Hectic Weeks
Yoz everybody, guess some of you are still waiting for the Taiwan trip entry, let me tell you this, ITS NOT FINISH YET! Hahahaz..meanwhile, let me update on some daily lives. Recently, had quite a number of gathering & meetups.
Last last weekend, Friday night, met Xing Yi for a movie. XY, you are god damit slowww~!! Hahaz..we watched My Wife is a Gangster 3 at town. Um..not a bad show, very funny. After the show, this...unlucky dumb girl went to the ATM at Heeren to draw some cash & guess what happened? She pressed for the money, the card came out, but no cash comes out. Hahahaz..never in my life I have seen such incident. Those people before & after her didn't have such problems at all. Unlucky girl..
Saturday, was meeting Ereen, Joey, Yi Fei, Jin Sheng & Zhen Hao early noon for lunch. We were supposed to meet at 1230 hr. In the end, girls are girls...what can we say? Hahaz..so, after all of us arrived, we decided to have NYDC at Wheel Lock Place. Hasn't been to that place for ages...like, why would I go there anyway? There's not much to shop there & I don't like books? That day, I had the...unpronounceable pizza, that is real nice! All of you should try it. Once you try it, you know that, what pizza hut is selling, is not called pizza. We had a nice chat there, did some catching up, gossip about others, etc. Its alway good to have this kinda gatherings. Aww..miss those school times.
Next, after the lunch, Jin Sheng & me took cab, rushed to Marina Square to meet Kiat Tze, Jia Ming, Brandon, Chee Wei, 3rd class Jin Hao for Kiat Tze's farewell movie & dinner. He left last Thursday, for Australia to study University. Same as Darren...envy! Hahaz..so by the time we reached, we were like 10 minutes late for the show already! So sorry dudes..we tried. =) After the show, we went to this Japanese restaurant at the first floor. As we have 7 people, we were given a room. Its like those Japanese restaurant you see in TV, you can knee down & eat! But of course, we sit. Hahaz..the ambient is relatively nice, food I would grade it okok only. Afterall, I don't prefer Japanese cuisine. Follow on, we went to Clarke & had a drink. Thanks to Brandon's good idea, to visit Christine's workplace, I will NEVER GO BACK TO THE ARENA anymore! Its so...lousy! Hope Christine don't see this. Hahaz..The Arena, located in the cannery....the live band is one of the lousiest band I ever seen in whole of my nightlife. The crowds...are all old people. I think I don't need to describe anymore. Thanks Brandon for his generous, wonderfulous recommendation, we bar hopped to the asylum. Had a nice chat there & enjoyed ourselves. Miss those poly days when we were alway goofing around.
After the drinking session, due to Tiny's persuasion, I moved on to Zouk. Tiny, XY & their friends were there. Thought that can chill out awhile with them but XY...heartless, left like 10 minutes after I reached! What a nice friend! Hahaz..ok...you were sick. Forgiven. Probably I was tired, didn't enjoy too much. It was a long day for me. That's all for the last last weekend. Sunday, I only stayed home & accompanied my wives.
So the last weekend, Friday afterwork, I rushed down to Ice Cold Beer, a pub right beside centre point. Had a big gathering with Starhub peeps! Wendy, Emily, Linda, Dan, Jack, Jedd, ZF, uncle Neo, Bryan & QiQi, whoa..hasn't seen them for eons! Sure miss my days there. All of them continued to work hard, some changed jobs, changed department, etc. Seems like all are doing great. Did lots of catching up with them, but well, some of them have to go early, in the end, by 10, we left. Next, ZF & me joined Jedd's band of brothers awhile for some K-session. As usual, I go there to suffer. Hahaahaz..
After the K-session, I took a cab down to..Hong Kong Cafe to meet up with Mei Fang, Xiao Ban & BF, Effendi, Sharon. Had a long chat about some...meat & something..probably should be rated R31. Those people are insane. Hahahaz..details, will not be revealed.
