~Flawlessly IMperfect presents : A beautiful Disaster~

Really enjoyed the Sentosa trip Sam loo organised today, despite only 5 of us (Sam Loo, Sam Kuang, Nurul, Yani, Me). But nevertheless, we certainly had loads of fun there, not to mention fun with paying the unsubsidised rates for rides and attractions hahaha!! (ok la, except for Underwater World which was at a school holiday discount rate from $19.90 discounted to $13.90 lor LOLz)

Now now don't get the idea that I'm not happy with the rides we've been on. Its just that the issue pertains to the highly priced rates/fees for the attractions and rides imposed unto locals like us, me and you (well, most if you bah I suppose). It's alittle unfair to locals I feel, since tourists that visit have the monetary ability to pay that amount, but locals seem to have been placed on par with the same price rates too, thinking that we do not need any subsidised rates on the pretext that we have similar ability to pay that amount.

With little perks as locals to get discounted rates and such, it's a shame that no one is doing or willing to implement some better measures of price control, not discounting the fact that indeed there may already be existing packages or something for rides and stuff, but I just tend to feel we deserve better?

While pondering over such crap hahaha, I sort of penned (or typed) out lyrics for this song, based on 'stand up for singapore'. Its titled, Stand Up (Pay) for Sentosa. lol. Hey, if any 'gah-va-men' people see this pls dun be offended in any way, there is no pun intended and certainly all in the name of fun, thank you :) . Hopefull these lyrics share a similar feeling that you guys have at sentosa sometimes after paying for stuff hahaha.
