18 weeks with baby Emilia

If you missed it, its official, she is 4 months old now!  Oh my how time flies! 1/3 of a year!  And because of that, this is a huge picture dump!!  So many fun things happening in our lives (even though our house is still torn apart, at least we have each other/are together)!

She is so amazing as you will see in the following pictures:

Sitting up for play time!

Ben took his Father's day present into work a bit early so he could show it off!
If you can't see it well, here are the 3 pictures that we put together to spell DAD!
I'm so glad Ben is the father of Emilia!  He is such a kind & caring dad!  He loves to hold her and is anxious for me to finish feeding her so he can burp her!  He does bath night & the bedtime routine every night!  He loves to make faces and noises at her to see if he will get a smile and/or a laugh! Emilia loves her Daddy Ben!

Uncle Isaac came to play!  And then the next day we came to his work to surprise him!  :)
 Baby nap time!
Trying out lots of new seats for different times/places in our different living locations!
Beans loves bones.  He kept taking them out of the bag one at a time until he thought he had enough.

Up at the land on Father's Day to try out the heat/bugs=it didn't go to well.  We are pretty pathetic nature girls currently :/

Baby girl started rolling over this week!  From belly to back and from back to belly!  Go Emilia!
 Dinner out!
 Play time!

All babies do is nap, right?!? Me, Emilia, Beans & Nica for nap time!
 Tuesday was cousin day!
Nap time. Baby had just waken up and I woke up after the picture was taken. (and yes, that is my post baby belly-not ashamed of it, just trying to still get used to it).
Water time!
 First swimsuits of the season!

I put Emilia in the pool.

First she liked it and then it was too much.

Then we went to Jared's t-ball game.

And Emilia started rolling over again!
Good morning baby!  Look at that cute chubba!
I'm so proud of my baby girl.  Her giggles & smiles & her body movements!  You go baby girl! She brings such happiness into our home!  I adore her so much!  If any of you reading this haven't met her yet, you need to (and if it will be awhile until you do meet her, then these pics will have to do for now)!! ;-)

House update

Things are coming along.  The flood damage has led to other projects, like I mentioned before, so one step at a time it is happening!

We had all the old piping taken out and new piping put in.  There's the old stuff with the browning grass. :/
The concrete flooring is all level now!
The ceiling is down to put in the piping.  They said 8 dead mice fell out at them too.  EWE!  But what can you do to keep them all from coming in?  Once they're in, you hope they find the decon or the traps. :/
The piping from left to right under the floor.
All the ducting was removed too, because it was 75% unnecessary.  :/ UGH!  So a small one will go there instead which equals more head room!
This wall will be repaired correctly vs how they found it :/ Oy to this house!
Here's my bathroom tear out update too:  Shower surround gone!

 Laminate flooring half ripped out!
And lots, lots, lots more left to do and updates to come as "major" things get checked off and completed!!  Soon we will have running water in our house which means we can have green grass again and a swamp cooler on for our workers and a drip line to our garden!  Whew!  I never realized just how much water we use or how much we rely on it/find it necessary for our life style.  Thanks for the water!

Week 17 we're here!

And tomorrow makes 4 months too!  Wow!  My baby is growing up and will be 1 before we know it!
;-)

"I have two little hands folded snuggly and tight, they are tiny and cute and they know what is right!"
Sitting up practice, surrounded by pillows!
What do you get when you hold your baby on your lap?  A puddle of drool of course!
Thursday we got together with some Cottonwood friends that we've made over the years!!  It was fun to have lunch at Wheeler Farm!

Friday night we headed to a family wedding reception.  Great Grandma loved to hold the baby Emilia!
My baby is looking so grown up and long!

More sitting up practice.  I think she's got it down!  Just a little bit of practice and strengthening muscles left!
This is the, "Mom, I'm tired, put me to bed" face!
And this is after I bundle her up and let her sleep!
Sunday we got to see Aunt Phyllis & her family plus Aunt Laura & her family from PA!  What a fun dinner we all had together!
I love taking pictures of my sleeping baby!

This is the happy face she gives me when we are talking together!
 Tuesday was Tina day.
 With footsies,
 and cousins,
 and performances,

 with great audience members!

This is the face Daddy Ben makes if Emilia poops while he's holding her!

What a fun week we've had this week 17!!
