grrr.. my "no-C's" dream was just shattered.... daaammmnnnn!! stoopid intro calc. i wasn't even far off the cut off either! 1 measly percent!!! not fair. it's just not fair!! hmph.

okok.. so it's not like i was the worst report ever. actually.. it's been my worst ever. coz i've neva actually gotten a C for anything before.. but it's not like i failed it or anything. so i gez i should be thankful for that. but.. i was just really hoping for no C's u noe? 'n it was actually gettable! but.. maybe it just goes to show tt i should've done A LOT more work... i'd better raise it to at least a B by the end of the year tho..

meanwhile, optimisation is actually fun! hehe.. 'n tt new teacher dude is good at explaining stuff.. i still dunno his name tho.. but anywho.. he does the whole "put up ur hand if u get what i'm saying" thing.. 'n then he ses "thank u" after each time.. lol.. he's nice tho.. busted fei, kinny 'n nikki for tokkin in class.. hehehe.. somethin tt mr. trend has NEVER done.. no matter how loud fei toks...hehehe.. onli pplz in my intro class would understand tho.. =p apparently the teach was the principle of Perth Mod yonks ago.. but.. he dun look very much like a principle.. mr trend did say he was aging.. =p but yeahhh.. i look forward to having mr trend bak.. then we can actually eat in class without the threats.. lol..

then there's english lit.. oh goshhh.. how bad is pride 'n prejudice! i just can't seem to sit down 'n read it... 'n since i'm doing an analysis of my chapters, it doesn't realy help tt i don't actually noe wat the whole book is about.. nor the themes.. nor framework.. nor anything else tt i'm supposed to figure out. heck, i din even noe tt mr. 'n mrs. bennet hated each other.. (i needed sam to point tt out to me..) nor did i noe tt bingley had the hots for jane.. lol.. 'n i'm yet to meet wickham in the book! lol. 'n he's one of the main characters too! hahah.. but yeah.. mrs. reece ain't happy.. asks me the same question everyday.. "phoebe, how many chapters did you read last night?" .. hehe.. i think we're all gonna get sick of it.. 'n i think sam will get sick of me askin her stuff.. won't u sam? heh.. but yeaahhh... i gez i'll just hafta TRY to read some more of the book.. =p

soooooo.... another week gone by! gosh this year has gone by soooo fast! and yet another "winter chill" has taken place.. it was soooooo goood!! =D we were waayy more organised this time.. so everything was a lot smoother... =D go the mochacinnis! hehe.. the lychee slushies were good too eh.. hehe.. oh and the ching bo leung.. hahahah.. ;) i think it was a really good turn out, 'n even tho there was a bit of a discouragement from something overall it was fantastic! =) i'm really lookin forward to the next one. =D

ok.. so u probably can tell how happy i am... hehehe.. =D i'm just sooooo glad tt i din get a C for it.. suprizingly.. i was a fair bit above the cut-off.. so tt just makes things even better! =D so.. it looks like i'm not gonna have ANY C's on my report.. all A's 'n B's! yeeeaahhh!!! i'm stoked!! hehehe... naahhh.. it's just a relief u noe? i worked preeety hard this semester.. everyone thought i was pretty much crazy. but.. i just hope i have enuff energy ( not forgettin motivation ) ! to keep on going.. i dunno ey..

just like how i just din feel like studying for history the other night, then i went n sat the test the next dae.. 'n got my lowest score so far.. i'm lucky tt it doesn't count for very much.. it's onli like 5% overall? so it doesn't really make much of a difference... besides.. i got my final mark for history... an A! hehe.. yay! i beat doug! hehehe.. =p ok.. so i've never actually spoken to him b4.. 'n he's not really one of those competitive ppl.. (at least i don't THINK he's one of those competitive ppl).. 'n at least i beat alex.. ain't tt right sam??? hehe.. oh btw.. CONGRATS sam!! fantastic test results... heh. =D *grinz*

then in addition to tt chem 'suprize'... i got my p&l assignment bak.. the one tt i actually started BEFORE the night before it was due.. so.. i put a little bit more effort into it.. 'n u noe wat! i got the highest! calls for another.. wooooohoooo! hehehe.. 87%.. happens to be the same as my exam result.. i was actually hoping to get higher tho.. coz it'd bring my average up a bit.. there's no harm in tt now is there? =p but.. 87 is better than nothing so.. it's all gd.. =)) so atm i'm just absolutely loving p&l 'n history... they're sooo good. =D

are depressed people happier than everyone else once they come out of depression? i dunno y the thought, but it's quite interesting to think abt.. i mean, wouldn't u be better off allowing urself to go into a state of depression for a short period of time, and then coming out like fully happy? i reckon tt'd be good.. rather than just feeling mediocre all the time. hmm. i think things arnd me affect me too much. but.. there's no real way of shutting it all off..

i was thinkin abt legally blonde.. (it was on on sunday nite..) just watchin elle do anything just to get warner back.. 'n then, it turns out she's not the one hu has to chase after him, but vice versa. so it just goes to prove tt often things in the beginning just don't turn out the way u expect them to at the very end. sorta just like how u think one exam went really really well, but.. the results are like completely opposite to wat u initially thought? n then the ones tt u were confident abt turn out to be ur best? weird. but i gez it happens to everyone..

i should go study. can u believe it? week after exams 'n i've alreadi got assignments 'n tests this week! crazy teacher! gives me 2 tests on the same bloomin' day! (for diff subjects of course!) argh. will die on thursday night. gtg. ciao =)
