interesting fact about fred for today : I like to eat warm fluffy, perfectly cooked plain rice, straight out of the rice cooker in its raw element. it reminds me of all the people who work so hard to just for you to have a bowl of rice, a simple yet complicated process that passes through farmer, to distributor to consumer. the time it takes to nurture it, to water it (rice requires a lot of water) and in a year approximately 3 cycles from seed to harvest can be achieved, that is taking into consideration that the weather is perfect. think changmai or hoi an... oh and make sure you're eating a bowl of warm fluffy rice. yep you'll get my point. :)
