wow..finally in army..after months of waiting..hahaa..army is really fun..it feels real good to be doing drills again..but i've come to realise that i can't really do much drills anymore..my knee swells horribly if i stand too long..crap..but army is really fun..the sargeants are really fun..there's platoon sargeant soumya (sumo), sargeant alvin, sargeant pong, and sargeant ho.. platoon sargeant sumo is really funny..charismatic and funny..i should strive to be like him..sargeant alvin and sargeant pong almost the same..both slack and really cares for us recruits..and they are really funny also..sargeant pong always goes..'don't be kok..understand'..haha..and theres sargeant ho..the way he says things are like really stone but just as funny..but he's like trying too hard to be sarcastic..his popular phrases are 'if there's a competition for slowest (rifle assembling), you'll win it' and 'the last time i (assembled my rifle) was 3 million years ago' and one more..'3000 years ago you would have been stoned to death already' but he's really kind too..and very straightforward..always trying to give us recruits better welfare..our officers are also really nice..1 malay 1 indian..(can't really rem their names)..the malay is like really slack..has an uncanny resemblance to izuan..and the indian..just has that rj feeling..very good english..very humourous and very very charismatic..heard theres like some big shot in my platoon..the son of the guy who has franchise rights of mcdonalds in singapore..is that rich or what?? goodness..thats super loaded..

i've been thinking about signing on these few days..when i get my operation done i could upgrade and be posted to ocs..that is if i decide to sign on..the benefits are great too..like i get 1 million as pension when i retire at 42..and a very very stable job..but then the downside remains..i won't really be able to go out and socialise and know new poeple make new friends..so at 42 i could still be single..crapz..and networking chance is also unavailable..hard to do business next time without contacts..but the camaraderie is really cool..and i'll be able to play soccer everyday in the night with friends..however as a clerk it'll be like crap being with a bunch of losers who have no lives..arhhh...tough decision..but nonetheless..i still have time to consider..

went to nuh today for my appointment..the doctor made me wait 1 hr..but probably because he had to take care of 2 rooms at 1 time..but i got my surgery scheduled..it's going to be on 23rd june..wow..tremendous day that would be..he prefers me to have day surgery and going back at night..says that he'd rather i not sleep across an old man coughing around all day..hahaa..and i will get a ps2 and play all day i guess..crap..hahahaaa..but the most important thing is that i get to dream about soccer once again..just maybe 1 more year from now..and i can start traininng dribbling and crossing..building up my fitness again..those army bodies are really nice..especially the PTIs..damn nice arms and legs..i must strive to be like them..oh and i should also sign up for a gym membership..maybe a cheap community club one i guess..but i can go for physio in future..free..well think about that again in future laa..

went out with yahui cassandra and ruxin for dinner..had it at some food court with poor ambience but with tv..hahaa..and again i feel that ruxin and i have no chemistry..find it so hard to even talk to her..we have virtually zero common interests man..sigh..dont whats wrong..or whos wrong..her of me..weird laa..hard to even maintain the friendship..

arh anyway june joo msged me this morning asked me why i didnt want to go out with karen..well i just dont..my intuition just tells me she likes me..correction..still likes me..and im becoming like certain irritating people who avoid those who like them and do not have their feelings reciprocated...hahaa..and now im one of those irritating buggers..but then again i might be wrong..or rather my intuition could be wrong..but its seldom wrong..well..actually its usually wrong..but this..i'm feeling so strongly about it that i can't think that it could be wrong..arhhh!!!!

anyway i talked to cassandra about it..she just kept saying 'juicy rumour' hahahaa....anyway she has one of her own..juicy rumour indeed..hahahaa...i guess they'll be coming over to play tennis tmr..then maybe we could talk abt our stuff and troubles..hahahaa..

whee..i bought harry potter and the goblet of fire today..i think the story is really cool..quidditch is really cool too..i KNOW i would be a natural flyer on a broom..hahaa...if they could fly..i hope i can finish the book..very expensive..40+ dollars..hardcover though..so it won't spoil easily..yea..think hardcovers are super expensive..so they put in more paper in the cover..should that make it 20 dollars more expensive? ah no rite? stupid publishers trying to cheat money..

anyway..i got good news today..accepted into NTU accountancy hahaa...as one of the top applicants..hahaa..according to them obviously..i bet they sent it to a million others..but hehe its still good..at least i have a place..hehe but theres an opportunity to do a second major..but smu has double degree..ooh what a tough choice..decide later laa....

had this really cool dream today..it was semi-conscious..cuz well i can partially remember it after waking..it went something like this..

i was in this dungeon in a palace..and i was struggling to escape..then i found a key that led to a room..and i went into the room..it was a very narrow and small room but very high up..so i started climbinb..dont know how i became spiderman as well but who cares..and at the top was this small opening..this part is quite fuzzy..but i know that i stuck my hand out and it was under the bed in the princess' room..at first i found nothing and i came down..then after walking abt i was just compelled to go try again..so the second time i went up..i stuck my arm further in and i found this magical item..i cant really remember what it is..but yea it was magical..and i also heard the princess sobbing about something..cant really remember what it is though..but something tells me its abt a marriage..her marriage..maybe i was influenced by yesterday's chinese show..but dont know laa..ok then i came down..if i didn't remember wrongly..i met this guy..and we went about looking for an exit..and this guy was some clumsy bugger..i think he released a hungry monster..that wanted to eat us..so we climbed back up the small room thinking we could hide..oh wait..i think it isnt a room..think its a cupboard in the room which we crawled into..and up..then i know the monster found us but i can't remember what we did after that. *sigh* :)

my parents went kl..so sian at home..think i shall leave for orchard early..maybe read some books..and i wanna buy harry potter too..gotta do some shopping...buy some envelops..for the stupid CPF which doesn't send return envelops..how stupid is that man..they suck..totally..and the person who replied to my mail did so with such a poor attitude..some people are totally terrible.. stupid buggers..

been really bored recently..havent gone out in ages and well..nothing to do at home..stuck at sonic 3..just cant get the fifth chaos emerald..and keep screwing up on the fourth..icq is boring too...theres no one online to talk to..well theres usually nicole and nadine..but not always..i seem to like chat with them everyday..maybe we're getting closer..hahaa thats a good thing..nicole is really a nice person and we seem to be able to talk abt lotsa things..then plus the time she invited me and ruxin out for the show..and then she sat next to me..things seem like..well they are getting better i think..asked her out on saturday to watch the prince and me..but she wasnt free..they had lunch with an exclassmate..but then again that show has poor ratings....1.5 stars only!!! maybe shouldnt watch..

hahahaa just now was trying to get them to watch newcastle vs arsenal at 11..dunnoe whether they would..just a side note..soccer interest is a very important attribute that my future significant other must have..and she has to be sporty...

Tennis fills my life. I played with Ruxin on wednesday and Tricia yesterday. They are like worlds apart in terms of skill. haha. Anyway, I gotta train hard to improve myself, since I want to play semi-pro in university.

I just lost track of my exercise routine. Haven't done crunches for 2 days. So i gotta do 150 today!!! *groanz* Hmmm..my left leg seems to be less small now. Maybe it's cuz of tennis. Yay.

Just watched You're Under Arrest. Its super funny!! hahahaa.. Ken Nakajima is damn hilarious and the girl, think her name is Miyuki Kobayakawa, is damn chio!! But it's a really cute and funny anime. Think it's really cool.

Gotta get Papa's present today. I'll get the Nike Sphere shirt at Queensway after lunch. Yea. Recorded so many shows yesterday but haven't got the time to watch yet. Damn.

I visited my grandparents today, and not surprisingly my grandfather gave me $50. Then my family and him went for lunch..he and I had bak kut teh while my parents settled for prawn mee. Then after, I left for Orchard. I finished book 4 of Tintin today. I'm beginning to like it more and more. He's like some superhuman, who can evade bullets and knives very well. But he does suffer from the frequent blow on the head by metal pipe/spannar/gun though he exacts revenge in similar style.

I started reading this book called You Don't Say by Audrey Nelson. She writes about the importance of non verbal communication and how to improve that aspect. I think this would be very important for anyone. Definitely for me since I wouldn't mind being able to read people better. And Hardwaremag, this magazine that reviews cool stuff which i always wanted to start buying. Thinking of subscribing since I would get a discount off the subscription.

I've got the impulse to take up a course in tennis. I should have made use of the time after school these past months. Maybe working was a mistake. But well i just get more money. It's not as if I'm getting any allowance now. So how the hell am i going to survive without working? Point taken. I gotta get someone to learn with me. I wonder who has the interest too? *sigh* Oh yea! Ruxin said she wants to learn. Maybe i could get her more itnerested. Haha..yay..

ok most recent..Manchester United triumphs in the FA Cup Semi-Final over Arsenal..great goal by Paul Scholes too..1-0 the scoreline..just kept shouting after the goal..which turned out to be decisive..no rvn no saha no forlan..only solskjaer to lead the attack..the whole team played well..all were hardworking..ronaldo is a gem..what a great discovery..yeah!! soccer is so fun and enjoyable..i just hope i can get my operation done and get my skills and speed back..

talked to nicole this morning..abt the call i got from CMPB..i just realised that it could be because they earmarked me for OCS so they wanted me in pes A..what a pity that i told them i could not..but it's really true i can't..what a sad realisation..i just wished i had not suffered that injury..but wishing is useless..it just won't happen. I hate Jason Mok. Hope he suffes retribution. He didn't even apologise to me.

Went out with Ruxin again. The shows we watched yesterday were only average. My Girl's plot is so disorganised and it's ending was worse. Just about a guy remembering his past and the girl and him don't even end up together. Passion of the Christ, wow gory. Seems like Jesus really suffered a lot. Today, we went walking around, shopping for stuff. Didn't buy anything but just walked and talked. She's asking me more personal questions now. Things like would you mind your wife earning more, being taller, being older. The weirdest was whether I had gone out on a date with Nicole. Though we talk with each other much on ICQ, how did she even link us together? Talk about going out together, I've not even gone out with her and her sister ever.

It's April already, which means I should get my pay soon!! hahahaa.. I guess my salary for March would be low..didn't even work for many days. I just hope to get around $600. Yea..that would be great.

Parents will be coming home tomorrow..I'm just so disappointed that the party wasn't realised. I really looked forward so much to it. And the guys just said they couldn't make it. That really pissed me off. But well, I can deal with disappointments. So it's no big deal, plus there's next time as well.
