Status Quo.

It's something I say when someone asks me the typical question when one has just graduated - or in my case graduated for some time. I say it because its the least amount of words I need to muster to tell you how disappointed I am. So please don't judge me because I am already quite miserable about it. I am trying to strike a balance between applying for things I like and simply applying for everything. I refuse to settle for something I know I am not going to enjoy or something I know I don't want my career to be. Maybe I'm being a stubborn Gen Y who thinks too highly of herself but it's unfair for me to settle on my dreams. I've definitely made mistakes. I'm definitely not the most able person around but I'm determined to make something out of myself so please, all I need is some support and it can come by just NOT asking me. and Not asking me what I've been doing with my time. Instead, offer me something. Suggest something for me. I am looking for something. anything. to make this life a little more worthwhile.

At age 6, my teacher wrote, an unassuming girl on my report card. I can't help but feel that 17 years on, I'm still being judged that way.

Which reminds me of the Flight of the Bumblebee... Found a video on youtube that made me quite scared watching it being played...i dont know if its because of the picture quality that the fingers actually look like bumbleebees flying ard.. or gives me an image at least! I do find this version a little more interesting than Maksim's original tho..

i cant believe real madrid has that much cash to splurgee! As always, I love showing off La Ciudad de las Artes y Las Ciencias to first time visitors when the sun sets.. and say WEEEE i love it when the skies go pink! & Siti had to spoil it by telling me its because of pollution... damn.. i knew my physics teacher said something about refraction, but it didnt occur to me from what... so i googled:

The color of the sky is determined by witch colors of light from the sun get scattered around the atmosphere(the air around the earth). When red light is scattered the sky looks red. When you look at the sky your eyes are sensing the light that is being scattered around the atmosphere. Blue light is normally scattered by the gases oxygen and nitrogen witch make up most of the atmosphere while red, yellow, and other mixtures of light like pink pases right through. However unlike the gases such as nitrogen and oxygen that do not scatter red and pink light, other particles such as water, pollution, and dust can and do scatter red and pink light making the sky look different shades of red or pink. So when the sun light has to pass though lots of pollution, dust, or water particles red and pink light can get scattered along with the blue making the sky look red or pink. This often happens when it is very polluted, when there is lots of water or dust in the air, or during the morning or dusk when sunlight passes though more of the atmosphere to reach us giving it more opportunities to scatter off of stuff in the air.
