Were moving!!

Its been decided.. We have been thinking about this decision for quite some time now. Our apartment contract is up at the end of december so we needed to start thinking of our next step. Did we want to stay here or find somewhere else to live? We came to the conclusion that staying here was not the right thing for us. Mark hates his job, our apartment is the worst living experience we have ever had to endure, and we just felt like there was nothing left for us here. So... We are moving to Sacramento on December 20th! Yes it is sudden, but it is going to be such a good thing for us. Mark is going to grad school this august. We are hoping that he will get accepted to one of the three schools he is applying for: SAC state, Fresno and the college in Turlock. All three of these schools are within 45 minutes of eachother give or take. So we figured that if we found a job and a place to live it would be a safe bet no matter what. Now we just need to hope and pray he will get accepted into a masters program. Im sure he will, he is a smarty pants and meets all the requirements. Im not too worried. So, were off! Were going on the next adventure of our life together. It is going to be sad leaving my family and im going to miss them more then I think I realize. But at least i will have my wonderful husband, my beautiful daughter, and my stinky dog toby who I love so much! Wish us luck with the job search/apartment search in Cali!!!

Wow, there is no time to update the blog now that baby brookie is here! She takes up my whole day but there is no other way I would rather spend my time. She is my little buddy. I cant belive she is almost 7 weeks old, she is growing up way too fast! Serving her makes me lover her more. One of the best things is seeing mark with her. He is such an amazing dad and im so lucky to have his help and support. Brooke is starting to look more and more like him everyday! I think its cute. She looks like me in some ways too. She for sure has my curly hair! When it gets wet it is soooo curly. Its super super cute. Toby is finally adjusting to his new sister. It took him awhile and he didnt understand why I wasnt paying very much attention to him.. but now he is getting the hang of being put second. I love my new little family and I love my life!

Baby Brooke

Latest update

Life has been nice and content for the last couple of weeks. Baby brooke is doing great and so is my puppy toby. I went to the doctor today and found out that my due date really isnt till aug 28th.. I wansnt too happy to hear that! I thought i only had a few days left but now I have till next weekend. That is if she decides to come ontime which I have a feeling she wont :) Im just not going to expect anything and be surprised when she does get here. I asked my doctor what they do if she is late, and they said that they wont induce me unless im over a week late. So she will for sure be here by september 4th. I can handle that. Plus... its going to be a good thing that she is not due this weekend because we might possibly be moving this weekend! Here is the story. We have really really bad upstairs neighbors upstairs. The are SO loud, have no respect for us at all, and the main problem is that the smoke every half hour, and the smoke lingers into our apartment so we smell cigarette smoke all day. As you can imagine that will be so awful when Brooke gets here. I dont want her to ever smell cigarette smoke, and it gets really bad in her nursery. This isnt ok. We have tried to have them evicted multiple times but nothing is happening and we are not seeing results. The only option we have left is to move. It sucks I know.. but we want to do what is best for Brooke, and us for that matter! Im really frustrated and tired of the situation. We will find out if they will let us move tomorrow. If they dont let us move I dont know what we are supposed to do. So wish us luck!!!

Week 38

I cant believe baby brooke is almost here. Its the final countdown! Im excited to loose my bump so I can get my butt off the couch and get things done :) She will be such a blessing to have in our lives and we cant wait to see our little princess!

Selling markies car!

The time has come to grow up and get a new car. It was say saying goodbye to "miesha" cause thats the car we cruised around in while we were dating and the car we drove off in the day we got married. We got a crysler 300 to replace the eclipse. It will be nice because it has 4 doors opposed to my car that has 2 and marks that only had 2. We sold her to a very nice family, and a little teenager boy is going to drive it around :-)

~The Fronk Reunion~

This weekend was so much fun seeing marks family and getting to know his extended family better. Grandma Fronk is 98 this year.. crazy! She is still as healthy as a horse but just has a hard time remembering things. She still thought mark and I were dating. The drive there was not so fun.. besides having to pee every 10 minutes we were stuck in car to car traffic for a couple hours up by Roy. My feet swelled up like a balloon and my back felt like it was going to fall off. Ooh the joys of motherhood! It really wasnt as bad as it could have been I guess. Mark was so sweet and patient with me through all my complaining and bathroom breaks. We finally got there on friday night which was supposed to be friday afternoon. We missed boating but thats ok.. I wouldnt have been able to do too much anyway :-) Saturday was full of activities. We took a bunch of family pictures that ended up taking a couple of hours because it was hard getting all of the little kids together. We are the family in the blue shirts, the red and white shirts are marks extended family members and he even had a hard time remembering who they all were. Saturday afternoon all of the girls went out to a luncheon while the boys babysat the kids. When we got back the girls babysat the kids while the boys went shooting. Later that night there was a big presentation by the siblings, a firework show, olympic games, water fights, and a slide show of grandma fronks life. It was hard getting around cause im getting more and more swollen as you can tell from the pictures. All I care about is that baby brooke is healthy! We left on sunday morning after an exhausting weekend full of fun, heat, talking, goofing off and getting to know eachother better. I really missed toby, but luckily he was well taken care of my maddi and robbie. Im way too attached to that dog! He for sure got spoiled when we got home on sunday.

I just love him... he has only been gone for 4 weeks.. it feels a lot longer then that! It has been so fun to read his letters and his emails. My shower was so much fun, my sisters were so sweet to throw it for me. People are so generous and thoughtful it makes me want to be better and nicer! We all ate about 1000 sugar cookies and yummy junk food, but what else are baby showers for?! Now baby Brooke can officially come. Only about 6 weeks left till my little angle gets here. Hope the remaining time goes by fast! I already feel like she is going to break my stomach open. And i think my right ribs are now higher then my left ribs from her lovely little kick boxing sessions. Oh the joys!!!!

My little doggy got operated on this last thursday.. he is SO sad and I want to make things better for him. But oh boy is he spoiled.. he gets a special bacon treat about every 30 minutes just so he will know that I still love him and that hes not being punished.. haha. He has to wear this very stylish cone around his neck for 2 weeks but then he will be as good as new.. and no more trying to get some action from every dog he meets.. even males.

Im so excited for my baby shower tomorrow! My sisters have been so sweet to put it together for me. Ill write all about it after it is over tomorrow!

We found out I was preggers a week before Christmas. What a surprise!! Thats why im standing by a Christmas tree. There is nothing else we could have asked for. We are so excited for baby brooke to get here!
