was waiting for football match to start.. so watched mtv with jordin sparks MV coming on.. I totally did not change the channel because the guy model was DAMN HOT! in my own version of hotness of cos so i just HAD to find him online.. n showed my sis. where she proceeded to spoil it for me by saying he looks yindian. he looks like he cud be a rafael tho :D it doesnt help tt the girl dominates 90% of the video cos duh its hers. n she isnt exactly the prettiest girl ard.. and the guy acts all stalkerish n weird in the video but he's still pretty hot and has tt nice lean body i like in my boys.. :P ooh if spain is filled with boys like these, i think i wud feel lke i died n gone to heaven haha

what are the odds?

Finally got around to applying for my student visa. Not without a few runabouts in the city trying to secure documents though. The Spanish embassy is really quite pretty. Especially when the last time I made my visa was at a VERY rundown Egyptian embassy. This time, it had the grandeur of royalty with its wood furnishings, gold cursive carvings and motherass huge spanish and EU flag. Suddenly, it all felt very overwhelming. ayyy the thought of any snoooty person behind the counter felt very scary indeed. But the dude was as jings said, laidback and (reminds me greatly of iylia farber) turns out, as he was looking thru my documents.. he exclaimed (ok fine to the extent tt boys exclaim) tt he graduated from the same uni i was heading for! apparently its a big campus (as i can tell from the map they gave us) and has nice weather for the beach from May onwards. I CANT WAIT! i hope the immigration people will HURRY UP and process the visa though.. I'll die if they really do take more than a month.

EXHILIRATING!

This is probably the most tiring weekend I've had in my entire life. Cousin's wedding means helping out at the house and ogling at adorable babies. This time it also included bringing ard our KL cousins to Orchard to see the Xmas lights. The human traffic was amazing. Thank god one of out cousins works in Coffee Bean so we got free drinks before heading back to the main pack. All our aunties n uncles were still packing and sewing when we got back haha. Our cousin the groom even 'scolded' us for not bringing him along to orchard wth! haha.

and omg the titanic clash just ended and im still trying to calm all that adrenaline pumping! I had to clsoe my eyes and ears in the last 15mins of the match!!! Scrambling to ensure victory! well funny enough I was closing my eyes n ears also during the entire man u liverpool match - tt is sleeping from the tiring day before tt. Watching the Arsenal match at times was like watching a schoolboys team so wrapped up in passion and showing tt their better than the other team. But when the team connected, it was COMPLETELY beautiful .The most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. You can see that Fabregas, Flamini, hleb, rosicky are best friends and add persie in the mix and ure in footballing heaven. Not to forget gallas sagna n toure.. the bedrock of defence. n almunia who made sure lehmann was never going to see a place in the starting lineup

but as always, arsenals win was more of a gratefulness - a thankgod we won! rather than YES! it was so obvious we would win. And these vulnerable moments can get soooo painful n heart attack inducing.. Score more boys dammit!!

oh darn you emily haha I've caught the Gossip Girl bug. I want a trust fund where i can conquer europe by storm and do it the proper way (ie the posh way) as Emily (no not emily tan) Gilmore would put it. ahhh yes the tvaddict is back in town. is it wrong to think that Rufus is the cutest guy on the show? and that the parents plot is the most interesting of them all? Is it just me or does serena's mom Lily look alot like Kristen, Seth's mom in the OC? and that the choice of music is no indie oc/greys-typed line. in fact its more of a pop-ish mainstream which I still admit I like. oh emily. we need a TV addict Anonymous n myuk & gill, we need our 'oc' sleepover. Rotting feels so good

Yay Day!

FINALLY caught HERO with emily today! I must say, that must have been our most succesful movie date EVER. I don't know why, but always turns out funny whenever the both of us watch a movie together.. It all started in J1 when we skipped orientation and the only movie showing was Orchids. this most retarded show on earth that I STILL don't understand. Was completely NOT entertained. Then there was the 2nd instalment of Zorro at Jurong Point where for some WEIRD reason, the fire alarm went off and told the people to get out of the movie theatre.. apparently, it was just OUR theatre so they gave us back our money.. gawd! tt was the worst.. then there was the wedding date.. which was like probably 80mins long? it was such a hopeless romantic show but even then it felt like quite a bad show but I was simply there for dermot mulroney. Today wasn't without its flaws. The theatre was awfully stinky. smelt like feet. whats wrong with PS!? we were sitting next to an angmoh dude n he was like.. yea it's f*king stinky.. n then he apologized for cursing hahaha... but overall after inhaling my lip balm and stuffing my face in popcorn, I enjoyed myself. Like really really thoroughly enjoyed the show. I didn't expect I would. But I thought the whole thing was very well written and directed. well except for the ending. and there were all the classic jokes which we loved so much about the show. and it was the first show that I actually watched ALL the trailers in Chinese hahaha..

On top of the movie, my exchange plans are going well. The sch now has approved my econs module so I can now spread out my courses for my remaining terms! YAY! And UPV has confirmed my courses so they can FINALLY send me my acceptance letter to go make my visa!

To round up the day, had a really fun time with the guys n ouyang at holland V. And a mark of adulthood is when people start going home with friends taking turns to carpool :D yay! I hope this good day is not the calm before a storm (ie before i get my awful results!) Pray for me!

So this is where we are...

Just came back from softball camp which was practically a chalet in sch. so many other clubs were also having some kinda camp but we can probably say we had the most fun :) all about the company, the movies, the games and basically chilling out as the name of the camp suggests.

Was talking to bernice and how we can't imagine life w/o this club. Who else would we slack and whine together with? Yet have the love for the same game and for other sports. Everytime I see the club come together and bond, I beam in pride because we worked hard for this to happen. For this set of people to come together. And remember how other pple scoffed at us when we just started. We have come THIS far and I really do hope it only continues to grow. I couldnt help but laugh because I would have ended up in a room somewhere next door to where we had slept had this club not been up. and its validation. i hope we stay close and have MORE fun! like...
