I am not a huge Xmas fan, I like the lights and the snow but hate that so many people go insane this time of year trying to get the perfect gift and impress others. But I guess my dragons are Xmas fans since this will be the second Xmas picture with them in it :p

This is in the lovely ugly stage with CPs :p The stage were a lot of people get really discouraged when using CPs for the first time and give up. Wish they wouldn't. It can take awhile, but with a few more layers, things start looking better.

    I share your views on Christmas...I'm a bit of a bah humbug really. I think it's way too commercialised nowadays.

    Your dragon is looking pretty good to me. I understand the ugly stage though as it's the same with acrylics.

    I'm not much of a Christmas fan either, but the decorations and lights are always nice to look at. Apparently this dragon feels that the big shiny colorful orbs are treasure!

    i agree at the madness of this time of year. My tree is full of memories,and a complete missmass of decs.

    Can't wait to see this develop. I love the idea of a dragon on a bauble.

    Hi Jennifer....first of all...I loved your comment about my Christmas decs....made me laugh!! Second, I use colored pencils when we travel...although I'm no the artist you are....I do attempt a sketch now and then. I scrolled down to see your nudes....I like the medium you did them in...very nice.
