The lesser man despises his body because the flesh is weak and susceptible to temptation. He praises the will, the intellect, as the true measure of the strength of a man. The lesser man shuns the physical because all things corporeal are transient. He seeks only the metaphysical because that is eternal.

The superman treats the body with reverence. He gives highest respect to the flesh. When man succumbs to temptation, it is not the flesh that is weak; it is the will that faltered. The body is the physical manifestation of the superman's will. The superman keeps his body perfectly balanced. Everything he does is optimally calculated so that no effort is ever wasted.

The superman knows that the body is not the weakest link. The body has limitless potential. The mind places constraints on what is possible and not.

The way to the superman is to first free your mind, not your body.
