like mommy

Riley has been noticing my toe nail polish lately. So when I asked if she wanted hers painted like Mommy's she got very excited. The idea was great, the execution not good. A squiggly toddler and a mom with poor polish skills=bad job but its still super cute. Even if she did scruch up her freshly painted, still wet toes on my white bath rug. :)

A few from yesterday

While I love to try to get good shots straight out of the camera, the reality is with my fast moving toddler and novice-but-growing photography skills I often need to use Photoshop to help me out some. I thought you might like to see a recent before and after. (Oh and this one is pretty drastic, they are not all this edited but there was alot going on with this photo.)

Whoa, I totally boycotted both of my blogs for almost two weeks. I got a little burned out trying to do this 365 blog. So from here on out, if I take a pic and edit it, I will post it. If not, then I won't. Sounds simple enough. :)

What a silly dog. As I was editing pics from my desk, I glanced over and saw Scout in a very typical naptime pose. Love it!

I am considering going to only posting once a week. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to pick up the camera as much as I would like and this has become more of a chore than a joy. I have also neglected our family blog and that makes me sad because that blog is how I document the fun happenings of our life. We'll see.

Day 56: This was a last minute pic taken as Clay and I rushed out the door headed to Rodeo Cook Off. One of my favorite things about Houston is Rodeo time! Eek. excuse the weird skin color. not sure what happened there or how to fix it. :)
