Well, highest in class was a S....so work harder next time then.
More results tomorrow, namely maths, econs and computing. Hopefully will not be a disappointing day.
Next, council invest. Yep. Invest coming soon. Rehearsals started on Wednesday. Calvin did a great job on the editing. Walk in song sounds so much better now.Wednesday rehearsal was a short one, wearing formal shoes sure suck ass.
Next rehearsal was friday. Original time was 430. So since my lessons end at 1230, I went home and intended to return to school at 430. But I had a gut feeling rehearsal was gonna be pulled forward to 330. Well, I was right. They called me at 330, and told me to go to lt2 now, and meeting is starting. But, I just BARELY left house. ZzZz. Cabbed down, reached in 15 minutes. I thought I was the latest. But Keith came later =X
Rehearsal started, our walk-in was changed totally to fit in the 19th. Did pretty good for our first rehearsal. But my feet was abit sore after the rehearsal. Formal shoes truely suck.
Next rehearsal was on Saturday. But had Chinese as well. Went for Chinese. Did listening compre and alot of compo stuff. Then went for rehearsal. First combined rehearsal with the 19th. Ended at 3pm. Half a day gone already. Went home, then went out for dinner to celebrate 5th aunt b'dae. Went to erm...near Changi Prison there. Food not very nice..and not cheap also.
Live Earth was on when I reached home. So boring 1....the bands were all like never heard before with a few exceptions. Sunday no programmes also...all live earth. So finished all the work that needed to be done, and now I am left with the schedule for the NYAA physical part. Gonna work on it later...
Oh yea, my CSI finally d/led finished. Seasons 1 to 7. Don need to stay up on Tuesdays to watch it anymore!^^

Exams are OVER!
Cheers!!
Overall, I think I did fairly well, only screwed up physics and didn't have enough time for econs. I mean...fuck. Had to do 2 essay question in 40mins. By the time I was done with the first essay, I was left with 10minutes. Die la...scribbled as much info as I could before the time went out. At least I managed to write briefly about Price ceiling not the been way out...
Anyway, after econs paper we had to meet mrs chen and mr lee. Well, apparently we had to come up with a proposal for teachers day celebrations..first draft to be handed in on WED. Which is...5 days away?? So we decided to meet in school at 8am on Saturday to do the proposal...woke up and got ready to go school, then saw my handphone. Time changed to 9.30. ZzZ CMI lao...have to go for my medical appointment at 9.45. After that, Jimmy called and said both of us are in charge of walk-in again. =( Always walk-in.
In holiday mode now, homeworks all done. Finally some time to have some well deserved R&R.
Spending my time playing DJ max portable 2 and flight sim x. Flight sim x is heaps fun. Making a boeing 737 do barrel-rolls and lots of other stuff =X

Anyway, after econs paper we had to meet mrs chen and mr lee. Well, apparently we had to come up with a proposal for teachers day celebrations..first draft to be handed in on WED. Which is...5 days away?? So we decided to meet in school at 8am on Saturday to do the proposal...woke up and got ready to go school, then saw my handphone. Time changed to 9.30. ZzZ CMI lao...have to go for my medical appointment at 9.45. After that, Jimmy called and said both of us are in charge of walk-in again. =( Always walk-in.
In holiday mode now, homeworks all done. Finally some time to have some well deserved R&R.
Spending my time playing DJ max portable 2 and flight sim x. Flight sim x is heaps fun. Making a boeing 737 do barrel-rolls and lots of other stuff =X

Monday
Went to school for Physics tutorial. Came home, slacked for the day.
Tuesday
1st day of mugging. Started with maths. Finished 2 revision worksheets by the end of the day.
Wednesday
Didn't mug much, went for lunch with jj/justin/navin and jw. Went Cartel. Burnt a hole in my pocket =.= Singaporeans damn kiasu 1 la. Just because its free, they go queue, even though its only BREAD. The bread must have gold nuggets hidden inside. Damn turn off sia. See everyone flocking towards the counter for free bread. JW left for work after lunch, we went to downtown east to play pool. So long never play, abit rusty lao. First 2 rounds still not bad, everything went downhill after that. We played a short time only, 2 hours I think.
I went home after that. Took bus to interchange, found out that there was a damn big pasar malam at White Sands. Don know how long no pasar malam lao...and this time its damn huge 1.

4th day of mugging. Finished 2 mock papers. Left 2 more. Went out for dinner as usual, with my counsins and aunt.

Last 2 days before camp
Just came back from camp briefing...anyway before that, recount of this week events.
Sunday
BBQ, reached east coast at 4.45, but walked walked walked...walked for like 15mins before I found the pit. Started fire, start cooking. Missing a few people, but overall still quite a good BBQ.
Monday
Mass maths tutorial at 7.30, after that was econs lecture. Following that was physics tutorial. Was suppose to have physics and computing lecture after that, but I took early leave to go to NSC for medical appointment. Surprisingly, not much of a wait needed at NSC. Went in and out in 2 hours. Went home after that, studied, slept.
Tuesday
GP lecture early in the morning. Did a post-mortem of the mid-year paper. I think can pass la..even though I wanna get a C...After that, was a long break. Went to eat at LJS. Came back to school for PW lecture. Another waste of time.... went home after that.
Wednesday
Lecture started late today. Went for physics at 9.30. After that, we had econs tutorial. I forgotten to bring anything regarding econs..so juz took "some" notes. But in fact, the question was like..4 pages long. All for a 25 marks question. After that, had computing lecture. Mr Ho gave us the mid-year paper for last year's batch. KNN found it so hard to do, but after the answers were reviewed, it seems like chicken feet. All we needed is COMMON SENSE. An example, the question was what input/output devices a POS terminal needed. We were stumped, thinking so hard. But the answer was, an LCD screen to show people the price of the good, and a receipt printer for printing the receipt. OMG so simple....common sense. Apparently, we lacked of it. After that, was council meeting. The different committees presented to us their prototypes, mainly Door Gift, Logo/Slogan and Guestbook. All of them did a wonderful job imo.
Then we wanted to present our walk-in/out music, but had to wait for Mr Tan to talk to us first. So we waited, he came and told us about the camp, some speech, then we went to present our walk-in music. The 20th voted, and we chose exodus as the walk-in music, and independence day for the walk-out. Now all thats left is to work the cues out.
Thursday
Holiday, spent the day watching movies at home, and went out to buy a long sleeve shirt for invest. Was in a holiday mood for don know what reason, couldn;t put myself to study.
Friday
Maths lecture in the morning, followed by a dialogue with the principal. Nothing special, some students asked a few questions. Had MT after that, we had to finish the phrase thing and the GCE A level paper, and finished taking our oral before we could leave. We came in at 1.30, and I left at 2.30. Went home, watched finished the last of the Blade trilogy, and went to dinner.

Went for camp briefing in the morning, justin called me, asking for don know what =X We needed 5 sets of clothes. How the hell do I have 5 sets of SCHOOL based shirts?? I only have 1, which is the PE shirt. Haiz. After that, council meeting. Introduction to all the committees, namely PR, WELCO, SLC. Then Keith saboed me in saying I wanted to be president...Wth.
Anyway, we are trekking to Changi on the 2nd day of camp. Good luck to us, and we are split among the student leaders...even though I rather we stick together as a council. Oh well, nothing is certain in this world.

"Last" week of school
It's the "last" week of school!!
But I still have lectures till next week...
Anyway, a run through of this week.
Monday
Longest day of the week. Had to stand in front with the 19th SC for assembly from today onwards. Got pissed with Chinese. Lousy fuking subject. Don't know why, but I was damn tired on that day. I was dying by the end of econs lecture. During the tutorial, I was so tired that I wasn't thinking anymore. Luckily PE woke me up quite abit.
Tuesday
Another long day, had computing test today. So many questions omg. Functions and Loops didnt have time to finish. This test is so much harder than the previous one. Hopefully can scrape through. =X After that, had other lessons then it was CT period. Today CT period was in our tutorial rooms. Collected money for the charity card, then we discussed about this Sunday's BBQ. After that, took pictures as Faz was transferring to a poly. 1 more person down. Our class is left with 16, and my PW group is down to THREE members!!
Wednesday
NO school today!! Our principal gave us a day off for the SYF acheivements. But theres the GP mid-year exam the next day. Woke up, played abit of LOTRO. Then revised GP. Played more LOTRO and revise more GP. Didn't study at night though, just slacked abit and watched TV.
Thursday
GP Mid-Year is today. Paper 1 was manageable. Paper 2 was abit harder, but was still able to manage. After that. we had PW lecture on EoM. Fuking waste of my bloody time. KNN. Had a fuking damn lousy lecturer. Everyone in the LT wasn't listening to her at ALL. Went home 1 hour early after that!!! Came home, played LOTRO then went to study.
Friday
Found out that we had to come to school next Saturday for camp briefing.Lessons as usual, GP was replaced with Physics. Had maths lecture after that. Transformation is easy so far. Usual 3 hour break, then had chinese. I passed the test! After that, I had CCA. It was 3.30, but we could only start playing with the flag at 5.30, so we had 2 hours to discuss in our comm regarding investiture. But walk-in has nothing to discuss..so we slacked and talk crap throughout the 2 hours. =X We had very little people present due to Pre-U sem. After that, we played with the flag. After that, 10 people was selected to be flaggers AKA flag raisers. Heng I never kana. =S
Saturday
Came to school for event planning workshop. The trainers are the president of the 8th SC, and 3 of the 18th SC. The event was entertaining. Learnt quite abit from the workshop. After that, I went to eat Kenny Rogers with my mother while my bro went to tuition. Haven ate Kenny Rogers for such a long time lao.. After that. we went to pick up my bro, and my 6th aunt and my cousins. Then we went Queensway to buy stuff. Bought quite alot..2 pair of shoes, 1 backpack and 1 shorts. After that. we went home. My 6th and 7th aunt came over for dinner. Had steamboat and hotplate BBQ. After that, I played LOTRO and did my mindmap. Luckily I didn't have much homework. Left Physics Forces tutorial, which I really need to read more to understand.

Today is the BBQ. Will post more if I have the time after the BBQ, which I doubt since we have lectures at 7.30 tomorrow.

Morning assembly, principal announced that Weds was an off day cause of the college's SYF achievements. Then, Mr Ng was on leave, so we had maths period free. Went to study at the library. Damn empty. We were the only students there sia. Had econs lecture in the afternoon. Then i thought of the graphics organizers we had to do...6 sia wtf. Nothing much on monday....

Lessons as usual. Had the Arts Learning Festival instead of CCA. Went to chess. In the end we played checkers instead. Quite fun la. After that, went for council meeting. Was briefed on investiture. Split ourself up into different commitees, I went for walk-in. Oh ya. I have a new name lao...Bob. Wth =.= Keith gave me the stupid name la, then went around telling people I am Bob. Stupid right?? Nvm. Just a name. Anyway, walk-in wasn't as hard as I thought. Just plan how to walk-in the only problem was the music la. Had a hard time finding it. Until now still haven decided. Went home after that..

Had Physics SPA today. SKill B. Went quite smoothly. No major hiccups. Think should be able to pass la...did some minor adjustment to my readings to not get anomalous point =X
Friday
Arts Learning Festival closing concert instead of CCA again. Damn boring..SR Band damn CMI la. The guitar ensemble also. Play all those lullaby songs. But the dances were quite good =) Damn waste of time. Not interesteing till the last part when the dance item was up. Went for council training after that. Received our schedule for the next 3 months. 4 rehearsals for investiture, 3 on Saturdays. Which means, can pon TAF. =X After that we were briefed about Monday, must be at the council table by 7.10am. So early wth....how to make it sia?? After that we split into 2 groups. 1 for announcements 1 for flag raising...I went for flag raising. Quite easy la. Pull flag nia, how hard can it be. Sumore is pull college flag, not so stressful as state flag. After that stayed back to discuss about the walk-in. Still cannot find the music =.= The more we talked, the more OT we went. OT until talk about the camp. Sia la..councillors go in 1 day earlier sia. First 2 days in college, last 3 days in Changi. Dustin was like telling us about the night PT la. Anyway, go there have fun can lao =X Wanted to go out makan dinner, but stupid bro fell sick. ZzZzZ

Went for TAF in the morning. Came home, watched some movies, then pia homework. Until night, then watch TV while doing more homework. At least now finished econs, gp, and maths. Tomorrow continue to do some more maths and some physics and my homework is done!!. Oh ya. The channel u 7.30 show quite nice sia. Return of the Condor Heroes I think. Worth watching =) Tomorrow going Queensways to buy new shoes!

20th Student Council
Okok..Back for another post...Past week was full of fun-filled activities.
Monday
Had the econs lecture test, quite easy . Then went for PE, Mr Teng took 1s21 for their napfa, and we got the PE free. Went to gym and did some training. Then went for the last rehearsal for the council rally and elections. Did 1 dry run before we went for debriefing. By the time I reached home, it was like...8pm.
Tuesday
Left computing tutorial at 2.45 and went to hall to gather. Had some last minute changes, then went to get ready for the rally. Sat on the stage for like 1 hour. Nominee 14 really made the whole thing very very funny. =X Well, didnt go up and talk at all. Just sat there and stone. Had de-briefing after that, and went back and wait for results...

Found out I failed Maths Quiz =( 8/25. Had no CCA DUE to collation of votes. Shiok.
Thursday
Nothing much on thursday..still waiting for council results.
Friday.
Council results were out in the morning. Got in with 38 other friends =)
Lessons as usual. Had sports day in the afternoon. Was amazed that we managed to fit in the whole college in the small gallery we have. Sports day was fun, especially the teacher races. Aquila won for like...the last 4/5 years?? Draco was neutral =X
Went for a council meeting after sports day. After rally, next up is the council camp in June, followed by investiture in July. 5 days 4 nights camp sia..so long... Had to form committees for our investiture also. Mainly doorgift, guestbook, walk-in and slogan. Went to walk-in. Hmm...plan how to walk in..sounds easy enough .=X

Went for the Power Choice programme,,,AKA TAF. Don know why they bother using that "nice:" name. But SRJC taf much better than Dunman la....at least don have 2 keep running. Did some cardio, then went to the gym. Slacked until now, watched movies/ play BFME2. Cousin and auntie coming over for dinner i think.

Had the econs lecture test, quite easy . Then went for PE, Mr Teng took 1s21 for their napfa, and we got the PE free. Went to gym and did some training. Then went for the last rehearsal for the council rally and elections. Did 1 dry run before we went for debriefing. By the time I reached home, it was like...8pm.
Tuesday
Left computing tutorial at 2.45 and went to hall to gather. Had some last minute changes, then went to get ready for the rally. Sat on the stage for like 1 hour. Nominee 14 really made the whole thing very very funny. =X Well, didnt go up and talk at all. Just sat there and stone. Had de-briefing after that, and went back and wait for results...

Found out I failed Maths Quiz =( 8/25. Had no CCA DUE to collation of votes. Shiok.

Nothing much on thursday..still waiting for council results.
Friday.
Council results were out in the morning. Got in with 38 other friends =)
Lessons as usual. Had sports day in the afternoon. Was amazed that we managed to fit in the whole college in the small gallery we have. Sports day was fun, especially the teacher races. Aquila won for like...the last 4/5 years?? Draco was neutral =X
Went for a council meeting after sports day. After rally, next up is the council camp in June, followed by investiture in July. 5 days 4 nights camp sia..so long... Had to form committees for our investiture also. Mainly doorgift, guestbook, walk-in and slogan. Went to walk-in. Hmm...plan how to walk in..sounds easy enough .=X

Talk about CCA bah....got through the council interview. Shocked? I don't seem like a "councillor" rite. Lol. But no other CCA worth going la...anyway. Went for briefing after PE. Had to prepare speech and poster for rally and campaign. OMG sia. Must stand on stage and talk to everyone. >.<
Nothing to talk much about gaming. Stopped my WoW subscription, pretty much no time to play games....anyway talked to howl sometime ago, was considering an Hellgate London move. Still hesistating whether to join anot, caused I know I will not be able to play as much as before...See how things go bah...

More updates..rig going fine.
Life as normal in weekdays. Go school come home do tutorials sleep. Nothing much to say.
Saturday. Went to play pool with navin justin and jj. Met up at 12.30. Go makan then went to open tables. Played till 5+. Total damage. $12 EACH. KNN expensive sia. =.=
After that, mother picked me up and went to ronson's daughter b'dae party. Quite little ppl laa..alot relatives never come. Next week the bbq should have more ppl I hope. Ok no more to blog lao....Stopping here

New rig!!
Finally collected my new rig yesterday. Totally roxs.
Went back, set everything up and re arranged my room. Installed all the needed stuff, before installing my games. Went for hair cut after that. Will post pictures up when I am bothered. =X
Even though I installed the games..I doubt I will have the time to play them. School been ok. Not bad, but not good either. Luckily I cleared all my work every weekends...if not really can die. Life has been a routine nowadays. =(
Wake up at 6..go school..come back at 6...do some tutorials..then go sleep for 5 days a week. Weekends about the same, cept that I dont have school. Oh well. Only for 2 years. Chiong finish 2 years can lao. Lacking some new logitech z5500 speakers,22" lcd screen and a saitek cyborg joystick wif rudder pedals and my new rig is complete!!
Next project after rig...3rd generation consoles. =D

SRJC Orientation
Lousy day. Went to SRJC to report. Reached there so early, saw less than 5 dunman people there. Posted to orientation group. SRJC intake so big, about 1k+ students. Their hall also super big. But their canteen is smaller than dunman one. WTH. Spend 1/2 the day listenint to subject combos and other admin matters. Played those lame ice breakers games. Then went for college tour. Fuck sia. Exactly the same as secondary 1 in dunman, except that I did not need to stay in. Fucking sian la. From senior of dunman, to freshmen in srjc. The feeling sucks. No friends, unfamilar surroundings. Known afew new friends, but still miss dunman.
Then about subject combo...got alot of regulations and stuff. Heng I not affected. H2 mathsneed a c6 in o lvl a maths at least. Heng I c5 =D. H2 physics need c6 in o lvl physics also. Sumore combined science in o lvl cannot take two h2 sciences in A lvl. Lucky I am planning to do computing.
Subject combo...most of it settled lao. Final choice: H1 econs/history H2: maths/physcis/computing
First day of orientation was very boring and sianned. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I am most prolly not going for the last day of orientation. Dont plan to go up on stage and perform =D

Movie Marathon
Went to Justin house today for "movie marathon"
Was suppose to meet at 12pm...only me and jw there. Waited till 12.30 then jasmine/jem/joy arrived. Took the bus to Justin house. Wah lao so ulu one. At Bedok Resevoir, near my auntie place. Watched sadistic movies. Seed of Chucky 3, Final destination 3. Not bad la the movies. All about gore and blood, but not alot. Seed of chucky was extremely funny =). Ordered pizza also, just nice I think. Finished in the end. Also have birthday cake for jj and jw. So weird one. birthday cake but don have birthday song. Lol. Played taiti/black jack after that. KNN justin is a cheater. 3 times black jack in a row. Then left his house, thought I have a cousin bdae party to attend. But it turned out that I heard wrongly, was suppose to go dental appointment T.T
Settled dinner at Lerk Thai. Very good food at affordable prices ^^

Just Follow Law
Went for movie wif jw justin and jenni today. Watched just follow law. Not bad la. Quite a decent movie. Quite comical too. We went for the 11.30 show on, enter the cinema. WAH. So many empty seats. The last 2 rows were the only seats with people, and it was not even filled. Everyone was anyhow sitting la. Sibei shiok sia. So little people, jw justin and jenni bought mac into the cinema, The usher walked in TWICE. KNN. The usher must be cock eye 1. Walk past us twice, and cannot even see them eating. After the movie, went to wander around tm and cs. Don know what to do, or where to go. Went to metro first. So long never go the toy sector sia. Nowadays the toys ar..so high tech. Theres even a toy that let u make your own teddy bears sia. Then we went into laserflair in cs. So boliao, until we see every aisle in the shop. Alot of movies sia. So expensive sumore. 40 bucks each. Wanted to buy saving private ryan for $8, in the end never buy...next time we go watch movie then I buy bah...

Belated Post
Let me rant abit first...KNN. Stupid blogger. Why bother placing the remember me tick, when it doesn't remember u??? Everytime I wanna post, I have to re-login not once, but TWICE. Caused of the stupid google email thingy.
Anway, back to topic. Today was the DnT pizza treat. Reacged school at 1pm. Met mk at the main gate and went to staff room. Met jj justin and jem there. HaHa. Long time bo see them lao. Returned the 4 gs box sets to justin. LoL paiseh ar, borrow from u for like...since prelims to now. But really no time to return u la. He helped me burn ff7 advent children and last order also. Haiz..last time reformat, forget to save. Then lazy download. Anyway, talk cock outside the staffroom abit. Then Mr Lee went to open the tech room for us =D. Talk cock inside, then Navin and Hadi arrived, followed shortly by Kelvin. Awhile later, Joycelyn and Matthew arrived. Thats about all of us...samuel decided not to come last minute. Meiyi has sore throat according to justin. Khaii and Debbie CMI.
Looked around the room, saw jj and charles workpiece on display. jj 1 ok la..but charles...-.-"

Differences of poly and JC, after listening to what lee said ar, I think I made a correct choice going to JC. Coz if I go poly, a slacker like me will confirm slack and get kicked out of course 1...at least go JC still got some people and teachers to push me.
Then lee say hor...dmn dnt was the best in sg...fake or not, I don know la. But thats what he says lol. He was rather pleased with our results, only shocker was kelvin. Don know what happen, he got a2 instead of a1. But our results was not bad la. 14 people, 12 a1/1 a2/1 b3. Then asked lee about teaching as a career. Not bad lei. First class honours get like 2.7k starting pay. But by the time u come out of NIE, u would be 25 lao. 2.7k for a 25 yrs old...reasonable bah. Then Kelvin left early.
Alot changes in Dunman sia. Dance studio convert to 2 classrooms, Rescource room also converted to classroom. Hall and canteen gonna b under renovations after June. Heng we this batch still can enjoy canteen food. Now canteen gonna b gone, most likely gonna call those pre packed food caterer. Which has lousy food.
We cleaned up the place after eating. Cannot let the tech room be dirty mah =). Then we started to leave. Probably our last time in the tech room lao. Lol. Then this batch of dnt students so hard working sia. It was like 2.30, and they were still there doing folio.
They went to play basketball with the volleyball later. I juz sat there and watch lol. Then we went off afetr that. jem/jj and justin went to pray at bugis i think. Then I tagged along with Hadi and Navin to see where they wanna go. Discuss so long..in the end still WENT HOME. LOL.

Stupid blogger, fucking up these few days.Ok I'll continue from where I left off.
2rd Day
Parents primary school friends came. Started coming at 12pm. I just sat in my room, and didn't bother to go entertain them, since I dont quite lie to mingle with their children. All so small one...below 12. They all flood into my mother room and play the xbox. Leaving me and my bro in our own room respectively. Saw a few new faces this year, but they left early. Leaving the usual 20 people to go for dinner. Dinner was pleasantly good sia. Except the waiting time we had to wait even though we booked 2 tables already. Overall, $500 for 2 tables. Not bad la...
Then after diner, we went to the house of another of my parents friends. He live in Bedok there, near resevoir. Last time we go there is stay until 11pm, then my father and friends stay till 4am to play cards, btu this year they decided to just play till 12am, and we go home together. Haiz there so boring. All the kids go play xbox again. My and bro left sitting on the sofa listening to them talk again. Luckily we both brought out psp...can relief some boredom. Then wait until 12am, then went home.

Bought back Carls Jr. Very long never eat lao =/. By the time they came back, all my aunties and uncles already arrive. All downstairs in the basement eating. The food was like..the same lor. Finally got people to play taidi with. But they went to play DOTA. WTH. Nvm..sit there watch them play lor. what to do...

So many notes on the table, they all playin some kind of card game. Lazy to explain la. My father was banker, so I asked him to lend me 10 bucks to play lor. Aiya then heck care la. $10 juz bet at 1 time. Then lose, money go back to my father. Noticed my mother was missing, she went to pick my bro up at tampines. WTH. Food took so long to serve, but they served all the dishes at 1 go. Then hor. THEY NO MORE RICE. ZzZz. No rice lei. Restaurant how can no rice 1??? Suan le lor, can eat full can lao. Food wasn't very bad. $500 for 2 tables also, previous dinner was much more worth it imo.

Nothing much. Cbf'ed playing WoW. PLayed o2jam abit, then juz listened to music and tok cock on msn and surf forums lor. I think I am suffering from WoW burnout again. Cbf'ed going in lei. Sibei sian. Also don know why. Most part of the day was uneventfil, bro went to school, mother wen to work, and father went to play golf. Alone at home with my maid. Doing nothing. Then at night, went out for dinner. Went to tung lok at vivo. Fuck. I hate vivo. Stupid place. Make so big for what???Knn canot find the place. Had to ask around. When we reached the restaurant, my mother was waiting for us there lao. Very packed. Luckily we booked a table. Don need to wait. The service there was very good sia. They made a menu for us, we didn't even see the menu before. Was a 5 course meal. Had the big pot of peng cai(spelling?) Very big sia. 6 people can barely finish. The waitress there...as good as the cook. Know the soup boil for how long, and the ingerdients and can cure what sumore. Power. There was a cute waitress there also =/. The restaurant design was very good la. Very modern high class feel. Bill came to $400 for 6 person. Quite reasonable imo.
Ok that concludes my CNY. Not a bad year. Better than last year. Happy CNY =)
2rd Day
Parents primary school friends came. Started coming at 12pm. I just sat in my room, and didn't bother to go entertain them, since I dont quite lie to mingle with their children. All so small one...below 12. They all flood into my mother room and play the xbox. Leaving me and my bro in our own room respectively. Saw a few new faces this year, but they left early. Leaving the usual 20 people to go for dinner. Dinner was pleasantly good sia. Except the waiting time we had to wait even though we booked 2 tables already. Overall, $500 for 2 tables. Not bad la...
Then after diner, we went to the house of another of my parents friends. He live in Bedok there, near resevoir. Last time we go there is stay until 11pm, then my father and friends stay till 4am to play cards, btu this year they decided to just play till 12am, and we go home together. Haiz there so boring. All the kids go play xbox again. My and bro left sitting on the sofa listening to them talk again. Luckily we both brought out psp...can relief some boredom. Then wait until 12am, then went home.

Chinese New Year
I'll start from the day before CNY eve...
Woke up at 5am...crazy 1...father came home at 4am..bro left for school at 4.30am, then mother went to market at 5am..HOW TO SLEEP?? So woke up...openned msn..found justin online. lol. Apparently he cannot sleep. Talk cock abit..then went to have breakfast downstairs. Came back up, Justin went to sleep lao. Logged in WoW, nothing to do..flew around Shattrath in circles, flying alimlessly. Then Howl finally came online...hes in uni..cant do much shit. PLayed some MSN games...tok cock sing song. By the time I finished talking mother came back from praying lao, then she went to work. My father went to sleep. Left me alone doing nothing again. But don know why, time flew past, suddenly become 2pm lao. Mother came back, we went queensway to shop for my CNY clothes, and new shoes. Wah lan reach there ar, fucking crowded, everywhere is filled with people. I cannot tahan how some people like to shop sia. I just go there buy my stuff I want to buy and get the fuck out of there, but my cousin and mother keep on shopping around. KNN waste my time. BTH lao, dulan lao then they want to leave. zzz. So crowded. I swear I am never going back to queensway during a holiday season.
Anyway, bought a pair of jeans and 1 pair of shoes. Not bad la..total about $160 nia. My parents spent $800 on shoes and stuff. Cousin spent $80 on jeans. Then sent my cousin home, then go pick my bro go dinner. Went to Bedok there. Wanted to eat the mee sua, but wah lao close. Alot stall also close. In the end settled for chicken rice. Not bad la quite nice. Then go home play some WoW, and go sleep. Slept at about 1am+ nia..nothing to do.

Morning was boring, spent time in WoW, plvling Howl. Then had reunion lunch with my family at 2+. Eat until quite full, lots of stuff to eat.
Then at 5+ went to ah ma house to eat reunion dinner with them, but canot say eat la..go there act act nia. Sit at the table drink lemon barley. Then talk talk talk, talk until about O lvl result...lol then I keep quiet lao. Coz cousin got like 2 points after CCA and HCL. So juz diam diam lor. Lol. Was watching the Last Bet on channel 8 then halfway through have to go home. Pia home, continued watching lol. Then my relatives started arriving. 2nd aunt and my cousins wif their wives came first. Then forget the rest lao, coz I am acting anti-social inside my room, running mana tombs with howl and zf with ryu later. But then more and more people started coming la.. All my cousins arrive lao then some came into room talk cock, the rest went to my bro room. Actually is divided la. The younger girls all wander around the hous, the boys who like to play dota in my bro room, then the older 1s were all in my room talking about rl matters. I had like 5 people all inside my room man. So crowded lol. Then downstairs was so so noisy. Father gambling with uncles and mother toking cock with aunties. Was so crowded. Then after awhile we went down to collect our ang baos =D. Thats the good thing about people coming to your house. 1 shot collect 12 ang paos. Then went up and continued to talked. Talked about my choice of school, where they working, lots of stuff. Great fun. We talked till about 2am++, then some people left. But still got quite alot of people la. Everyone was gone by 3am though. Slept at about 5am++. Was watching the show on chnl 8. Funny show.

Travelled all the way to jurong then to bendemeer then to hougang then to pasir ris. before goin back home. Nevertheless, was a fun day. @ more days of fun filled activities left! Tomorrow my parents secondary school friends are coming, and the day after next we are going to my aunts house for another gathering.
So tired now..will stop here..blog about WoW some other time. Go count angbao money first. Oh ya. On CNY eve, already have to use some angpao money lao. My cousin broke my headset. ZzZ. Usable. but not very comfortable. Looks like angpao money goin to be used to buy a new headset first.

Loving AQUA songs now =D.
Actually, been listening to them since p2/3, when their second album came out. Before that only listened to a few of their songs like Barbie Girl and Roses Are Red. Nice songs =D.
But it was only after the release of their 2nd album that I really started to like their songs. Sibei nice la...abit techo. Some ppl like howl think they r crap..but mayb its juz personal preference =D
Then lost interest in them after awhile, even lost their album. But recently, found a music file on them in my computer. How it got there..I seriously don know....then started to like their songs again. So over the next few days I searched youtube for all their mvs I could find and comverted them to mp3 so I can listen =D
The last few remaining songs juz used LimeWire to get la...Loving their songs now <3
So sad though, they broke up in 2001....went their own ways, with the 2 lead vocalists creating their own singles/album. Not bad though. Their solo albums sound good also lol.
Anyway...if u all wanna watch some of their mvs or their songs juz go youtube search aqua lor...lots of videos..I cbf'ed to link them la..too much work =D. Ok gonna talk about WoW stuff now. Got my flyin mount =). Move so fucking fast. Even faster than fp. Totally roxs. Disbanded Reign =( Joined Apocalys(don know hw 2 spell la). Been running instances with Howl these few days...cleared ramparts,BF,Slave pens, Underbog. Was trying out Mana Tombs. OMFG such a huge jump in difficulty. Have to start revising strats. Then today, tried Shadow Labs with some pugs. We had vent, but fucking hell, still wiped alot of times. Fucking hard trash pulls. 2nd boss is a real bitch. Gave up after durabillity dropped to red. Man..blizz certainly did a good job with instances in TBC. Even 5 man instances need strats like MC/BWL. Where to stand..what to pull..how to cc...make it hard but damn interesting ^^

Getting the jitters
Haiz..WoW down for maintainence...mind going crazy again. Kept on thinking about results. The more I think, the less confident i get of my results....1 month before results come out, I was confident of Dnt/ E maths getting A1. Now ar,,as results comes nearer..my confidence is dwindling...I finally found the reason I kept playing WoW. Cause only when I play WoW, I am able to keep my mind off about my results.
I don't know why my confidence is dwindling....I found the o lvls not very hard, but somehow I just cannot put my mind to ease.

anyway..back to WoW..( have to keep my mind off results ar!)..lvl 67 lao..my plan of 2 lvls per day fell through upon hitting lvl 64. With exp increasing by 100k per lvl, I seriously could not lvl twice in 1 day. Finally earned enough gold for my 60% flying mount..just need to get to 70 for it. Time to start saving for the epic mount...5k more to go! LOL
Anyway, Howl been planning for the next reroll, everything almost ready, all we need is for the server now. Guys look back to my blog for further details ok?? As usual I am gonna be a warlock AGAIN. =P
Anway, while waiting for the new server, I am gonna start planning for the arena season matches. 5 vs 5 matches. Looking for more, does the old team wanna reform?? We could form 2 teams =P.

Fall of Carthage
Unexpectedly, Carthage fell after 2 weeks on the server. All was going well till it fell unexpectedly. I guess the differences bewteen the officers were just to great for us.
I played hard and smart for 3 weeks and finally hit managed to be the highest player in the alliance, hoping to run my guildies through instances sooner, but Carthage fell before I could do anything.
Now its time to decide, to continue being the top player, or head back to jubei and play till the new server comes out. But just the thought of re-playing at lvl 60 is enough to deter me from playing.
Anyway, I have to thank all my guildies and the guys from Prediction for playing with me for thist short amount of time. Thxs all =). Hope to see u on the new server soon.

Almost buay tahan lao....sibei tired...lvl 43, almost 44. Manage to be the highest level alliance in the server at the moment. Trying very hard to keep it.
Anyway..need to give some thanks.

Guild getting better with time. More and more members, some drama with prediction, but all is good.
Ok back to real life. Actually...nothing to talk about la...been gaming hardcore. Oh ya..before I forget...Sorry to my classmates but I am not able to attend the bbq...just found out my father coming back on the Friday for the wedding on Saturday, so I cmi lao. Paiseh, but my father only come back once a month =(

Paiseh..never blog for very long lao..but seriously no time to blog. Went to collect TBC on 16/1. KNN so many people. Waited for 4 hours before I got my copy and went home.

Anyway..today is a damn boring day ar...nobody to talk to on msn..jian wei came and left for work..been talking to Howl for some time. Then he told me 1 story la, about the snake and the rancher.
One day, a rancher found a snake frozen in ice, taking pity on it, he placed it in his pocket to defrost the ice and save the snake, But instead of appreciating the help, the snake bit the rancher and the rancher died. He was trying to say that even though the rancher helped the snake, the snake did not even thank him, but killed him instead. But hor, a snake is born to bite people rite?? Its his natural instinct to bite people wat...how can blame the snake. Still talk about alot of these things la..which left me wondering..is it so hard to forgive and forget??? I don't find it very hard...not sure about others.
Anyway..just when I was gonna meet Norman to take his cards from him, KNN starting raining so heavily. WTF sia. Everytime I wanna go out ar....always start ranining. Fuck man. In the end..lan lan suck thumb take umbrella walk to MRT station. Heng ar in the end only took 3 cards from him, amounting to a total of 4 copies of TBC to take. Anyway, now don't need so many cards lao, since the laptop lucky draw is only applicable to the 60 days prepaid card. Damn stupid la. Its the TBC Launch Party rite?? Then how come use the 60 Days Prepaid card???? No brains 1 Asiasoft.Not only that...KNN..all the games and events are fucking stupid la. Give u 1 example ar...The onyxia draw. The games require u to shout out loud some stupid phrase when your number is called out. Stupid rite??who will wanna shout out in the middle of suntec?? so malu la.
Worst of all..all the prizes ar..is either the WoW Board Game or the TCG. Stupid prizes, not even called "PREMIUMS".
Anway..thats about all that happened today..kinda boring. Tommorow is THE day. Heard from sources that the queue is gonna start at 10am, when the event starts at 1pm. Im gonna go there at 11am to camp also. Wish me luck ar...hope I can be the first 300 to get lucky draw and get the only "premiums" that is worth it. A cap or a poster.
Last problem...about 15 more days to O lvl results release...still haven decided on where I wanna be. I narrowed down my choices to 4...JC/Aerospace Engineering/Maritime Engineering/Game and Entertainment Techonology. Can any1 give me comments anot?? Very fan lei...

Wedding Lunch
Juz came back from my cousin wedding lunch. Wah lao the food sux. The pig trotters so smelly until buay tahan. In the end juz sat down there and play my psp for 3 hrs before heading home. Today nt even the ceremony. =.= Juz go the gal house give the gifts nia...actual wedding still 2 weeks away. Lol.
Speaking of psp, yesterday..so fed up/ Was playing ff7, then noticed that my saved data cannot be found on disc 2. ZzZz. Luckily forums told me a way to reconfigure the files ar..if not gg lao.
O lvl results is coming soon, been dreaming of it sia. Scary. Didn't know I care so much about the results until can dream about it.

fw 3.03 OE-B out le!! Dark_Alex siao 1. Came out with so many fantastic custom firmware. Sony must b pissed with him at the moment.
Anyway..luckily my PSP never brick when upgrading to the new firmware...if nt $300 go down the drain le ><.
Finally learn how to rip PSX games to play on PSP...but still very confusing.
Haiz 2day is another rainy day. Rain 4 3 days le hor?? Damn cooling =D.
Having alot of fun with ff7 at the moment. Playing it on the PSP is so much better than playing it on the psx. Too bad ff8 too many glitches and hang..my favourite ff game so far. =(
