ma noz iz shutffy..
ahh.. bloody hell.. every time i get too comfortable and eat nonsense, i get a sore throat which infects my nose which screws up my whole nose n throat.. n my sleeping times are all screwed up.. a few days ago i cudnt sleep till it was 3+am n now im getting sleepy but i dont think i can sleep.. n i wake up at *censored* hours.. haha.. its too embarrassing to be stated.. :P
anywayz.. i FINALLY yes sadly finally tried out the car.. drove back from woodlands at midnight.. i suck!! my dad told my sis im too slow.. and of coz she laughed at me cos her problem is tt she drives too fast! n im the only idiot who sits really close to the steering wheel.. :( i dont want to look like those stereotypical women drivers!! :( i wanna look cool! hehe.. at least i got my license at exactly 19yrs 18 days! :D 2 days earlier than my sis haha.. with under 30 lessons! forgive me.. i find it pleasing to brag.. :P arkks.. im not used to auto car! i hate the slow speed controL! blah
any o hows.. i finally tested out my laptops centrino.. had dinner at the airport so tested out the wireless connection.. it works haha.. n shocked my sis tt a certain someone is now with SIA.. wooh.. hmm if my sis works with SIA, can i get a discounted price for tickets too?? ay... im dying to fly emirates tho.. my mom says we shud not go for short trips and save up for a nice long trip to europe.. yipeee! i wasnt such a big fan of short trips anyway.. n msia is not gonna be divide by 2 anymore haha
n im saddd... no one ever updates me on gossip!!! :( ok fine mebbe cos im such an anti-socialite and a huge gossipmonger when i actually hear the gossip haha

yesterday watched Valentin on Hallmark.. the most adorable bespectacled 8 yr old spanish boy ever.. haha..

Dear friends...
please let me reiterate that No pork no lard does NOT equal to halal.. (but its ok hon cos sya n i cant make it)
im not saying you are ignorant but its just frustrating to have to limit people's eating choices.. and thats singapores bloody fault for not making everything just plain halal! u ARE after all trying to pursue the Arab riches!
and to those who do not understand our plight.. you should go to the MUIS list of halal restaurants/eateries in singapore and see the pathetic choices we have that isnt hawker centres.. and even in a hawker centre ud expect there to be at least one halal stall.. but oh no no no.. apparently the one in Suntec doesnt.. and THAT place is HUGE..
so sue me if u think im whiny.. its not like YOU have to live with it..
and i find it very sad when i hear someone say that they have to adapt to smu's culture cos they are ENGLISH-speaking.. my god.. what country do u live in.. seriously.. i beg u ceenas to have some courtesy and speak in a language everyone understands..

i passed!!!!
whipee! i never have to go to the driving centre ever again!! woohoo! only had 8 demerit points.. shud have been 2.. but ironically this person who is scared of speeding was going too fast for the road with strips.. and tt is 6 pts.. gah.. whatever.. i passed! ironically i still have to use public transport.. :( why cant a car in singapore be cheap!?! bah..

hmm.. why does everyone else's posts seem very happy or very angry? well i guess tts what instigates the post haha.. not like me.. outta boredom..
bah.. everyone has gone for some sort of orientation.. n yet again.. imthe loser who doesnt have an og.. heh.. dont get me wrong.. im RELIEVED that i dont have to endure horrific stuff but the down side is.. i dont have an og.. AGAIN!.. and tt kinda sucked in rj.. :( how pple had og outings.. and knew more pple.. but i dont.. well at least i had one other entire class from a diff skl tt i would have probably not known in my life.. well.. contemplating a malay camp.. but i dunno if im melayu enough haha.. nvm.. n hopefully a realy nice slack accountancy camp with cute guys in sentosa.. :)
i do however collected my laptop.. being the true girl i am. the first description ill state is tt its really pretty haha.. a fujitsu lifebook.. a much better option in comparison to yucky ibm haha.. n besides.. its mostly free.. *yay* but i have no wireless connection at home so i cant access the bloody internet.. grr.. so its just sitting pretty in my room while my sis n i test out the pen function.. heh..
ahhh.. i dont like singapore.. -pouts- i dont like silly young pple who refuse to give up seats to old pple.. i dont like stupid singaporeans who simply HAVE to rush to get a seat in the train.. i dont like us being so narrow minded and contented with our ridiculously efficient system.. i dont like the government manipulating us.. i dont like flags on flats tt are not willingly put up by the residents themselves.. its fake loyalty!..
i just feel i could be so much more.. back home, i become so tired all the time.. i want to do things.. but i dont know where to begin.. all i want is to go back on my holiday.. im determined more than ever to save up money to trek ard europe.. my sis is planning a trip after her uni.. i want to do the same... anyone game??

im baccckk.. with no weird european symbols all over the place..
Turkey was fabulous.. but i do find it awfully eery how disasters keep occurring very near to where i go for holiday.. I reached Istanbul and I heard abt the London bomb blasts, I reached Singapore and i hear abt a bomb blast at Kusadasi (where i was a couple of days ago) and previously the tsunami hit when i was going to jakarta.. i hope these arent signs for mee..
welll even tho the bus 10+hr bus journeys and 13+hr plane ride took forever, i had such a great time!! felt so happy and silly and childish haha.. gosh im so glad to have been travelling with my sis other than just my parents.. together, we were practically talking to everyone ard who was friendly enough to talk to us.. and i thot that was what made the trip incredibly memorable.. however, when u have a pretty sister, alot of pple start to hit on her haha.. including the weirdos eek.. still, businessmen in general hit on anything tt moves.. seriously.. they guess which country ure from and its terribly funny when they go wayyyy off.. like kazakstan!!?!?/ and worst, islamabad!!!! like whattt??? hahhaa
still.. there are abt 3 most memorable of them all! ozgur our incredibly cute guide in ephesus, with eyes you could drown in..(who is only 24yrs old!) where my sis n him took to the catwalk for some leather jacket show haha.. ill upload the pics later.. he's simply the greatest.. we were ALL incredibly sad tt he didnt take us again the nextday.. oh and when i mean we.. i mean my family and this spanish couple who are just the funniest people alive! my mom has officially called them my spanish aunt/uncle for later on when i hopefully get to study abroad.. :) it all probably started out with the spanish lady getting lost in the middle of the tour and ozgur pretended to be really angry with them haha and kept teasing them afterwards.. ah they are so wonderfUL.. love them to bits..
then theres huseyin in kappadokya.. he is a complete darling and the best thing in my opinion in tt state.. haha.. being the loser i am, i dont own sunglasses and the state is REALLY HOT & DUSTY since its summer and when we go off hiking across such horrible terrain.. i got so incredibly pissed off.. that nothing could stop me from sulking.. until we got to the hotel for lunch where they have really nice cooling cave hotels and he served us lunch.. he's only 20! he's really thin and perhaps just abt my height but he's just so sweettt, u cud melt when u see him smile!
n the hotel in istanbul was perfect! there was hot water.. good comfy bed.. aircon! and lovely staff! muhmmad this adorable 18 yr old boy fixed us breakfast everyday.. erdal this 20 yr old carried our bags with like minimal effort! n on the last day, waiting to leave for the airport, one of the waiters from the restaurant opp the hotel decided to teach us backgammon! very fun!
ahh.. and when i reached turkey and our van started to drive over those uneven 'brick' roads, i felt so happy! because the place was a charming as i'd imagined it to be.. and i probably want to trek ard europe again! i need to start collecting money!

Dıd you know that there are dıfferences ın European keyboards?? for 2 days ıve been tryıng to fıgure why ı cant access my yahoo account and ıts all because of thıs darn letter ı... theres ı and then theres i.. u sımply cant tell on the keyboard.. and where there ıs supposed to be the fullstop ı hıt thıs symbol ç ... hehe
FYI am stıll ın Turkey.. the hotel gıves 30mın free ınternet access per day.. spent a day shoppıng where ı bought nothıng.. hıked up a hıll that ıs probably steeper and hıgher than bukıt tımah to get to the shoppıng area heh.. there ıs absolutely no englısh tv channels here.. so we lısten abt the bomb blasts ın turkısh.. our tour guıde told us they blamed al qaeda.. ısnt ıt amazıng how they can just pın thıs on them... spaz

the girls had a game today.. and thats our tiny catcher who got commended for playing we by the other coach! hahah.. shes probably responsible for half the the outs they got today!

i finally stopped being crabby and im actually feeling rather happy altho im spending my bday alone.. watched batman begins in the morning, just watched american pie 2.. and theres meet the fockers lined up for later.. i feel so sick full right now bleh.. kfc chicken tastes horrible btw..
very pointless entry other than the fact to say.. im 19! n content.. n leaving for holidays in 2 days! n to those who actually remembered my birthday w/o any prompts i love you guys! and im really happy to have frens like u!

just opened 11 durians on the porch.. feels like kampung haha.. but durians bring back memories of my grandma.. how she'd always come out of her room trying to get her fair share of durians haha.. i miss nenek.. i hope i never forget how she was like and how she sounds and smells.. and how she always remembered this one actor for a particular role he played.. n they just recently played the show on tv.. no regrets..
there were fireworks in a distance cos sembawang beach is nearby and there are possibly american ships docked celebrating independence day.. MY independence day no less haha..
on the other hand.. read neil humphreys article today briefly.. came to a conclusion tt singaporeans take him too literally n seriously.. he's a writer of nonsense for goodness sakes.. amusing nonsense no less.. heh.. i remembered sniggering at one of the articles where he wrote star trek was the first series to allow inter-racial kissing.. its so wth..its more of inter-species kissing...

yes.. peterpan-itis seems to be widespread
ooh.. had medical checkup the day before.. and im proud to say tt 6 mths of bumming has helped me grown taller by 1cm and lost 1kg hahaha.. so gleefully ridiculous!
ive been thinking abt how i completely adore pple who loves everyone.. n want to try to be more like them.. but you know what.. its hard not to hate people haha.. :P so, if u get me pissed.. SCREW YOU! n ill work on liking u later on.. :) or not..
