Driven by hunger, a fox tried to reach some grapes hanging high on the vine but was unable to, although he leaped with all his strength. As he went away, the fox remarked: "Oh, you aren't even ripe yet! I don't need any sour grapes."
~ Aesop's Fables
There once was a fox who loved being surrounded by friends. Friends laugh and have fun together. Friends understand each other without words. That was the fox's world. One day the fox met a tortoise. "Let's go have us some fun!" spoke the Fox. "I'd rather not." replied the tortoise, and that was that.
An inquisitive fox was looking around for answers, but he did not know what questions were being asked.
A fox hated hunting with his brothers. They laughed at him after stealing his prey. But the fox did not dare to hunt alone, for fear that a dog would tear him apart.
"I hold no grudge against you," said the fox, "but I would like to remind you of what you did."
A fox retreated into his hole to hide from danger, but could not resist poking his snout out to check if the danger was still there. The fox was seen and subsequently eaten.
The fox went to the doctor, looking for help. "Cure me! I can't stand up at all."
"I'm sorry, but I can't help you grow your own backbone."
Said the fox to the circle: "Why can't you be like the square?"
Said the circle to the fox: "What am I?"
Said the fox to the circle: "A circle."
Pause.
Said the fox to the circle: "Why can't you be like the square?"
End.
A fox was wandering through the woods when he came across a cave. A squirrel on the tree spoke up: "There is fox treasure inside. I have seen many a fox enter and come out rich!" The fox replied: "I believe you." And the fox continued past the cave.
"I am not jealous." whined the fox bitterly.
There is a purpose to my actions, thought the fox, as he chased his tail in circles.
In order to grow stronger, the fox placed his paw into a bear trap.
I am now stronger, rejoiced the crippled fox.
