The only way I eat Avocado
Cara makan avocado ini diajar suatu ketika dulu oleh seorang sahabat baik yang bersuamikan rakyat Indonesia. Katanya orang Indonesia makan sebegini. Enak sekali avocado yang "plain" dan seperti ubi itu dimakan susu berkrim yang ditambah gula dan sedikit garam. Sejak dari itu, setiap kali berpeluang makan avocado, beginilah caranya. Namun, di Malaysia harga avocado seperti buahan import lain yang mahal. Harga avocado lebih kurang RM3-5 sebiji. Di Germany juga lebih kurang 2-3€ sebiji. Namun, semalam di Flohmarkt (German flee market), ada peniaga yang menjual buah dengan murah, semuanya 1€ setiap paket. Anggur, Timun yang seperti labu, Oren, dan Avocado. Aku hanya berminat dengan avocado, dan terus membelinya. Rupanya avocado diberinya 4 biji 1€ kepada ku. Wahhh..seronotnya...dan balik ke rumah terus aku sediakan dessert kegemaran. Alhamdullilah- ke semua buah tersebut tidak rosak.
Resepi
Bahan1 biji Avocado Masak - ( Ripe Avocado )
2 sudu gula - (2 tea spoon sugar)
secubit garam - (pinch of salt)
1 cawan garam - (1 cup of fresh milk)
Cara1. Potong dadu avocado
2. Masukkan gula dan garam ke dalam susu segar. Kacau sebati.
3. Masukkan avocado ke dalam campuran susu segar tersebut. Siap untuk di makan.
