Well, I certainly enjoyed my month of watching gr8 movies that rocked my socks off...or is that blowed my socks....ehh...never mind..LOLZ. Here're the movies I watched...and the verdict too...
First up was King Kong which I watched with my parents, and boy, did THAT movie swept me off my feet!! Hey, I mean, look at it, even the extremely minute details of the CG (computer grapics) created in the movies were all shown in its primal glory..yes..the hair on Kong, T-rex, the environment, creatures....all were carefully and patiently made to make the whole movie experience interesting yet enticing and realistic. You gotta take your hat off to Director Peter Jackson (Director of Lord of the Rings trilogy) to stick closely to the original King Kong , but also making it better so we could marvel at the wonders of the remake of 1933's King Kong...the ingenious mind of Peter Jackson to add flavors to the movie which made us hang on to the edge of our seats, and we were anticipating and wondering what was coming in the next scenes as the climatic parts of the movie escalated with each scene. THAT..I tell you, is the exact element needed a movie which made the world critque the marvellous remake and giving Peter Jackson high ratings for it. Hey hey!! That's another Oscar nomination coming up dude...lolz. 9.5/10

(AeonFLux lookin cool)
Next up was AeonFLux, and it was quite good actually, in terms of the action sequences...haha.
Yes, AeonFlux is an agent and a Monican, a band of people who wanna overthrow Trevor Goodchild....etc. ( go to www.aeonflux.com pls) Plot's okay, although I couldn't catch what the hell was happening at first, but the plot soon unravels slowly right after the 'intro'..lol...afterwhich you'll understand that trevor goodchild is good and his bro is bad..haha. AeonFLux is one damn skilled agent, both acrobatic and agile. Fighting is gr8 and the setting for the movie is really futuristic, mostly 'organic-based' theme 'cos of the plot. Nice one Charlize Theron!! 9/10
WARNING!
I refuse to comment on The Promise cos : (1) Plot suxx!!! (2) Stupid acting (3) lame shit (4) over-exaggerating action sequences (5) Temptation of wanting to throw shit on the screen was overwhelming ( 6) The comfortable seats were more soothing than the acting on screen (7) almost fell asleep due to monotonous and shitty acting (8) GAY MOVIE!!!! (9) REALLY GAY ACTING
(10) MOST GAY PIECE OF CRAP I EVER SAW...BEST TO SHIT ON RATHER THAN TO AGONISE YOU & YOUR SANITY TO SUFFER IN THE ABYSS OF GAY-NESS... -10/10

(The White Witch, Jadis) (Aslan, the Great Lion of Narnia)Narnia is one movie not to be missed cos it is like a mix of 'Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings' kinda movie. Battle scenes caught my eye as it was just as detailed as those of LOTR!! Magical plot, scenery is just breathtaking, magical land that sets imaginations running wild!! ( not exactly the 'wild' thing you think of...that is). Creatures are intersting too, there were centaurs, minotaurs, fauns, griffins, cyclops, and the normal animals that we see and know of. A must-watch for lovers of C.S. Lewi's Narnia and for those...well..who fansy it...hehe...excellent!! A favourite of mine too. 10/10

(The battle scenes in Narnia)
(Cheers Gromit, to our silverscreen debut!!)
Lastly, Wallace and Gromit made a fine debut to the silver screen as I thought that the animations, along with the funny and unprecedented style of the W & G short movies on TV, it was refreshing yet fun to watch, great movie for the young and old alike, for the family..in short...haha. 5 years in making this silverscreen debut...wow..thats patience and hard work combined to create this masterpiece....of clay...and stop-motion animations.
Could be better... and hats off to the people who made W &G. Jolly well done!! 8/10
Well, I really enjoyed myself watching these amazing films...except crappy The Promise..that is. So until next time....seeya fer other stuffs pertaining to our Aeon-Fluxed future...!!
Also since I'ts past midnite here in Singapore, I wanna wish all the peeps around the world a very HAPPY NEW YEAR 2006!!!!
WOOOOOHOOOOOO000000000oooooooo..............
10:40 PM
Well, who knew that something like that would happen TWICE this month, much to my dismay that is. It was like deja vu, only that I did not wait idiotically once more (refer to post 3...sheesh) Lolz. So here's the recount of what happened....
I was to meet Benjamin at Jurong Point's Breadtalk at 11 a.m because we planned to catch the movie AeonFlux that afternoon at 2p.m BUT before that we were to have our lunch at JP before we set off for Suntec City to watch the movie at the cinema there...hhuuuuhhh..( catching a breather after explaining this intro in one breath). So i got there at 11 a.m ..........and he was'nt there....oookkaayy ( had a bad vibe once again). So, i waited there til 11.20 a.m , and still no news, called him...no one answered....'omg, not this again', I thought to myself. So I took the initiative to stop waiting for him and proceeded to Popular to read some books there...hehe... alittle bit of PS2 mags, Russel Lee's ghost stories, star wars books...
Then at about 12 pm I called him once more, this time I repeatedly called although his handphone's ' leave message after the stupid tone toooot crap kept breaking the monotonous ringing. After a while, Ben called...wow...a miracle!! I asked him where was he, and he answered : 'oh shit!!...omg i forgot ...overslept...'' then he said he would rush there immediately...PENG, i was like OMG overslept?! 15 mins later, he came and I was like what the TOOOT...lolz...of course he apologised for being late and oversleeping, and I gladly accepted apology ( of course la....fren fren ma...say sorry already wad...unlike guy in 3rd post....HAHAHA) o off for mac, both of us ate fillet-o-fish meal and talked alot about some funny videos we saw off the net and more ( i enjoy conversations and talking abt stuff till time reminds us of things to be done...damn..), so after Mac we raced against time to catch a MRT there.
After we got there, bought tix and went in...whew.. we made it just in time for AeonFlux and enjoyed the movie lots. After the movie, Benjamin wanted to buy some stuff and to get a haircut at Marina Square, so we walked around there, and I was amazed by how much the place had changed since the last time I'd been there. Modern designs ruled the interior of the building while the old and 'run-downed-looking' facade of the exterior building was...well...like a facade...get it? So we hanged around for awhile, Ben got his things done and then back home it was. Although it was quite late when I went back home, I was glad that I had company that day as most of our frens were either working or busy...haha. So my day was'nt that bad overall, tired to say the least, but enjoyable.

It was Monday, 12th Dec '05. Woke up at 9 a.m. ...(brushed teeth and all tt lah). Ate breakfast (bread wif jam......yeah.) I thought it was gonna be a fulfilling day cos I'd be meeting Glenn at 1.30 p.m. at JE MRT interchange control station , after which we would 'supposedly' be goin to RP for Curricular Enrichment (CE) activity to Eu Yan Sang gallery.
...never did i knew that it was gonna be a really 'fulfilling' day........
I called Daniel up at 11.30 a.m. to see if we could have lunch before goin down to meet Glenn. Done that, then did alittle blog editing. 12.50pm...went to change, gel hair, then went out makan wif Daniel. I didn't know that Daniel wasn't goin for the CE activity, goin to JE library instead. Oh well...i thought, at least we were to alight at JE MRT station, so off we went after our tantalising chicken rice meal...
(waited for bus...took the bus...alighted at Boon Lay MRT...took MRT...)
Reached JE MRT interchange at 1.40pm (gosh i am late!). So then i waved goodbye to Daniel as he set of for the library, while I looked around for Glenn.....wait a minute!...where's Glenn?! I don't even see him at the control station! Where could he be?! So i waited, thinking that he was on his way from church camp. And so I scouted left and right, trying to spot Glenn amongst the waves of passengers that were going in and out...but no sign of him. Minutes passed, i was anxious as to where could he possibly be, so i tried calling him, but to no avail as it could not get thru.
Frustration started to set in...it was 2.05pm, and still no sign of him, nor a call came thru!! I had a bad vibe telling me that i was not gonna make it to RP in time for the bus transport to Eu Yan Sang gallery, which was leaving at 2.15pm. Earlier on Daniel smsed me not to wait anymore if he wan't there by 2pm, but i thought i might wait for him cos we're frens wad. At 2.10pm, my ultimate decision was not to wait for Glenn anymore and to meet Daniel at the library instead.
It was just after I had crossed the gates that Glenn called...I was like...WTH!?..now then u call me!? So i asked him where was he, and he said he went off to RP after he waited for me at the control station till 1.50pm, but did not see me. Upon hearing that, I was frustrated, tired and alittle pissed...cos how the hell could he have not seen me when i was there even before 1.50pm?!?! OM*G!...i really dunno why he didn't even call me to check whether i was on the way or something..but instead, he went off, making me wait there...
Thats why i want to 'thank' Glenn for the 'fulfilling' day of (1)making me wait there while you went off (2)not bothered to call me to see where i was (3)waited there till i missed the CE activity (4)missed the CE activity and not being able to get CE points while you went there.....DAMN U!!...never call or wait sia....late awhile only and didnt even see u there even b4 1.50pm....WTF!! CHEESEBUN!!!!! LUNCHBOX!!!!!
Next time can call me b4 pang seh me? 'THANK' YOU!! (>_<)''
1:51 PM

Whew! This is my second post, and nope...I'm not tired just 'cos of typing this, but also in struggling to add more features and designs to the blog as well!! (-_-'') Searching webbies for designs, makin' sense of the codes, registerin' for radio.blog club (although there's still no response frm them..), C-box ( thnks to Benjamin!), and much more!! Been spending late nites just doing these 'simple' tasks ('simple' to expert bloggers, that is...tsk)...yawn. I still have a few more features I wanna add in ze blog, but I'll make do with my hard work now..hehe.
Ahem! So, ladies and gentlemen, I now declare MY blog OFFICIALLY OPEN!! ( picture party poppers flying, cheering, and partying under the shower of vibrant fireworks for me...POP!!..burst of the dream bubble ...grrr.. ). Well, as you can see that sexy bikni-clad girl up there (my mascot...LOL jokin') joining in the fun under the rising sun, I used a Billabong style theme for my blog, which i thought was cool ( see gal wif surfboard in background) and refreshing to readers..ahh...smell the ocean guys, feel the breeze!! Anyways, hope you will really try and interest yourselves in reading my blog, looking at pictures and listening to songs as time progresses....and if i manage to stream audio. Construction may be goin on, but the posts will be updated (hope i have the time!!). So up til then....seeya!!! *Check out my other billabong pics too, love it.
