met up with my sec skool mates
had a hard time trying to pull one mofo to come cuz he was lazy , haha !!
anyway , met up at bras basah , a bar literally outside the circle line

its a cool bar , with a live band ,
but it was dam epic when the band starting singing chinese song with a malay gal lead singer ,
ordered some pussy dream !!

cause its ICE BLENDED TO PERFECTION !!
but the mango flavored tasted meh...

fries was normal
so apparently switch is kinda " by " timbre, so they , of cause , have their signature DUCK PIZZA !!!
so we ordered half n half duck + salmon
but whats so nice about this outlet de ,
is the generous cheese added , so u could literally taste the creamy cheese coupled with the ingredients.

met up with brownie and julie for BRUNCH !
so went back to bras basah again . to eat FOOD FOR THOUGHT !!
first time ordered their mains other then their breakfast set
tried their seafood risotto
wah ... fckin FLAT AS SHIT !
the veg stock that they use is fckin WATER or wat nonsense
and their ingredients wasnt even seasoned
so yeap hav to salt myself to make it taste better
however their curry chicken was not bad .
its really big serving ,
so forced julie to order the fullwerks so i can kope .
but turned out he didnt even finish 1/3 of it !!

its a sour base tomato veg soup
i personally dont like it , cuz its sour . but every1 loves it
( cant appreciate sour / tom yam nonsense)

not bad , freaking tender !!!
it literally falls apart from the bone .
really good job cooking it .
but whats disappointing is the sauce .
they have this general sauce that goes with every meat !!!
and clearly it didnt match well with the lamb shank
our desserts , savoury pancakes.
haha its very .... unique ?!?!
its a dam weird pancake texture , more like a wet soft crepe folded
with whipped cream and fruits and sweet sauce syrup.
they say it tasted like thai pancake
( sad fck lyk me dunno anything cuz i dun travel )

haha !! so this time i did lower down the fire tremendously
then came the sauce .
LOL FAILED TERRIBLY !!!
i tried to do the hollandaise sauce using 1 egg yolk
( thrifty and kiam siap me )
cuz recipe calls for 2 yolk and i scared i make too much haha .
so in the end , FAILED !!

went to take the flyer job at the agency with julie and his friend
so was sad when we didnt get the 3 day job ( thu fri sat )
but onli get the sat slot onli.
went to eat astons at bugis+
standards there are really low !!
thn walked around and i left them to shop .

met up with wil n julie to go shopping for cny !!
hahahh i felt so bad making them walk here walk there for me .
cuz i was too indecisive and too cheapskate HAHA !!!
spent the whole evening trying to get my berms and shirt .
berms were the easy 1 , cuz it was wils the "difficult" one .
thn came the shirt . LOL my turn . hahahahaha
so finally settled for the cheapest at "praise"
desserts at mac b4 queuing for the french food that we " missed " the last time
RASPBERRY flavour !! nice !
would choose this over the $1 ice cream the outside uncle sell.
so we went saveur at 5.45pm , when it opens at 6pm .
so this time round cfm got seats and no need wait so long

so i was really tempted to order the chicken roulade ( it was featured on tv b4 )
but julie wanted it ,
thn wils giving lotsa feedback say Must try duck !!
and i didnt regret later on !!

wils starter ( "main" ) salmon confit
really nice , its not fully cooked , really soft coupled with the "black stuff" its really flavourful when it enters ur mouth. ORGASMIC

omg. the aroma was divine !! the sights
literally leveled up my appetite and i cant wait to eat it .
its crispy skin + delicious marinated meat !!
but too bad theres no sauce to couple this duck confit .
theres mandrain orange at the sides too .
really refreshing combo
the chicken roulade was not bad !
but pale in comparison to the duck confit
they have gratin side ( baked rice )
so i must say , saveur is really a nice place to dine !!
servings may be small . and the waiting time .
but the food is really good !!!

met up with julie n wils for dinner at city hall ,
been walking ard thn finally settled for OSAKA OHSHO
so wilson tried the omu rice
it looks dam orgasmic at first .
but after eating it , i think i will get "GELAT " / sick of it very soon ,
so its really really very plain on its own.
then ordered 12 piece to share
lucky this gyoza is meat based . not lyk those usual VEGE ONLI . URGH
so its really very good .
one side is really crispy and the other steamed - soft
coupled with a vinegar + soy sauce = DIVINE
Cold ban ban chicken is MEH
so i ordered chicken and prawn egg set .
typical japanese food standard , nth special

was featured on tv b4 , so hahaha
the setting is really cozy and stuff , too bad i didnt get to take a pic of the outside tables ,
its wooden furniture with a fake grass floor patch setting . REALLY COOL
julie gt the curry chicken set ,
its really nice , its thick and the flavor is THERE !
wats missing is a bread to dip
the wings on the other hand werent much of a big deal ( tho it was featured tho )
its NORMAL !
crunchy ? but lacks the strong marinade flavor
wah ... the chicken steak ,
really orgasmic !!!
the marinade is really GOOD and it has totally seeped inside the meat
and the skin is a little crisp !

this time rd , it wasnt really that HORRIFYING as sinister , woah. .. that show is literally strikes fear in ur fckin mind and heart.
anyway, theres the usual certain shock factor for a horror show .
thn dined at aston , thn tat ji finally showed up with the cake .
which was literally NOT obvious at all .
