so i recieved this email... and it was quite.. true!

weeeeelll! these past few days has been pretty eventful hey! on friday after cleaning church, 9 of us went down to port kennedy (my aunty's place - right next to the beach!) and just veged out... it was actually a fishing trip.. but we din end up doing much fishing! haha. so bad though. i got totally burnt! lol. not red burnt.. but black burnt!! lol. so yeah. now i have a major tanning issue. hahah. gotta go lie in the sun for a while one of these days! lol. so yeah. we ended up taking a realllyy long walk abt 4 kms i think! haha. it's all cheng's fault! lol. funny though. coz we were all carrying fishing rods, buckets and tackle boxes all around mandurah! hahaha. lol. went on a lil crazy adventure. but it was fun... but i really din feel like putting my life at risk that night. lol. i'd much have rathered been safe and sound. hahahah. lol. i think i was being a bit of a party pooper actually. sorry! lol. =p annywayyy it was really fun.. we posed for heeeapps of pictures outside the mandurah regal cinemas. hahah. it was so funny!! hahaha. then the nxt day.. after fishing (i caught the most fish btw! hahaha. but crappy ass trumpets lol.) thennnn.. we had a bbq!! was yumm! hehehe. then pokered. then.. fishing / crabbing agen. hahahah. it was so windy though. so windy that wen lil and i jumped, the wind moved us! lol. i think i caught a sort-of cold from there hey. baddddd!

anyway! i went and enrolled at curtin today. it was so hot! lei went with me though.. kept me company. =) was a pain in the butt though. coz it was soooo hot! and worse, coz of the double degree i had to walk from one side of the campus to the other and back and forth and back and forth. was so tired by the end of it hey! not to mention totally dehydrated. but yeah. there was a problem with my timetable.. some clashes.. but eventually i figured it out.. only just then actually! lol. so yeah. everything is pretty much set! which is a relief. heheh. so yeah. i'm now officially a curtin student. hahah.

oh. i went with trish to the arts information session at uwa. hahah. going there just made me like curtin all the more! lol. curtin is so much more relaxed hey. like. the course are simpler. in uwa u gotta pick 4 different discipline areas.. but let's just say that the course structures are totally different.. and that i'm totally inclined to favour curtin. hahah.

ohhhh! one more funnny thing that i realized today. i dunno if u'll get it.. but yeah. like for the past couple of years in church - john, cheng and lei formed J.C.L and then we had quartet which added me and mish - giving P and M. anyway. today at curtin there was a building John Curtin Prime Ministerial Library which in initials gives you = J.C.P.M.L, which gives you - John.Cheng.Phoebe.Michelle.Lei!! hahahaha. funny hey! lol. it took me a split 3 seconds after looking at the building sign to realize it!! hahaha. i found it soo funny! haha. okay.. yeah. lol. just an interesting realization.. but i'll think of that every time i walk past there now. lol. =p

*friday.the.13th.indeed*

so. i woke up this morning and thought it was going to be a normal day. let me just say that i was really wrong! so i went out with rach today.. spending the day together.. coz she's starting work soon.. and i'm getting a new job (i quit crepe btw! haha. way too far to drive everyday.) but yeah. the day started to go really wrong when rach and i had to go to the toilet in macas. but yeah. this psycho lady came in.. i reckon she was drunk or high on drugs or something.. but yeah. as soon as i was done, i walked out of the cubicle to wash my hands.. she was standing in front of the mirrors.. talking to herself. then like. she was pretending to cry.. couldn't really tell wat she was talking abt coz she had a major slur. then like. she turned to me and started asking me for money. but i was like.. "errrrr".. then when she started to get really rough, i quickly knocked on rach's cubicle door, telling her to get out.. but i don't think she heard me.. so i just stayed there.. din say anything.. i asked the lady if she was okay.. but she just kept sobbing.. then like. rach came out, quickly washed her hands and went out the door.. i followed her, but the lady pushed in front of me.. she stopped at the 2nd door (which leads out into the dining bit) then turned to me.. she looked up as if to check for security cameras.. then she leaned towards me, got in my face and was like "if you're ever in this situation.. no one's ever going to give you money!" then BAM! she punched me square on my chin.. then hit my throat! then quickly ran out! i was like.. winded hey. totally shocked.

but yeahh.. i've never been hit before hey. it went totally fast. so fast tt i din even have time to respond! or like.. lash back! i just really wasn't expecting her to hit me.

i guess. this just teaches me a lesson. to be really careful when i go out in the future. all for the better i suppose! at least i'm not THAT hurt! she could've like.. stabbed me with a syringe! so yeah. i'll just count my blessings. but i'll be extra cautious for strangers from now on. =)

man. i'm so tired these days! it's totally weird! i go to sleep. wake up. eat lunch. go to work. come home. watch tv. talk on the phone. go to sleep. then do the whole routine all over again! hrrmmmmm. wonder why i'm so tired!

annnywayyy.. monday, took the day off to go hand in my scholarship application form. i'll find out whether i got it this coming monday. thenn.. tuesday.. went to work. learnt how to use the till and actually served ppl for the first time. lol! turns out it was quite an achievement? seeing tt it was my... 3rd day working? but yeah. i like serving customers. one heck of a lot better than cleaning!! but yes. then i came home, broke my light in my room.. or.. actually i FOUND it broken. (that way it doesn't add to my list of clumsinessesness [new word!].) so gotta go buy a new one tm. thennn after work went to lioney's place.. hung with the "clan", had dinner.. watched 'DOOM' - freaky ass movie. got home.. after 12 (not too hot with the parentals) then today.. went to work.. amazed myself with my crepe making skills. made a couple of real crepes.. haha. then served more ppl. closed store.. came home. got angry at yet another ford falcon aka. perfect-car-for-drivers-with-serious-road-rage-kind-of-car .. thennnn. got home. ate dinner. watched OC & charmed.. talked on phone a bit more. then worked my way here in front of the computer.

fancy dancy stuff ain't it? well.. not really. but still. only 2 more days till the weekend! woohoo. lol. i actually feel like i'm at skl.. dread the week, love the weekend. ugh. gee. i so can't wait for monday. then tuesday (melbourne offers come out) then wednesday (tisc offers appear).. so yeah.. nxt week should be pretty enlightening, in terms of my future anyway. lol. but yeeeahhh.

i gots to go. clean clean clean. even at like 10:38pm! lol. but yes. tata!

wellllll!! things are certainly changing around here. well. for me anyway. only within the past week or so.. everything has changed! first the car.. then the job.. now i just found out earlier today abt this curtin scholarship thing. some lady called home today.. but i was working.. spoke to my mum. offered me a scholarship! but it's weird.. coz i gotta go apply on monday.. lol! but then the closing date was today! the lady - julie.. sed that she'll keep it open for me until monday at 4:40. but yeah! the scholarship is an academic merit one.. it covers all tuition fees, plus $2000 annually for spending money! how awesome is that! haha. but.. i dun even noe if the scholarship is really mine or not.. but yeah. it seems weird. coz ppl are meant to apply for it.. they're not meant to ask ppl to apply right? but yeah. we'll see wat happens! haha. but yeah! if i do get it.. i guess it's God's way of telling me that i'm meant to stay here.. and not go to melbourne. but yeah. all of these good things that's happening now is all because of God. i realize that you know?

but yeah. work has been pretty hrrm. lol. and only 2 days! it's kinda crappy.. coz all i do is clean stuff! lol. i really like the making of crepes and pancakes and stuff.. but like.. i HATE the cleaning. lol! but yeah. those of u who noe me know that cleaning is definately NOT my thing. lol. i've been looking in the newspaper for more jobs.. i think i'm more suited to office jobs. hahah. but we'll see. =))

wowww... so tm! job interview! haha. i'm kinda nervous hey! don't really know wat to expect. but yet.. i'm pretty sure that i'll be alright. i really hope and pray that i get this job hey! really need the mulah! hehe. but yes. oh! and my parents did buy the ford festiva for me. heheh. so now i hae my very own carrrr! =D whoopeeee! haha.
