who knew

first of all.. who knew that my stray cat is toilet trained. and when i mean toilet trained i dont mean knows how to go to the toilet to use the kitty litter.. which btw i dont use kitty litter cos its damn smelly.. tts why i preferr stray cats who shit outside haha but one day the cat walked into the toilet and i thot wanted to drink water as usual. walked over to see what was up n lo n behold.. its ass was over the hole and gave me that blinkblink expression cats give when they are in the middle of sth ahha. i COULDNT believe my eyes but the next thing i knew it she moved away so perhaps i thot she wasnt toilet trained but she started to paw the ground the same way a cat would try to cover its shit with soil. oh my cat is so smart! :D getting fatter by the minute too.. thank goodness black is a slimming color haha

next.. who knew there are some of my relatives who think im lean muscular.. and its unfair to have a sister who is so skinny tt i seem like the round and grreedy one BOO

who knew we cud cover 8 houses in 1 day.. it got pretty fun towards the end catching up with gossip and whatnots haha but the thought of continuing on the journey to the west is simply exhausting.. omg and tts ONLY my dads side.. ohhhh theh complicatedness of our family tree. After years of editing and uploading, its still lacking and MAJORLY long.. madness. at least now i know i have relatively good looking relatives :P even the right kind of geek cute tt i adore in a 2nd cousin ahahha..

OH YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! i saw the poster for this movie as i was going home from skl at Dhoby Ghaut MRT.. took a double look wondering why the hell is the j-drama tt i watched (only earlier this year) has a poster up now.. turns out there is going to be a movieeee!! with the same castt! whipeee!!! yay to takuya kimura! haha yay to the other actors who i really like too! oh crap im such a drama addict! but still.. INK the date emily! its 22nd November 2007.. ooh perfect! 1 week before finals start.. WE MUST WATCH! hahaha

its only been the past few weeks that has got me thinking of who i am as a cultural mix. Sure I say I'm half and half. but what does it mean to be a half? When i say it, pple seem to say 'oh no wonder!' as if it explains my love for jap/korean dramas and listening to jay chou lol. I guess I've always felt purely malay but even then.. perhaps not entirely. like how certain guys say they prefer chinese girls because malay girls are of a certain sort.. arent i an exception!? yknow how we've learnt from mpw tt we tend to lump pple into certain groups for the sake of familiarity? what do pple lump me as? what does it mean to be of my heritage? of cos there are actually quite alot of us out there. considering the time when we played mahjong at mld chalet, we realised there was more chinese blood flowing thru all of us than there was malay lol. but yea.. just contemplated the thought of hey i could be different if i actually knew what it felt like to be a real chinese.

just read most of the articles for fiim project..thank god im only compiling the numbers portion. reading one paragraph of the wordy/crisis sections put me to sleep. nevertheless all the economist articles make for fun reading! which is odd considering all the times ive attempted to read them has led to me simply looking at headlines after headlines.. mebbe its cos the small print turns me off haha.. i DONT do wordsss... but numbers can annoy too like how the stupid numbers have escalated by 1.3 TRILLION in 1.5yrs NUTS! tts about .1 trillion per mth! how is tt even possible!?

oh yes and it is only 12noon on the sunday of the midterm break. ive managed a very successful morning of baking cookies and compiling fiim! since ive been awake from hmm 530am, i blahdy need a nap NOWW

Ive been dying for week 8 to come.. and its finally here! But, it seems that it will be rather packed considering the crazy ass skl work i have to do on top of making kueh and cleaning the house and the softball clinic.. rar.. this was supposed to be a time to kick back and watch endless amounts of dramaa... but doesnt seem so. boo

oh right then theres tuition.. whipee the last timeee for the yr.. altho tt means no more income at least i get my nights. was chit chatting with my tuteee abt his 'gf' which reminded me that we're past that stage of does he or doesnt he like me? the innocent naive times haha not to say i had too much of such an experience but yea..
