We took our favorite December trip to Prescott this year.  some years Joe is super tired from working so much so we skip out but his mom invited us all and even got us a hotel room so we didn't feel rushed all day.  It was super fun as always.  We started out looking at the gingerbread houses.

then the kids favorite decorating gingerbread men and women,

joe said the cookies were the best they have ever been!

I even talked my new awesome sister in law Hailey into drawing a frosting mustache on Kevin.  It started to drip but still so fun!

Reagans had so many sprinkles she couldn't hold it up and down for the picture!

Then we were first in line to get a picture with this crazy Santa that looked off to the side and pointed in every picture.  I saw him do it with the other kids too.

the whole group!  Lexi and loni and their families backed out the day before... their loss we had a blast!

We went to get us a good spot then went to Bill's to get some awesome pizza!

After the parade we checked into the hotel and the kids did a little swimming!  Reagan has been begging to swim she just doesn't understand you can't swim year round!  

Then we headed to our favorite part the walk thru Bethlehem   

while waiting Tyler got picked to play a minute to win it game!

then we headed to dinner at Red Robin.  YUM!  I know the picture is blurry but it is the only one I took!  After dinner we drove threw a light show then headed back to the hotel  we didn't get back until 10 and I think I was way more tired then the kids.  Joe and the kids watched ELF while I fell asleep in seconds.

Joe bought snow in a can for the kids.  We decided to make a little snowman.  Then we had a tiny snow ball fight with the kids in the driveway.

Thanksgiving fun!

Thanksgiving morning Joe smoked the turkey and while it was cooking he relaxed with the kids and watched Brave.

then that afternoon we headed to His parents house for dinner!  The whole family was there.  Leanna rented a bounce house so while we got dinner ready the kids enjoyed some time in the back yard.  Sylus and his cute puppy!

After dinner we had a little carnival in the back yard!

Reagan didn't want to set down her apple to play the other games!

Then we all relaxed and watch the Higbee kids do a dance for us!

That night my friend Jana and I went out for some fun black Friday shopping!

My little Indian!

I love kindergarten and the fun things they do!  Reagan has a wonderful teacher and I am so thankful for her.  I am also so thankful for my little Indian Reagan!

Tyler had a field trip to the riparian in Gilbert.  Here is my group the purple group.

 They dug for artifacts.

 they were able to hold dinosaur bones and fossilized dino poop!

Tyler even sat next to me and ate lunch with me!

After lunch we went for a VERY LONG walk.  And I know it is November but here in AZ it is still in the 80's so when we weren't in the shade it was a bit warm.   They saw lots of animals including a bird that swooped down and grabbed a fish out of the water then ate it and they were more excited with these silly ducks!

 It was a fun day with the Tyler and his friends!  I am so grateful I am able to be a stay at home mom and have such great times with my kids.

We went to the mall after dinner on a Saturday night and the kids really wanted to ride these.  amazingly they didn't fight over the animals and just picked one.  We had a lot of fun I am just not sure the walking shoppers had as much fun with my crazy kids riding around.

my ripstick boy~

Tyler got this ripstick for Christmas last year. about a month ago the neighbor got one so he decided to find it and the two of them practiced everyday and now they are really good.  they have been trying new tricks too!  They took a video of them doing some tricks but I will spare you (the filming isn't so great.)
