hmm.the NEWater thingy tis morning wasnt tat bad after all.it was air-conditioned.so well.yea.tats gd.and we didnt go to the smelly part.anyway.suppose to go watch alien vs predator wif some people..but some of them couldnt make it.so we didnt go.but in the end.me mylene and edith still went out,but didnt watch a movie.jst walked arnd orchard for lky..5hrs?than we went to heartland mall at kovan..walked arnd there for a while.went to tis magic shop.and the shopkeeper showed u some incredible tricks!damn cool.but he wont teach us.cus u need to get a membership.and pay money to learn.we were damn fascinated by him.haha..so well.anyway..we were out all the way till 5plus..i reached home at arnd 530pm..so tat means.i was out for..8 hrs and 45 mins! wow! i think tats a record for me? cus normally i wld at least watch a movie.but today.i jst walked anrd spore! haha..hmm.li jia wei lost! in the LAST set k.by 2 points only!!! argg..nvm.still got chance for bronze..tat 2 points cost her 25.000! haha.hope she wins the bronze man.if not lky jing jun hong lky tat.get fourth.so sad.hahah.hmm.shall stop here.byee

hmm haven been blogging for a long long time eh?anyway.going to visit the NEWater centre wif the sch tmr..dun wanna go man.heard tat it stinks in there.haha.anyway..tis wk's trng have been rather tough..tis morning we did 2km of fly out of the 5.5km programme..and i was dying!haha.slacked through-out the whole programme.haha.was almost last i think?haha.than thursday afternoon stupid peter made us run round the pool again.but not alot..than he made me train long distance! argg.it was so tiring man.was dying in the last 5 of the 15x200..but peter still made to go all out.and guess wad?i survived! yay! haha.hmm.and today in baking class we made ice-cream cake.yum yum.its was..not bad..hahah.and we ruined alex's cake by shifting it while it was baking thus making it sink.haha.and it was so flat.haha.and he scolded us k.not our fault la.who ask him put in our oven rite..stupid..and.wad else eh?or yea.its my dad's bdae tmr!haha. anyway.gonna slp now.gotta wake up early to go to the stupid NEWater..we hav to assemble at 845 there k.so early.stupid.than cannot slp.argg.so well.byee--

went to the dining etiquette tis morning.wasnt TAT bad although it was kinda boring?haha.we got to eat and stuff..the eating part was quite fun.i was the speech and had to give lky 'speech'? rather a toast to the pple and stuff..sophie was REAL funny.couldt stop laughing at her.her actions we so damn funny.she even made mr mak laugh.haha.and mr mak kept taking photos!argg.and he might put them on the sch's newspaper?damn! (: haha.than went to cini to watch The Village after tat.its wasnt VERY nice.jst average?was kinda scary at some part.but towards the ending was ok la.and the ending was weird.very weird.haha.anyway.went to eat at pasta mania after tat..than went home..and only me cass and mylene managed to get into the train in time.sijia and edith were stuck outside cus they were strolling down the steps.haha.[sorry! (:]haha.than me and cass competed who can reach home first although i alighted bfore her.but when she reach home i was still at the coffee shop waiting for my dad to come!haha.hmm.dunno wad else to blog alrdy.and im getting tired.haha.but im gonna stay up to watch the olympics swimming at 1230!haha..im not trying to be a downer but i think no spore swimmers can get into finals?haha.table-tennis shld be can la.haha.anyway.gtg..nitex pple

pain pain pain all over.aching everywhere! esp the legs..dying..cant walk properly.haha.although we didnt have trng in the water.2 trng sessions on land,running.is killing me.maybe every swimmer is aching in the leg now.we ran lky anrd 16km in jst 2 mornings?!??! 16!! we did arnd 7k on thurs morning at the track and arnd the school..than tis morning! can die.we ran run the pool.up the stairs and all sorts of SHIT.and peter jst stand there shouting at us to ask us to go faster ..keep saying 'encouraging' stuff lky "pain is temporary.glory is forever" and "pain is my best fren" dunno if those are really true but at tat point of time i really feel lky killing peter..sigh.but i survived those two run..so tats one great achievment for me?haha.going to be running again soon..on the 25th aug.out 2nd napfa test..the 2.4km run.can die.but i've survived tis.so.hmm.shld be ok?hope so.anyway.tmr the students councillors hav some dining 'attiqute'? where they TEACH u how to EAT.stupid lei.and mr mak made all the gals wear skirt?and the guys cant wear jeans?how dumb.and the thing cost 50 bucks?! and last frm 830 to 130?which is lky 5 hrs learning how to EAT.stupid.anyway.after tat maybe i going out to watch movie..dunno whether can walk anot also.haha.its getting alte and i gotta wake up early tmr.so yea.bye.nitex pple

hmm.so bored online now.going back to sch tonight.gd news for me.cus than i wont feel so bored.stuck at home the whole day.staying online staring at the screen wif no one to chat to.haha.not lky sch is much better since we cant use msn.but at least i can see my frens and talk.but at home.who can i talk to besides the wall or my parents? haha.haven been swimming for 4 days..think i lost all my water feelings..dunno how im gonna swim on wed afternoon if there's trng.hope there isnt (: feel lky slacking tis whole wk man.no trng tmr morning.tats gd.than 3 more days in sch.and *poof!* back home AGAIN.actually its not so bad to be home if there's interesting stuff going on.but there always isnt.so yea..

today was an interesting day compared to yst.went out wif mylene and qing to plaza sing to watch i,robot.it was a nice show.rather funny too 'ahhhh CHOO! im allergic to bullshit!" haha.we're laughing abt it after the movie.walked arnd plaza sing for lky 2hrs?and mylene was DYING..haha..we also took neoprints..yupp.and we were rather MAD today.haha.more lky yiqing and me la.haha.and i was crazy abt one water bottle cus it was going at half price.but i still couldnt afford it.haha.was only left wif 4 bucks and the bottle cost 13! argg. than yiqing was making a din in the shop until the shopkeeper went "may i help u?" haha.than yiqing jst started laughin lky crazy..haha.oh and we went arnd the basment a few rounds trying free food samples.haha.yiqing took alot of ba kua and the women looked at her.haha.we went to spotlight also.and yiqing again was making a din.only tis time the shopkeeper didnt say anything. then after tat.we went back?nono.went to a few more shops..yupp.than we went back..had to squeeze to get into the train.super squeezy..haha.stupid qing.whos ur gog fren eh? haha.hmm. wad else to write abt eh? haha. dunno also. so yea.byeee

hmm.damn bored now.no one i wanna talk to is online..i was suppose to go out today wif mylene and cass.but mylene couldnt make it and cass didnt reply my msg! argg..CASS! so now im stuck at home.doin nth except homework.and im getting damn sick of it so i decided to come online to see if there's anyone to talk to but sadly.there's NO ONE.argg.and also no one is replying my msg.hmph.was messaging edith until she left for malaysia..so gd rite? and en is in hong kong now shopping and eating rubbish i guess.and ME? im stuck here at home whinning.how sad..might be going to club later to train or slack or jst hav a dip in the water since there's no trng for 4 days all the way till wed afternoon?tat was suppose to be gd until i realised tat if i dun go for trng.there's nth i can do at home except to bore myself out wif homeworks..MIGHT be going out tmr.HOPE i can go out also..if not im seriously gonna die of boredom man..its so damn boring at home!!!!!argg.i cant stand it anymore man..i wanna go to water theme park.haha.hav been wishing since bfore sch nats but still haven go.haha.hope can go some day in tis 4 days..or maybe go wild wild wet (: it looks damn fun!haha..sigh sigh.dunno wad to talk abt alrdy..hmm.now tat grand prix 2 is over and there's no major meet except for grand prix 3 coming up in november..hope peter will let us play more games lky water polo! or basketball?haha.i dunno.but i dun wanna keep trng..haha..i've really got nth to talk abt alrdy.so.bye!haha

heyz.got a new template.found it very cute so i changed.haha.anyway.i did my last event yst..swam 7 events in total in this grand prix..50,100,200 back..200 & 800 free..200 IM and 50 brst!!! haha..did PB for all the events except for the back events..which are my pet events .sigh.who cares.haha..peter was quite pleased wif my 800 and 200 free..so im lucky he didnt kill me for not doin pb in the back events..hmm.today's the last day of grand prix and i got no events..so im going down to toa payoh pool to support later..all the best to them! hmm.anyway.yst those peeps tat went to usa for comp came back to compete..and well.they were all damn tired.so didnt do very well.although some were not bad.but cass! haha.she was lky say..10sec off her pb in 200 free?haha..but after she bathe she was so full of energy! talkin so loudly! haha.weird eh? all the best to her in her 400IM today.hope she wont die.haha
sigh.back in school.lao shi is leaving tis coming fri.so sad k..she's such a nice teacher..maybe tats why she's leaving to go overseas to pursue her studies further..she's going for two yrs..and a new teacher is coming.i dun lky her! haha.although i haven even talk to her..only saw her.sigh.talkin to her online now.she's so nice and fun and bubbly.haha..anyway.we also had our national day + racial harmony day celebration today..it was kinda fun i guess.we had to perform and stuff.i sprayed my hair red and white[yea i got white hair (:]than the guys had their face painted.we had hanna too.oh yea.we were also given milky bars! heehee..anyway. gtg leave for tao payoh.bye!!
