Sorry we never got the cards mailed.

McKailey participated in the play "Wizard of Oz" but it was put together with dancing instead of any acting. It was really cute. Here are the dances that she was in. The first one she was dressed as a munchkin. The second dance (was from her hip hop class) when the wicked witch dies.

We just had fun shooting photos the other day. We took some pictures of one of Alex's Graduating seniors and our girls had to join the fun.

New Member of the Family

Can you believe it! Alex and Michelle got their kids a real live pet. Who would've guessed? The kids keep saying, "I can't believe they actually got us a real live pet!" The bunny is for McKailey's birthday. It's a week early, but she didn't mind.

Alie decided she needed to make Easter breakfast. Alie loves to eat- so if it isn't time to eat, then she likes to cook. To bad she always makes such a mess. Then we went to Christina's house where we spent the day listening to conference.
We have decided to finish our basement finally! YEA!! Here is Alex dry-walling (I even helped). We got it done pretty quick. Then we had someone come mud for us because we didn't even want to try it. Now, it is time to put some shelves in the closets and then I get to paint! I love painting and seeing how nice a place can look! And guess what? I even get a craft room! I can't wait!



Sorry about the uneven photos. (I didn't want to take the time to fix it.) But anyways, Alex and I got all dressed up and went and chaperoned Tooele High's Prom at the State Capitol. It is so pretty there. I haven't been there since my prom. Tooele hosts Prom a lot different then when I went to prom. The Juniors preformed a dance and most parents stayed till 10:30p.m. to watch their kids dance and to take LOTS of pictures.

McKailey had her first dance competition this last Saturday, the 17th. McKailey did pretty good except for one part in the middle. (She forgot to move to the front.) But she had lots of fun. Her team actually scored 1st in her division. The blue costume, above, is her ballet costume and the colorful costume is her jazz costume.

So I was getting sick of having my kids school stuff all over my fridge. (With 3 kids it adds up fast!) So McKailey and I made this (whatever you want to call it). It has princess fabric and then we sewed some vinyl pockets on it. Now all she has to do is slide her new school projects in. As a wonderful result, I don't have so many papers on my fridge! Yea! Plus, McKailey also needed some Mommy-Daughter time. (She is on this kick right now that Mom never spends ANY time with her. She thinks I spend All my time with just Braxton and Alie. Needless to say, she has probably got the most attention out of anyone right now.) Anyways, I liked how the project turned out so I got some outer space fabric to make one for Braxton. I tried convincing him to do the project with me- he flat out refused. It was pretty funny too when I asked him to do the project with me- all he said was, "Don't Make Me Sew!" It was pretty funny. So McKailey said she would help me. Such a sweet girl.

Braxton's Photo shoot

This is a sample that we took from Braxton's photo shoot. We are having fun with our new camera.

It is Alie's half birthday today! I now have a nursery age little girl who is not going to be excited about Mom and Dad leaving her in nursery. And by the way, she loves jewelry (that's my little girl!)!

Well, it is official- Braxton is a 7 year old! He had his birthday last week and we had a fun time celebrating. We went ice skating for his main activity and then he had a couple of parties with family. (We didn't get every one together at the same time so we decided to celebrate at different times.) He did get to take treats to school which he was so excited for. His class made him a book that talked about what Braxton likes. He loves it. The picture with him and Alie just shows Braxton's love for his sister. He loves taking care of her and is an awesome big brother.
