We went on a Rhino ride Saturday and it was such a gorgeous day and a beautiful ride. We started near Silver Reef and followed this back road all the way to St. George. The scenery changed a lot but was always pretty. The air smelled so fragrant - like wild lilacs.
Macy rode in the back (don't worry, she was buckled up AND strapped in). She slept the whole time - the Rhino just bounced her to sleep. She just got a tiny little stripe of sunburn on her ankles where her leggings and socks met!
Matt and Ashley.
In front of this charming little tree-covered swamp.
Macy was such a good sport! I have been telling Andy I wanted to take the Rhinos on a ride where it was green and pretty and not dusty and dirty. This place was perfect! I would go again in a heartbeat.

Little Lady Jane is 10 Months Old
She says "Ledder, ledder, ledder" with her tongue.
She has 2 bottom teeth.
She pulls bows from her hair and shoes off her feet as fast as I can put them on.
She is oh-so-close to crawling.
She is sweet as ever.

Macy. Who else?
My creative friend Emily gave me this idea for mother's day gifts (for myself and the grandmas). They turned out great and I wanted to share the process.
First of all, I bought some frames at the thrift store and we painted them and glazed them at card group last month. This is the before of one of them:
And this is the artwork that was inside of it:
I didn't get a picture of this one before spraying it but it was gold and had this little angel inside of it:
Next, I took a bunch of pictures of Macy. These are just a few:
This one was the winner:
I made the contrast really high in photo shop and then printed it out and cut it out. Then I traced my "template" onto black card stock and cut it out again.
I LOVE them.

Suprise Birthday Party
Over the weekend we had a surprise birthday party for my mom in Park City. It was planned as a picnic but the weather forced us to find a last minute backup plan. We got a reservation at The Farm restaurant at The Canyons. They had a huge umbrella room that was encased in glass. It was a great setting.
There was much anticipation leading up to Gigi's arrival.
My mom thought she was going to dinner in Park City with my sister Brie and her husband and my dad. So, they arrived at the restaurant and were seated at a table for 4. Meanwhile, the rest of us hid out in the restroom area.
Mylee, Natalee, Noah and Ally could hardly contain themselves!
Holly, Ally & Amber.
Nate & Nash.
The place was so fabulous. Love these chairs.
And all the details.
Andy & Macy.
My sister, Holly.
Nephew, Noah.
Niece, Mylee.
Miss Macy.
Sister-in-law, Laurie.
Niece, Ally.
My bro, Colby Jay, being sassy.
Laurie again with Nash.
My dad.
And, since I am usually behind the camera, this is as much of me as the camera caught. Don't have a clue who took it.
Gigi was surprised!
Blowing out the candles on her fabulous chocolate peanut butter cake (with a little help).
Gigi with all of her grand kids (except Dallon).
It was so fun to see everyone and spend the afternoon with my mom.
