Mind boggling.

You know the phrase, crying over spilt milk?

Words of wisdom, truly.
I cannot understand why people cannot let go of the past, the irreversible. What has been cast in the stone of time cannot be altered. Look ahead, won't you?

Irrational. Or can you offer me a more reasonable explanation for such behavior?

The future, I am sure every one has wondered about it some time. I know I have. I thought I could be a teacher, or a scientist, or maybe just a tutor or researcher. Now I am thinking that I would succumb to the pressures of obligations I walk into, open eyed. Then maybe, I would be a land a stable job instead, work from morning till night, earning my keep like normal working men do. Get caught up with the drudgery of life, probably, and one day I will wake up, retired, and realise that I have not been living my life.

Or have I already woken up?

This morning I was greeted by a huge cockroach in the bathroom which was about the size of three fingers put together. Disgusting!

Anyway, my maid went to get the aerosol to spray it dead.
In case you were wondering how your cockroach spray works, it contains a chemical that attacks the cockroach's nervous system.

The natural active ingredient usually pyrethrin, which is derived from chrysanthemum flowers. Pyrethrin enters the cockroach’s body through its cuticle and obstructs the cockroach’s ability to function.

Because cockroaches can metabolize pyrethrin and break it down, Piperonyl Butoxide is typically used as well to prevent cockroaches from doing so. The chemical is derived from sassafras oil.

Anyway I think the cockroach came from one of my neighbour's house.

I wonder what else awaits me today.

I think I should find a place around my house to blade so I can go exercise my bums.
On another note, I am going for my check up tomorrow along with soccer and barbeque in the afternoon and evening.

I am back from Europe.

The flight was extremely long.
Each time after landing my right knee joint would feel pain.
Maybe I have arthritis in my right knee.
