trng was fine. and for the first time. we actually managed to finish a 4.8k program given by coach jude. it wasnt tough but those sets with fly was really tiring. only.. 12 people went for trng tis morning.
den after trng i was out for massage and stuff. only got home at abt 4 ? hah. now i shall be hardworking and start on my work.

i wont say this week was good, but it wasnt exactly bad either.
T & F finals was good.
school was good.
being alone in the room jst made me think of many things in life tat we take for granted most of the time and i got the extract below from yingfen's blog. im sorry if i wasnt meant to get it but it jst made me wonder.

was talking to my old friend and i realised,
there are times i wish i was back in primary sch.
the times where we have no worries abt anything, be it be studies or sport.
those were the times where we were friends with everyone.

u may have only known each other for a few hrs but you two can become the best of frens. you tell each other secrets and share everything u have with him/her. why dont we do tat now ?

yay! sch nats heats is over :D
it was long over for me but well, today is the last day of heats for everyone. hah. all of us went down to the pool to watch/support/train/play. haha. it was fun.
esp when we were playing in the diving pool. all the underwater scissors paper stone. hahaha. FUN! and all of us will scramble to start 'trng' once peter walks towards us =P
and then.. headed off to the showers and started cheering for those tat were swimming (:
some of us went opposite to get some food too. haha.
anyway. 100back C girls and B boys.
boon. narelle and chard. all got into finals.
C girls and B girls f/s relay.
both finals and special mention to the B girls relay team which consisted of..
SHUY. RUTH. TAOLI and MYLENE.
all national swimmers ! ahaha. and they smashed the record with a time of 1.48. smth smth !! whooosh. tats abt average of 26 high per swimmer i think ? dunno lah. still got change over. fasttttt.
