Well I am finally going to post again. It has been a crazy month and a half or so. Life with Tereck living 4 hours away is a little more stressful and a lot more busy. Here are a few pics from our Thanksgiving weekend. We went up to the ranch the day before Thanksgiving and the kids were having fun with Grandpa cllimbing around and going for rides on the motorbike. The Saturday after Thanksgiving my entire family was able to get together which is pretty rare. We took the kids to a movie and then went to Ogden to check out the little houses that are all lit up in downtown Ogden. The kids had a blast, well except Kamrie. She had just woken up from a little nap and was not impressed by anything. The rest of the grandkids danced and sang and just loved being together. There is 15 grandkids and the oldest just barely turned 10. It is chaos with us all together but wonderful chaos. We decided to go caroling to my Grandma Donna's later that night. She was so excited and the kids loved seeing her too. Here is a song that they sang to her. I hope to be able to blog Christmas before Valentines day but who knows with my crazy crazy life. I just have to keep reminding myself that someday it will get better and hopefully at least a little bit easier.

HALLOWEEN PICTURES

We had a fun time on Halloween. My mom was in town and the kids loved having Grandma around for trick or treating. Here are a few pictures of our night out. Kamrie was a little Tinker Bell, Lexi was Miley Cyrus and Ryker a horse of course. The darling little Cowboy is our neighbor Tristan. We had to get a picture of them together. Ryker was so funny in his costume because every time he crawled he really looked like a horse. It was soooooo cute.

SAYING GOODBYE TO SOME GREAT FRIENDS

Good luck Mike and Amy on your new adventure to Tennessee. It has been really fun getting to know you the last couple years and we have enjoyed all of the fun times. Kamrie doesn't quite understand that you are far far away now. I wish it was easier to explain that sort of thing to kids.

MOVING TO WYOMING

Well I never thought I would be saying this, but we are moving to Wyoming. Tereck's job finally came to an end after George's death. We are really sad to be leaving Idaho but are excited for a new fresh start you could say. It's been really hard to see the company start to fall apart after Tereck worked so hard for 8 years to build it up. It's amazing how life can change in just 3 short months. Tereck was able to get on with Elkhorn Construction after being unemployed for only 4 days. You can definitly tell the lord had a hand in this (or the inlaws Tereck just said). Either way we are grateful and excited for the new change. I can't even begin to say how much I am going to miss Idaho and especially all of our great friends and family. We have the best friends any one could ask for and that is going to be really hard. It will be really weird to not be close to all of Tereck's family also. As far as in-laws go. I got the luck of the draw on that one. I guess it will give them a reason to get out of Idaho every once in a while to come and visit. I will be staying here until our house sells, which in this market could be a week or a year. Who knows. Tereck will just stay with my parents & come home on the weekends for now. I guess I will get to see how life is like for Malisa and Chelsea for a while. Not looking forward to that part at all. I guess I will just have to buck up and get ready for an adventure. Change is definitly something I don't like and I am not good at but oh well. Ready or not it here it comes. Thanks to all of our family and friends for their support the last few months. You will never know how much it has meant to us.

Oh Kamrie --- You are one of a kind

My little Kamrie had a play date the other day and they made quite a little mess in the play room. I went downstairs after her friend had left and Kam was still in the middle of the mess playing. I looked at the room and said, "What happened in here?" Without any hesitation she pipes up, "It wasn't me!" Priceless. Then a few hours later she was dancing in the living room while I was reading with Alexis in my bedroom. All of a sudden I hear screaming and Tereck yells to come here quick. She had twirled and got dizzy and fell onto the edge of the coffee table. Pour little girl. There wasn't any way to stitch it so she is gonna have a hole in her noggin for a while. Just another little side note, since that day she has told me, "It wasn't me" about 100 times. Plus she said Damnit for the first time yesterday. Tereck was in big trouble for that one, even though it does sound kind of cute in her little girlie voice. Man you really have to watch what you say.

RYKER'S CRAZY LITTLE CRAWL

My sweet boy can crawl normal on the carpet but the hardwood floor and the tile in our bathrooms hurt his little knees. This is new way of dealing with that problem. He is so dang funny I can't believe how fast he is changing. He has been crawling, pulling himself up and sitting all by himself for a couple weeks now. I have a feeling he will be walking early just like my other two did. Notice at the end of the video his little head shake. Tereck is always shaking his head at him and now he does it too. It is hilarious!

ROCKS FOR SALE

We went up to Evanston last weekend to help my brother Nate work on his driveway. On Saturday my brother Darren and his family came up to play also. The kids decided early in the afternoon to set up this little Rock stand. After a while without much business (probably because they live in a little subdivision out in the country) they decided to sell fruit punch also. The sign that my nephew Clay made was priceless. Kids, they crack me up!!! We put Ryker in the little Track-Hoe with Tereck. It was his first time ever in the equipment with daddy. He wasn't to sure about it at first but once he realized there was stuff to play with he was a happy happy boy.
WHAT A CUTE PICTURE OF RYKER!!!

IT'S FINALLY BEGUN!!!!!

Tereck just told me that I couldn't put this on the blog so of course that means that I have to! I know I know I am a brat. Lexi came up the stairs yesterday with Ryker in a hula skirt. Oh dear, my poor boy. I'm sure it won't be the last time. I just can't wait for him to be walking around in their little dress-up shoes, affectionately called by my hubby, "My little hooker shoes." Anyways, the day he comes walking in the room in those I will be taking pictures of Tereck not the baby. Just so I can capture the look on his face. The joys of having big sisters. Sorry the pics a little blury, they all turned out that way because I couldn't get them to hold still. Oh well!

MY TWO FAVORITE BOYS

I can't believe that it's already been almost 8 months ago since my little boy arrived. I loved this picture of my two favorite boys. I think Ryker is looking more like his daddy all the time & I am so glad.

The Sleep Mask

This is a cute and funny story. My Lex was at the mall a couple months ago with my mom and dad and they went into Clair's and saw these sleep masks. She had done nothing but talk about getting one since that day, so finally I gave in. These pictures are from the first night she wore it. I walked into her room and told Tereck he had to come and check it out. He ran and found the camera. Unfortunately the sleep mask only got used 3 times. In those 3 nights 2 of them ended up with nightmares and a scared little girl in bed with mom and dad. She decided after the 2nd nightmare that she thinks that it is the sleep mask causing them.

A couple weeks ago we finally got to take our little family get away for the summer. It kind of got put on hold after George died but we were finally able to sneak away over Labor Day weekend. We went with some of our friends and their kids to the Hogle Zoo and Lagoon. We had such a fun time even though we got rained on at Lagoon. It was really nice to finally get out of town and leave all the stress in Idaho for a weekend. I don't have any pics of Lagoon unfortunatly, my camera batteries died the first night down there and my boss forgot to give me the charger he had borrowed a month ago back. I will forgive ya for that one some day Scott. JK But here is at least a couple pics from the motel and the Zoo. Thanks for the fun weekend Tereck! You are the best dad and husband ever and we appreciate you more than you will ever know.

Lexi and the big gorilla!

Kamrie of course saying cheese while looking away from the camera!

The kids at the motel bringing the luggage up to our rooms. We looked like quite the crew. It was pretty funny!

Cute outfit I got for our little guy while we were shopping at the Gateway. I sure do wish we had a Gymboree in Idaho falls. Actually....It's probably a good thing we don't. I like that place way to much!

This is a little late getting posted but it is Lexi's first day of 2nd grade. Notice Kamrie in the background in her lovely panties. It was a rough morning getting up early for all of us and she wasn't quite dressed yet. The entire day she kept asking when Lexi was coming home and crying saying, "I just want my sister!" They have really become good little buddies which makes me so happy. I was really worried that because they are over 4 years apart that they wouldn't be as close as my sister and I were. But luckily so far they are really content to play with each other and have loads of fun singing and dancing in the basement every day. Alexis just decided that she is a rock star lately. I sit up stairs and listen to her singing her little heart out to Radio Disney songs on her Karaoke machine. The other night at the end of one of the songs I heard her say, "Thank you, thank you very much. You have been a wonderful audience." Tereck and I just busted up laughing. She is quite the little performer. We started another fun year of dance yesterday. I'm a terrible mother! I thought I could get her off the bus, dressed, go pick up her friend Austyn and be across town in 30 minutes. Well let's say that they were about 10 minutes late for their first day, she couldn't find her ballet shoes, and I forgot to pull her hair back!!! Sooo we will try harder on Thursday. She is on the competition team again and is doing 2 hours worth on Tuesday and Thursday. Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Gymnastics. Last year we didn't do the jazz but this year she really wanted to do it again. Luckily I have a car pool thing going so I just have to drop the kids off and then we can head home! She is really good at dance and it already her passion. I decided to wait another year to put Kamrie in. I started Lex when she was 5 and I think that was plenty early enough. Plus, her dance would have been on Wednesday's and I didn't think I could handle going clear across town 3 times week. The studio isn't exactly close to us but it is one of my friends places and they are really good. Oh well, the things we do for our kiddos. Well I've rambled on enough for one morning. Life is good and crazy just the way we like it here!

I had these pictures taken a while back so I figured someone may as well enjoy seeing them besides my computer's memory. They all turned out so good and I really need to do it again soon. Ryker has changed a lot since May.

About a month ago we lost a dear friend and my husbands boss in a helicopter crash near Price Utah. It has kind of turned our world upside down and all around. We are still trying to figure out where our future may end up. We were so blessed to have had almost 8 years with him. He was never just a boss to Tereck but more like an older brother. Just shy of his 41st birthday George was taken from us. I think that it really hasn't sunk into my sweet husband yet. Work has been really uncertain and busy to say the least. He had to lay off his guys and now he is in the field on his own. The stress has been unbelievable for him and I wish there was more I could do. We have had kind of a crazy month or so but we were able to fit a little time in for a couple afternoon trips to a water park in Pocatello. It is really true that you can find joy in just being with your children. It has really put into perspective what is important in this life. George was one of the best examples of that because he loved his children more than anything in this life They were the center of his world and I hope that my children will always know that they are the center of mine and Terecks. This is one of my favorite pictures of George with his wife Wendy and his kids Stafford and Mariah and a few pics of our water fun.
